Abstract
The invention discloses a defoaming agent for eliminating foam in a wastewater aerobic activated sludge tank and a preparation method thereof, wherein the defoaming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-55% of polyether modified silicone oil; 10-15% of emulsifier; 10-20% by mass of a carrier; 5-10% of curing agent; 10-20% of deionized water by mass; 4 to 5 mass percent of stabilizer and 5 to 6 mass percent of dispersant. The defoaming agent prepared by the invention can be quickly dispersed in water, is dissolved in water, does not float oil, has high defoaming speed and lasting foam inhibition, does not change the oxygen content of water quality, avoids secondary pollution of water, has good alkali resistance and foam inhibition, can exert excellent defoaming effect with very small addition amount, and can well inhibit the regeneration of foam.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of defoaming agents, in particular to a defoaming agent for eliminating foam in a wastewater aerobic activated sludge tank and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The general process flow of the oil refining wastewater is as follows: oil separation tank → flotation tank → aerobic activated sludge tank → contact oxidation tank → rear flotation tank → total discharge. The aerobic activated sludge tank often generates more foams in the operation process, the subsequent contact oxidation tank also has the problem of foams, the generation of the foams seriously influences the treatment effect of wastewater, the used polyether defoamer has the greatest advantage of strong foam inhibition capability, but has the fatal defect of low foam breaking rate, once a large amount of foams are generated, the defoamer cannot be effectively extinguished at once, and a certain amount of defoamer is required to be added to have good defoaming and foam inhibition capabilities.
At present, the existing antifoaming agents for eliminating the foam in the wastewater aerobic activated sludge tank have some defects, for example; the existing defoaming agent for eliminating the foam in the wastewater aerobic activated sludge pool has the defects of low dispersion speed in water, easy floating oil development, full defoaming speed, short foam inhibition time, easy change of the oxygen content of water quality and secondary pollution of a water body, general alkali resistance and poor foam inhibition performance, and can exert excellent defoaming effect by adding a large amount of defoaming agent.
