According to the cloud platform provided by the embodiment, when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, the cloud platform firstly acquires and returns the associated billing information to the parking lot system based on the company information related to the leaving vehicle sent by the parking lot system, and then the parking lot system outputs the billing information based on the billing information returned by the cloud platform and the cost settlement value of the leaving vehicle. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device do not need to manually input the billing information, and solve the problems of low efficiency and high error rate of a manual input mode in the prior art, so that the billing efficiency is improved, and the vehicle entrance efficiency of the parking lot is effectively improved.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the cloud platform of the present invention is provided, which corresponds to the second embodiment of the invoice information processing method, in this embodiment, the cloud platform further includes:
the identification module is used for identifying whether the departure vehicle is a preset vehicle or not when receiving the invoicing information and the company information related to the departure vehicle;
the storage module is used for adding a preset mark to the invoicing information and the company information related to the departure vehicle and storing the added preset mark when the departure vehicle is identified not to be a preset vehicle;
the storage module is further used for deleting the billing information and the company information which are added with the preset mark and are associated with the departing vehicle after the acquired billing information is returned to the yard system by the sending module.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the operation of pre-storing the billing information is further described, and other references may be made to the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the vehicle owner can access the cloud platform in advance based on the user terminal of the vehicle owner to pre-store the billing information. The method for accessing the cloud platform by the user terminal is not limited, and a proper access mode can be selected according to actual needs, for example, a car owner can access the cloud platform in advance based on the user terminal through web login, wechat public numbers, APP and other modes.
Specifically, after the vehicle owner accesses and logs in through the user terminal, the identification module identifies whether the vehicle owner is a registered user of the parking system or not based on an account number logged in by the user terminal so as to determine whether the vehicle driven by the vehicle owner is a preset vehicle or not.
When the identification module identifies that the vehicle owner is not a registered user of the parking system (namely, identifies that the departing vehicle driven by the vehicle owner is not a preset vehicle), the storage module adds a preset mark to the received billing information and company information associated with the departing vehicle and stores the billing information and the company information, wherein the preset mark is used for identifying that the billing information and the company information stored at the current time are temporarily stored and are valid at one time.
Further, after the receiving module 10 receives the company information related to the departing vehicle sent by the yard system when the vehicle owner drives the vehicle to leave, and the sending module 30 returns the received billing information related to the company information (i.e. the billing information related to the departing vehicle) to the yard system, since the billing information is marked to be temporarily stored, the storage module deletes the billing information and the company information which is added with the preset mark and is related to the departing vehicle.
Further, in this embodiment, the storage module is further configured to directly store the received billing information and company information associated with the departing vehicle when the departing vehicle is identified as a preset vehicle.
In this embodiment, when the identification module identifies that the vehicle owner is a registered user of the parking system (i.e., identifies that the departing vehicle driven by the vehicle owner is a preset vehicle), the storage module directly stores the received billing information and company information associated with the departing vehicle for use whenever needed.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a third embodiment of the cloud platform of the present invention is proposed, which corresponds to the third embodiment of the invoice information processing method, in this embodiment, the sending module 30 is further configured to, when receiving the invoice information and company information related to the departing vehicle sent by the yard system, return a verification code to the yard system for storage based on the invoice information and company information related to the departing vehicle;
the verification code is used for comparing the verification code provided by the departure vehicle with the stored verification code when the departure vehicle is detected by the train yard system, and acquiring company information related to the departure vehicle and sending the company information to the cloud platform when the verification code is consistent with the stored verification code.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, an operation of security authentication is further added, and only this difference is described below, and other embodiments can refer to the foregoing embodiment, and are not described here again.
In this embodiment, the vehicle owner can input his/her billing information and company information through the offline input device of the yard system before driving and leaving the parking lot and bind the billing information and the company information with the license plate information, and the yard system sends the billing information and the company information (i.e., the billing information and the company information associated with the leaving vehicle) input by the vehicle owner to the cloud platform.
When the cloud platform receives the billing information and the company information (that is, the billing information and the company information associated with the departing vehicle) sent by the yard system, the sending module 30 returns a verification code to the yard system for storage based on the billing information and the company information associated with the departing vehicle, wherein the billing information and the company information associated with the departing vehicle correspond to the unique verification code.
After receiving the verification code transmitted by the transmission module 30, the yard system associates and stores the received verification code with the entered license plate number information. When detecting that the owner drives the vehicle to leave the vehicle, the vehicle yard system compares the verification code provided by the vehicle leaving the vehicle with the verification code associated with the license plate information of the vehicle leaving the vehicle, and when the verification codes are consistent, the company information associated with the vehicle leaving the vehicle is obtained.
After the company information associated with the departing vehicle is acquired, the yard system sends the acquired company information associated with the departing vehicle to the cloud platform, and the invoice information processing flow of the present invention is started.

1. An invoice information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the departure vehicle is detected, license plate number information of the departure vehicle is obtained;
according to the acquired license plate information of the departing vehicle, acquiring company information related to the departing vehicle based on the association relationship between the prestored license plate information and the company information;
sending the company information related to the departure vehicle to a cloud platform, and receiving invoicing information which is returned by the cloud platform and related to the company information related to the departure vehicle, wherein the invoicing information is obtained by the cloud platform according to the association relationship between the prestored company information and the invoicing information after the company information sent by a train yard system is received;
and outputting invoice information based on the invoicing information and the expense settlement value of the parking of the departing vehicle.
2. The invoice information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining license plate number information of the departing vehicle after detecting the departing vehicle comprises:
and pre-binding and storing the company information and the license plate number information of the departing vehicle.
3. The invoice information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of outputting invoice information comprises:
and sending the invoice information to a user terminal associated with the departure vehicle.
4. The invoice information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the step of sending the invoice information to the user terminal associated with the departing vehicle comprises:
and sending the invoice information to a user terminal associated with the departure vehicle in a wireless transmission mode.
5. The invoice information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the company information includes at least one of a company name and a company tax number.
6. The invoice information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the company information associated with the departure vehicle to a cloud platform comprises:
and encrypting the company information related to the departure vehicle and then sending the encrypted company information to the cloud platform.
7. The invoice information processing method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the company information associated with the departing vehicle to a cloud platform is preceded by further comprising:
sending the billing information and the company information related to the departing vehicle to the cloud platform, and receiving and storing a verification code returned by the cloud platform based on the billing information and the company information related to the departing vehicle;
when the vehicle is detected, comparing a verification code provided by the vehicle with the stored verification code, and when the verification codes are consistent, acquiring company information related to the vehicle.
8. The invoice information processing method according to claim 6, wherein the step of receiving and storing the verification code returned by the cloud platform based on the departure vehicle-associated billing information and company information comprises:
receiving a verification code returned by the cloud platform based on the invoicing information and the company information related to the departing vehicle;
and storing the verification code and the license plate number information of the departing vehicle in an associated manner.
9. A yard system, comprising: memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the invoice information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the invoice information processing method according to one of claims 1 to 8.
