1) the on-line chemical instrument measuring sensor is taken out of the measuring loop, the measuring accuracy of the on-line chemical instrument is tested by adopting a standard solution off-line, time and labor are wasted, and the influence of a pure water factor and an on-line factor is eliminated, so that the accuracy of the on-line chemical instrument which is verified by using the standard solution manually off-line cannot be ensured during on-line measurement. In addition, during calibration, the on-line chemical instrument needs to be stopped, water quality cannot be monitored during the calibration, a water quality supervision blind area exists, and once the water quality exceeds the standard, the operation safety of equipment is seriously influenced.
2) The measurement error of the on-line chemical instrument needs to be calculated manually, the error source needs to be judged manually when the calculated error exceeds the standard, the standard solution can be prepared after the defect elimination treatment, the on-line chemical instrument is calibrated in a manual mode, the automation degree is low, and the work efficiency of the instrument maintainers is seriously influenced.
At present, no intelligent verification and maintenance system and method for the online chemical instrument, which can realize automatic inspection, error calculation and analysis, error source check and automatic calibration without manual intervention, are available at home and abroad, and the problem needs to be solved urgently.
