And 8: and the NFC module of the mobile terminal replies that the switching is successful to the NFC equipment.
And step 9: and after receiving the reply message, the NFC equipment writes the current mode into the enterprise mobile equipment management system.
Step 10: after the enterprise mobile equipment management system successfully responds to the operation, the NFC equipment prompts the employee to switch to a personal mode; step 14 is entered.
Step 11: the employee manually switches modes on the mobile device.
Step 12: the mobile device can write the switched mode into the enterprise mobile device management system through wifi.
Step 13: after the enterprise mobile management system successfully responds, the mobile terminal prompts the employee to successfully switch to the personal mode.
Step 14: and the employee operates the access control device again, the access control device finds that the mobile device of the employee is in the personal mode after inquiring the mobile device management system, and the employee opens the door and passes the access control successfully.
Taking the case that the NFC equipment is integrated in the access control equipment, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
step 1: the NFC of the mobile terminal is configured to be in a card simulation mode, and the employee information and a default mode can be written into the simulation card in advance.
Step 2: when an employee is about to leave a work area from a door access, the employee needs to bring the mobile device close to the door access device to open the door.
And step 3: the access control equipment queries the enterprise mobile equipment management system according to the employee information or the mobile terminal information, and if the server side queries that the mobile equipment of the employee is currently in a working mode, the step 4 is carried out; and if the mobile terminal is in the personal mode, the access control equipment opens the door after receiving the return of the server, the employee successfully passes through the access control, and the process is ended.
And 4, step 4: the access control equipment in the reader-writer mode carries out NFC communication with the mobile terminal in the card simulation mode, and the access control equipment issues a command to the mobile terminal to command the mobile terminal to be switched to the personal mode.
And 5: after receiving the command of switching to the personal mode, the mobile terminal processes the enterprise application and data (such as encryption, enterprise data deletion and the like), and switches to the personal mode after the processing is finished; if the switching is successful, entering step 6, if the switching is failed, the access control equipment reminds the user of the failure of the switching through sound or images, the staff is required to manually switch on the mobile equipment, meanwhile, the access control equipment can also open a switching mode interface on the mobile terminal, pop up a notice to inform the staff of the failure of the switching, and if the manual switching is required, entering step 9.
Step 6: and the NFC module of the mobile terminal replies that the switching is successful to the access control equipment.
And 7: and after receiving the reply message, the access control equipment writes the current mode into the enterprise mobile equipment management system.
And 8: after the enterprise mobile equipment management system successfully responds to the operation, the access control equipment prompts the staff that the personnel mode is switched to the personal mode, the door is opened, the staff successfully passes through the access control, and the process is ended.
And step 9: the employee manually switches modes on the mobile device.
Step 10: the mobile device can write the switched mode into the enterprise mobile device management system through wifi.
Step 11: after the enterprise mobile management system successfully responds, the mobile terminal prompts the employee to successfully switch to the personal mode.
Step 12: and the employee operates the access control device again, the access control device finds that the mobile device of the employee is in the personal mode after inquiring the mobile device management system, and the employee opens the door and passes the access control successfully.
In the invention, when a user leaves the access control, a first instruction of the user for operating the access control equipment is obtained, wherein the first instruction comprises the identification information of the user; inquiring mode information of the mobile terminal of the user according to the identity identification information; sending a first mode switching instruction to the mobile terminal within a preset radius range under the condition that the mode information is that the mobile terminal is in a working mode; receiving mode switching result information of the mobile terminal; and controlling the entrance guard equipment to be opened under the condition that the mode switching result information indicates that the mobile terminal is switched from the working mode to the non-working mode. Therefore, the mobile terminal of the user can be controlled to be switched to the working mode when the user leaves the entrance guard, so that the user equipment leaving the entrance guard is ensured not to leak enterprise data, namely, the enterprise data leakage prevention is facilitated.
