Description

Mahjong tile pushing machine head
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mahjong machines, and particularly relates to a mahjong machine tile pushing machine head.
Background
The full-automatic mahjong machine can realize mechanical automatic tile stacking, and the stacked tile piers are pushed into the tile storage track one by the tile pushing machine head for storage until all mahjong tiles are stacked.
The existing mahjong machine is set as follows: in the process that the tile pusher head pushes the tile pier away from the tile bearing table, the tile blocking piece is required to block the mahjong tiles to be sent into the tile bearing table; after the tile pushing machine head finishes one-time tile pushing action and returns to the original position, the tile blocking piece is removed so that the mahjong tiles enter the tile bearing table to be piled up, and the tile pushing machine head is in a waiting state in the tile stacking process; after the mahjong pieces are piled up, the mahjong piece pushing machine head is started again to push the mahjong pieces.
The invention discloses a mahjong machine and a tile pushing machine head thereof, wherein the tile pushing machine head comprises a machine head box and at least one tile pushing motor arranged on the machine head box, and a first tile pushing position and a second tile pushing position which are arranged back and forth along the mahjong conveying direction are formed on the machine head box; the machine head box is also provided with a first card pushing head and a second card pushing head, wherein the first card pushing head is positioned at one side of the first card pushing position and is driven by a card pushing motor to horizontally slide relative to the machine head box to enter and exit the first card pushing position so as to push cards, and the second card pushing head is positioned at one side of the second card pushing position and is driven by the card pushing motor to horizontally slide relative to the machine head box to enter and exit the second card pushing position so as to push cards; the machine head box is also provided with a blocking block, and the blocking block is positioned between the first tile pushing position and the second tile pushing position and is driven by the tile pushing motor to lift up and down relative to the machine head box so as to block mahjong tiles and provide mahjong tiles for passing.
As another example, chinese patent publication No. CN10962293a discloses a stacking and pushing mechanism of a mahjong machine, where the stacking and pushing mechanism includes a tile supporting table at a tile outlet of the tile taking and conveying mechanism, a tile pushing head is slidably disposed above the tile supporting table, a tile pushing start site of the tile pushing head is located at a side of the tile supporting table and adjacent to a tile outlet of the tile taking and conveying mechanism, and a tile storing track opposite to the tile pushing start site of the tile pushing head is also disposed at a side of the tile supporting table; the card pushing head is provided with repeated card pushing positions for pushing the card piers on the card bearing table into the card storage track one by one and card feeding positions for pushing all the card piers in the card storage track onto the card lifting card bearing plate; and the card pushing head is also provided with a card blocking part facing the card outlet of the card taking and conveying mechanism.
The card pushing machine head has the following defects: (1) Card stacking action cannot be performed in the card stacking process, so that after one card stacking action is completed, the card stacking head needs to return to the original position and can be used for pushing cards again after the card stacking action is completed, the time required for one card stacking is long, the card stacking efficiency is low, and the upstream card stacking efficiency and the downstream card feeding efficiency are low; (2) In order to shorten the tile pushing time, a motor with higher rotating speed and higher power is required to drive the tile pushing head so as to accelerate the running speed of the tile pushing head, so that the motor is higher in requirement, and the tile pushing head can quickly strike the mahjong tiles, so that the tile pushing noise is quite high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a mahjong machine tile pushing machine head, which has high tile pushing efficiency, does not influence tile pushing actions and tile stacking actions, has lower requirements on the performance of a tile pushing motor, and greatly reduces tile pushing noise.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following technical scheme:
the mahjong machine tile pushing head comprises a head box and at least one tile pushing motor fixedly arranged on the head box, wherein a tile pushing head carrier connected end to end is further arranged on the head box, the tile pushing head carrier is driven by the tile pushing motor to rotate circumferentially, tile pushing sites are further formed on the head box, and tile pushing heads which pass through the tile pushing sites in a reciprocating manner along with the circumferential rotation of the tile pushing head carrier are arranged on the tile pushing head carrier.
According to the invention, the card pushing head is arranged on the card pushing head carrier which is connected end to end and can circumferentially rotate, and driven by the card pushing motor, the card pushing head passes through the card pushing site in a reciprocating manner along the circumference of the card pushing head carrier, the card pushing head thoroughly abandons the running mode that the existing card pushing head returns along the original path after pushing the cards, the card pushing head does not return along the original path after pushing the card pier at the card pushing site, but returns to the card pushing site along an annular path along with the card pushing head carrier, so that the normal running of card stacking action is not affected no matter the card pushing head forwards or returns to the origin, the card stacking action can be performed without waiting for the card pushing head to return to the origin, and a new round of card stacking can be performed only by pushing the card pier by the card pushing head, so that the purposes of quick card stacking and quick card pushing are realized, and the card stacking efficiency and the downstream card stacking efficiency are improved at one step.
Because the card pushing head returns to the card pushing position and is synchronously carried out with the card stacking, the card pushing head waiting time is omitted, and when the card pushing motor with the same performance (including rotating speed, power and the like) as the card pushing motor in the prior art is adopted to drive the card pushing head, the card pushing efficiency of the card pushing head is higher; when the invention keeps the traditional tile pushing efficiency, the tile pushing motor with lower performance can be adopted, and the noise generated by the tile pushing head impacting the mahjong tile is smaller when the tile is pushed.
Preferably, in the mahjong machine tile pushing head, at least two tile pushing heads are provided, and all tile pushing heads sequentially and reciprocally pass through the tile pushing position. The more the number of the card pushing heads is, the higher the card pushing efficiency of the card pushing heads is, and the card pushing motor with lower performance can be adopted to drive the card pushing head carrier to run, so that the cost is further reduced, and the card pushing noise is reduced. Obviously, the time for ensuring that the adjacent two card pushing heads pass through the card pushing sites is equivalent to the time for completing one card stacking action, and the card pushing efficiency can be improved more advantageously.
In the mahjong machine tile pushing head, a guiding surface is formed on the inner periphery or the outer periphery of the tile pushing head carrier and is positioned at the side of the tile pushing position point, and the guiding surface extends from the tile pushing position point to the tile storage channel to limit the tile pushing track of the tile pushing head. The card pushing track of the card pushing head is not necessarily consistent with the path of the card pier moving to the card storage channel under the influence of the shape of the card pushing head carrier, and the arrangement of the guide surface can ensure that the card pushing track of the card pushing head is consistent with the path of the card pier moving to the card storage channel.
The guide surface can be arranged on the inner peripheral side of the card pushing head carrier, and the card pushing track of the card pushing head is limited by directly limiting the shape of the card pushing head carrier towards one side of the card pushing position point; the guide surface can also be arranged on the outer peripheral side of the card pushing head carrier, and the card pushing track of the card pushing head can be limited by deviating the card pushing head from the original running track of the card pushing head carrier.
In the mahjong machine tile pushing head, the tile pushing head carrier is driven by the tile pushing motor through a transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism comprises:
