Background
Ultraviolet (UV) is an electromagnetic wave having a wavelength of 10 to 400nm, and is generally classified into UV-A (320 to 400nm), UV-B (280 to 320nm), UV-C (100 to 280nm), and EUV (extreme UV) (10 to 100nm) according to the wavelength range. In the process of carrying out the plant pathology research, ultraviolet rays are often used for irradiating pathogens, plant seedlings, some extracted samples and the like, and UV-B is a biological mutagenesis condition which is often used and has important significance for researching the mutation mechanism of organisms. In particular, for some airborne pathogens and those sensitive to UV-B, UV-B can often cause genetic changes in these pathogens, and UV-B radiation is an important cause of these pathogens to mutate.
At present, a simple and special ultraviolet irradiation instrument is lacked in ultraviolet irradiation treatment, and the intensity and the irradiation uniformity of ultraviolet rays are not easy to control.

The lifting device 22 is a manual screw type lifting platform which is in the prior art, the adjusting screw 13 is arranged in the lifting device 22, the adjusting screw 13 is horizontally arranged and moves up and down along with the lifting of the lifting device 22, and one end of the adjusting screw 13 extends out of the box body 1 and is connected with the adjusting knob 7.
