FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of a body-building ladder according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of another integral implementation mode of the body-building ladder stand in the embodiment of the invention.
The present embodiment proposes, based on the technical solution of embodiment 1: the frame 4 further comprises a second connection portion 21 for fixing to the ground.
In the present embodiment, based on fig. 1 and 10, the bottom of the frame 4 has four second connecting portions 21, and the second connecting portions 21 are opened with anchor bolt holes. After the body-building ladder stand is placed at the selected position, the body-building ladder stand is fixed on the ground through foundation bolts; because of the user is in the motion process, whole human body all is on the body-building cat ladder, and the heavy burden of body-building cat ladder is great, produces displacement even topples over easily. The body-building ladder stand is fixed on the ground through the second connecting portion 21, so that the stability of a product can be greatly improved, the product can be placed to topple over, and the safety of the product is improved.
In other embodiments than the above, based on fig. 2, the frame 4 has four quadrangular prism-shaped legs 22 at the bottom, and the legs 22 are buried in the ground to fix the frame 4 to the ground; the method is suitable for the situation that the body-building ladder stand is arranged outdoors.
In conclusion, the invention provides a body-building ladder stand which comprises a frame 4, two groups of transmission mechanisms, transmission shafts 3 and climbing rods 5, wherein the two groups of transmission mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the frame 4, the two groups of transmission mechanisms are in transmission connection through the transmission shafts 3, the two groups of transmission mechanisms are erected in the frame 4 through the transmission shafts 3, each transmission mechanism comprises transmission chains 2 and three transmission gears 1, the three transmission gears 1 are distributed in the same vertical plane and are arranged in a triangular mode, the rotation axes of the three transmission gears 1 are parallel to each other, the three transmission gears 1 are in closed-loop transmission connection through the transmission chains 2, and two ends of each climbing rod 5 are respectively erected between the transmission chains 2 of the two groups of transmission mechanisms. In the process of climbing upwards, a user can apply a downward force to the climbing rod 5, so that the chain connected with the climbing rod moves downwards around the transmission gear 1, the climbing rod 5 can circularly use the user from the upper part of the user along the closed-loop chain, the height of the user is ensured not to be increased in the climbing process, and the effect of continuous climbing is achieved; the body-building ladder stand realizes the use requirement of continuous climbing through smaller volume, can be installed in parks, gymnasiums or homes of users, and increases the application range of the ladder stand; meanwhile, the body-building crawling ladder is simple in structure, low in production cost and easy to produce on a large scale.
When in actual use, the user uses hands and feet together to climb the climbing rod 5; meanwhile, the climbing rod 5 drives the transmission chain 2 to move downwards along the transmission gear 1, so that the height of the sporter is kept unchanged.

The ladder stand as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission chain is a roller chain, the transmission chain has a first connecting portion matching with the climbing rod, the first connecting portion has a notch matching with the climbing rod, the side wall of the climbing rod is disposed in the notch, and the side wall of the climbing rod is welded and fixed to the first connecting portion.
3. The ladder of claim 1 further comprising a bearing and a bearing block, wherein the two ends of the drive shaft are rotatably connected to the frame via the bearing and the bearing block.
4. A ladder as claimed in claim 3, wherein the bearing blocks are slidably connected to the frame in a direction parallel to the ground and perpendicular to the climbing rod.
5. The ladder of claim 1 further comprising a motor for driving the drive shaft in rotation.
6. A ladder as claimed in claim 5, further comprising speed adjustment means for adjusting the speed of rotation of the gear.

The ladder stand as claimed in claim 6, wherein the speed regulating device comprises two brake pads, two brake shafts and a fastening piece, the two brake pads are sleeved on the brake shafts, the transmission gear is clamped between the two brake pads, the fastening piece is abutted against the brake pads, and the fastening piece is used for adjusting the pressure between the brake pads and the side wall of the transmission gear.
8. A ladder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the climbing rod has a platform on which to step.
9. A ladder as claimed in claim 8, wherein the platform is provided with anti-slip corrugations.
10. The ladder of claim 1 wherein the frame further comprises a second attachment portion for attachment to the ground.
