The extension part 8 is located on a plane higher than the bottom end surface of the base 2 when viewed from the front of the mist storage tank. The extension part 8 is of a crescent structure and is symmetrically arranged inside the mist inlet. The inner edges of the two extending portions 8 extend upward to form second fitting portions 82, respectively, when viewed from the front of the mist storage tank. When the aerosol spray interface is inserted into the fog inlet, the base sleeve 1 tightly wraps the aerosol spray interface, so that atomized medicine particles are prevented from overflowing from the fog inlet. The base cover 1 may be a thermoplastic rubber formed part that can be coupled to the base 2 by way of encapsulation.
As shown in fig. 5, the top of the upper end cap 4 is a hollow structure. The hollow structure comprises a collection part 41 positioned in the center of the hollow structure, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 10 (for example, 6 reinforcing ribs) which extend from the collection part 41 to the edges of the hollow structure and are symmetrically distributed, and a plurality of guide pillars 9 (for example, 6 reinforcing ribs) which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the edges of the hollow structure. And a vent hole 11 is formed between two adjacent reinforcing ribs 10. The guide post 9 is positioned in the vent hole 11. The guide posts 9 protrude upwards as seen from the front of the tank.
As shown in fig. 7, the outer contour of the quincunx washer 5 is circular. The edges of the two are connected, and the interior of the two is divided into a plurality of approximately triangular petals (for example, 6). The flap is sized to cover the vent hole 11 in the upper end cap 4. The quincuncial gasket 5 is provided with a guide hole 16 matched with the guide post 9. The quincuncial gasket 5 passes through the guide post 9 through the guide hole 16 to cover the vent hole 11.
As shown in fig. 6, a plurality of ribs 17 (e.g. 9 ribs) are uniformly distributed on the inner side wall of the suction cap 6 close to the upper end cover 4 along the longitudinal direction. The suction cap 6 covers the top of the upper end cover 4. The convex edge 17 presses on the outer edge of the quincuncial gasket 5. This arrangement prevents the quincuncial gaskets 5 from falling off the upper end cap 4 when opened or closed during breathing. The quincuncial gasket 5 has one-way conductivity, namely, the fog storage tank can only be closed and opened towards the direction of the suction cap 6, and the fog storage tank can not be opened in the reverse direction. The plum blossom gasket 5 can be a component made of elastic material, so that the opening and resetting of the petals are convenient, and the breath holding phenomenon of a patient caused by oxygen deficiency is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the upper cap 4 is provided with a check valve 12 on an outer side wall adjacent to the suction cap 6. The suction cap 6 extends outwardly and downwardly adjacent the outer side wall of the upper end cap 4 out of a one-way valve chamber 61 which communicates with the suction port. When the suction cap 6 covers the top of the upper end cover 4, the one-way valve cavity 61 is buckled with the one-way valve 12. The bottom of the one-way valve cavity 61 is clamped with a cover plate 13 used for covering the one-way valve cavity 61, the cover plate 13 is provided with one or more air holes 18, the bottom surface of the cover plate 13 is lower than the top end surface of the upper end cover 4, and the thickness of a valve plate 19 of the one-way valve 12 is 0.2 mm. The check valve 12 is placed in the check valve chamber 61 to prevent it from being damaged. When the patient exhales, the one-way valve 12 is opened, the quincuncial gasket 5 is closed, the gas is exhausted from the air hole 18 through the one-way valve 12, and the atomized medicine particles in the mist storage tank main body are retained and cannot be exhausted into the air along with the patient exhaling. This effectively reduces waste of drug particles. And the valve plate 19 of the one-way valve 12 is set to be 0.2mm thick, so that the opening and closing sensitivity of the valve plate 19 can be improved.
Example 2
The process is the same as in example 1, except that the following technical contents are added:
as shown in fig. 2, the mist storage tank of the present embodiment further includes a small cap 7. The small cap 7 covers the air suction port of the suction cap 6 to keep the air suction port clean, so that bacteria are prevented from breeding and the infection rate of the oral cavity is reduced. As shown in fig. 1, the outer side wall of the small cap 7 is provided with a connecting piece 14; the outer side wall of the suction cap 6 close to the upper end cover 4 is provided with a convex column 15. One end of the connecting piece 14 is connected with the small cap 7, and the other end is sleeved on the convex column 15, so that the small cap 7 is prevented from being lost.
When the aerosol spraying device is used, the aerosol spraying port is inserted into the mist inlet, the aerosol device is started, and the medicine mist is sprayed into the mist storage tank. When a patient inhales, negative pressure is formed in the mist storage tank main body, so that the petals of the plum blossom-shaped gasket 5 which are not fixed by the convex ridges 17 are pushed away, and atomized medicine particles flow into the air vent 11 and are inhaled into the mouth of the patient. The quincuncial gasket 5 ensures that air flows only in one direction, thereby playing the role of a one-way valve. At this time, the check valve 12 located in the check valve chamber 61 is in a closed state by the suction pressure, so that the outside air cannot enter the mist storage tank main body. When the patient exhales, the air pressure in the mist storage tank main body is higher than the external atmospheric pressure, the plum blossom gasket 5 positioned between the medicine storage tank main body and the inhalation cap 6 is closed, the check valve 12 positioned in the check valve cavity 61 is opened, and the gas exhaled by the patient flows out along with the air hole 18 of the check valve 12. When the patient inhales in the next inhalation period, the plum blossom gasket 5 is opened again, the one-way valve 12 is closed, and the atomized medicine particles are inhaled into the respiratory tract of the patient along with inhalation. Through the setting of plum blossom gasket 5 and check valve 12, the medicine granule in the storage tank main part is kept apart when making the patient exhale, does not receive the influence that the patient exhales, reduces or avoids the medicine to dissipate to reach the purpose that reduces medicine dispersion volume, improve medicine utilization ratio and high delivery volume. The aerosol spray interface is tightly wrapped by the base sleeve 1, so that the dispersion of medicine particles is further reduced, and the utilization rate of the medicine is improved. In any case, the quincunx pad 5 and the check valve 12 are always in a closed state regardless of the inhalation or exhalation actions.
When the cleaning is needed, the base 2 and the mist storage tank main body are separated, the barrel body 3 and the upper end cover 4 are detached, and the mist storage tank can be cleaned comprehensively.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and any variations, modifications, and substitutions which may occur to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
