The locating plate 13 is connected with the main watch frame 3 in a sliding mode, and the end portion of the locating bolt 14 is used for fixing the position of the locating plate 13 after being abutted to the main watch frame 3, so that the degree of tightness of winding can be adjusted conveniently according to actual conditions.
