Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of BOM file management, and discloses a system for data management and cooperative work based on BOM, which comprises: the BOM management module comprises a BOM list unit, a BOM data uploading unit, a BOM display unit, a BOM file management unit, a BOM cooperation unit and a BOM purchasing unit. The invention is convenient for file management and cooperative office.

The invention is further configured that the BOM management module further comprises a personnel management unit, and the personnel management unit is used for enterprise organization and personnel management and carries out distribution management on system operation authority.

The system for performing data management and collaborative office based on the BOM disclosed by the invention comprises a BOM list unit, a BOM data uploading unit, a BOM display unit, a BOM file management unit, a BOM collaboration unit and a BOM purchasing unit, and can perform data management and collaborative operation based on the BOM. Compared with the prior art, the system for data management and collaborative office based on the BOM is provided, and file management and collaborative office are facilitated.
It should be noted that the present invention supports the intelligent classification management of document data, and intelligently displays different kinds of BOMs based on different roles and different scenes.

the BOM display unit is used for displaying BOM; the BOM file management is used for automatically classifying and managing the BOM files uploaded by the BOM data uploading unit and automatically updating according to the change of the BOM files; the BOM cooperation unit is used for supporting a plurality of users to edit the same BOM file and synchronize operation records; and the BOM purchasing unit is used for facilitating the direct ordering and purchasing of the user through the BOM.

The system for BOM-based material management and collaborative work according to claim 1, wherein the BOM management module further comprises a staff management unit, and the staff management unit is used for enterprise organization and staff management and for distribution management of system operation authority.
