Abstract
A refrigerator (10) comprising: -a box (12), the box (12) comprising a casing (14), an inner container (16) and an insulating material (18) formed of a foaming agent between the inner container (16) and the casing (14), wherein the inner container (16) comprises an outer surface (20) facing the insulating material (18), an inner surface (24) opposite to the outer surface (20) and facing a storage compartment (22), and a first positioning portion (26); a guide rail (28) in contact with the inner surface (24), the guide rail (28) including a second positioning portion (30) mated with the first positioning portion (26), and a third positioning portion (32); and a stiffener (34) in contact with the outer surface (20), the stiffener (34) including a fourth location (36) that mates with the third location (32) to be located by the rail (28) prior to injection of the foaming agent between the outer shell (14) and the inner bladder (16).
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to household appliances, in particular to a refrigerator.
Background
Some existing refrigerators have the problem that the reinforcement is positioned inaccurately.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved refrigerator.
In view of the above objects, an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention relates to a refrigerator including: a case including a housing, an inner container and a heat insulating material formed of a foaming agent between the inner container and the housing, wherein the inner container includes an outer surface facing the heat insulating material, an inner surface opposite to the outer surface and facing a storage chamber, and a first positioning portion; a guide rail in contact with the inner surface, the guide rail including a second positioning portion mated with the first positioning portion, and a third positioning portion; and a reinforcing member in contact with the outer surface, the reinforcing member including a fourth positioning portion engaged with the third positioning portion to be positioned by the guide rail before the foaming agent is injected between the outer case and the inner container.
In some embodiments, the first positioning portion includes a convex hull protruding from the inner surface to the outer surface, and the second positioning portion includes a convex post received in the convex hull.
In some embodiments, the third positioning portion includes a protrusion and the fourth positioning portion includes a through hole through which the protrusion passes.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator includes a mount to secure the liner, the rail, and the stiffener.
In some embodiments, the mounting member includes a screw, and the bladder, the rail, and the stiffener include first, second, and third mounting holes, respectively, that mate with the screw.
In some embodiments, the guide rail includes an end portion and the liner includes a joint portion coupled to the end portion.
In some embodiments, the end portion is snapped into engagement with the joint.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator includes a first roller protruding from the inner surface, and a door body movably coupled to the first roller.
In some embodiments, the inner bladder, the guide rail, and the stiffener include first, second, and third securing holes, respectively, that mate with the first roller.
In some embodiments, the rail includes a track and the door includes a second roller movable along the track.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention relates to a refrigerator 10, including: a housing 12, the housing 12 comprising an outer shell 14, an inner liner 16, and a thermal insulation material 18 formed of a foaming agent between the inner liner 16 and the outer shell 14, wherein the inner liner 16 comprises an outer surface 20 facing the thermal insulation material 18, an inner surface 24 opposite the outer surface 20 and facing a storage compartment 22, and a first positioning portion 26; a guide rail 28 in contact with the inner surface 24, the guide rail 28 including a second positioning portion 30 that mates with the first positioning portion 26, and a third positioning portion 32; and a stiffener 34 in contact with the outer surface 20, the stiffener 34 including a fourth location 36 that mates with the third location 32 to be located by the rail 28 prior to the blowing agent being injected between the outer shell 14 and the inner liner 16.
The positioning accuracy of the stiffener 34 may be improved by the accuracy of the internal dimensions of the liner 16, as compared to prior art techniques in which stiffener positioning is achieved, for example, by external features of the liner, where the stiffener 34 of the refrigerator 10 is positioned by the rail 28 contacting the inner surface 24 of the liner 16.
The refrigerator 10 may have any shape and structure that can store and cool an article (not shown) in the storage chamber 22. The housing 14 may house the components of the refrigerator 10 therein. The liner 16 may define a storage chamber 22 therein. The insulating material 18 may insulate the interior and exterior of the refrigerator 10 from heat communication to maintain the temperature within the storage compartment 22.
The first and second positioning portions 26, 30 may cooperate with one another by any suitable structure, shape, to position the rail 28 through the interior dimensions of the liner 16. In some embodiments, first positioning portion 26 includes a convex hull 38 protruding from inner surface 16 toward outer surface 20, and second positioning portion 30 includes a convex post 40 received in convex hull 38. The protrusion 38 protrudes from the inner surface 16 and the outer surface 20, which helps to position the protrusion 38, the post 40 mating with the protrusion 38, and the rail 28 depending on the internal dimensions of the liner 16, which helps to provide accuracy in positioning the rail 28. Referring to fig. 5 together, the stiffener 34 may include a via 33 corresponding to the convex hull 38 and a post 40 mated with the convex hull 38. The convex hull 38 and the convex post 40 extend out of the via 33.
Similarly, the third and fourth positioning portions 32, 36 may cooperate with one another by any suitable configuration, shape, to position the stiffener 34 through the rail 28. In some embodiments, the third positioning portion 32 includes a protrusion 42 and the fourth positioning portion 36 includes a through hole 44 through which the protrusion 42 passes. The cooperation of the third positioning portion 32 and the fourth positioning portion 36 facilitates positioning of the stiffener 34 relative to the rail 28, and accuracy of positioning of the rail 28 facilitates accuracy of positioning of the stiffener 34. The number of through holes 44 may be two as shown in fig. 5, and the two through holes 44 and the vias 33 may be arranged in a triangle to facilitate the accuracy of positioning of the rail 28 and the stiffener 34.
The rails 28, stiffeners 34 may be secured to the bladder 16 by any suitable configuration and manner. In some embodiments, refrigerator 10 includes a mount 46 that secures liner 16, rail 28, and stiffener 34. The mounting members 46 may secure the rail 28, the stiffener 34, and the liner 16 to one another.
The mounting member 46 may be any shape or configuration that can secure the rail 28, the stiffener 34, and the bladder 16. Referring also to fig. 3, 4, 5, in some embodiments, the mounting member 46 includes a screw 48 and the bladder 16, rail 28, and stiffener 34 include first, second, and third mounting holes 50, 52, and 54, respectively, that mate with the screw 48. Screws 48 may be passed through first, second, and third mounting holes 50, 52, and 54 to secure rail 28, stiffener 34, and bladder 16. The number of screws 48 may be plural, such as two shown in fig. 3, 4, 5. Accordingly, the number of first, second, and third mounting holes 50, 52, and 54 may be plural, such as two shown in fig. 3, 4, and 5. The stiffener 34 may be L-shaped, including a short side 35 and a long side 37 extending from the short side 35. Two third mounting holes 54 may be respectively located at the end of the short side 35 away from the long side 37 and the end of the long side 37 away from the short side 35 to facilitate the firmness of the coupling of the reinforcing member 34 and the liner 16. The short side 35 and the long side 37 may have cuffs 39, 41, respectively, to enhance the bonding of the stiffener 34 to the insulation 18.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the guide rail 28 includes an end 56, and the liner 16 includes a coupling portion 58 coupled to the end 56. The combination of the end 56 and the engagement 58 facilitates the securement of the rail 28 to the liner 16. The rail 28 may be rectangular and may include a front end 57 opposite the end 56. The second mounting hole 52, the second positioning portion 30, and the third positioning portion 32 may be adjacent to the front end portion 57.
The end 56 may be joined to the joint 58 in any suitable manner. In some embodiments, the end 56 is snapped into engagement with the coupling 58. The coupling portion 58 may include a clamping groove 59 at the rear side of the storage chamber 22 to receive and secure the end portion 56.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, in some embodiments, the refrigerator 10 includes a first roller 60 protruding from the inner surface 24, and a door 62 movably coupled to the first roller 60. The door 62 is movable forward and backward with respect to the case 12 by the support of the first roller 60 to open and close the storage chamber 22. The liner 16 may have a square frame shape with a front opening, and the first rollers 60 may be disposed near the front of the storage chamber 22 and may be disposed in pairs on both sides of the front of the storage chamber 22. Accordingly, the guide rail 28 and the reinforcement 34 may be disposed opposite each other in pairs on both sides of the storage compartment 22 with respect to the door 62.
The first roller 60 may be secured to the housing 12 by any suitable means. Referring also to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, bladder 16, rail 28, and stiffener 34 include first, second, and third securing holes 64, 66, and 68, respectively, that mate with first roller 60. The stiffener 34 contributes to the robustness of the first roller 60 installation. The accuracy of positioning the stiffener 34 facilitates accurate positioning of the first roller 60. The positioning of the first roller 60 is accurate to facilitate accurate positioning of the door 62. The third fixing hole 68 may be offset from the via hole 33, the fourth positioning portion 36, and the third mounting hole 54 in the horizontal and vertical directions to facilitate the reliability of the structure of the stiffener 34.
Referring also to fig. 6 and 9, in some embodiments, the rail 28 includes a track 70 and the door 62 includes a second roller 72 that is movable along the track 70. The door 62 may include a flange 74 corresponding to the first roller 60. The cooperation of the first roller 60 and the flange 74 and the cooperation of the second roller 72 and the track 70 facilitate the fore-aft movement of the door 62 relative to the housing 12.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the figures are illustrative of the invention only and not all of the invention. Any modification of the present invention by one of ordinary skill in the related art is within the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A refrigerator (10), characterized by comprising:
-a box (12), the box (12) comprising a casing (14), an inner container (16) and an insulating material (18) formed of a foaming agent between the inner container (16) and the casing (14), wherein the inner container (16) comprises an outer surface (20) facing the insulating material (18), an inner surface (24) opposite to the outer surface (20) and facing a storage compartment (22), and a first positioning portion (26);
a guide rail (28) in contact with the inner surface (24), the guide rail (28) including a second positioning portion (30) mated with the first positioning portion (26), and a third positioning portion (32); a kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning system
A stiffener (34) in contact with the outer surface (20), the stiffener (34) including a fourth locating portion (36) cooperating with the third locating portion (32) to be located by the rail (28) prior to injection of the foaming agent between the outer shell (14) and the inner bladder (16).
2. The refrigerator (10) of claim 1 wherein the first positioning portion (26) includes a boss (38) protruding from the inner surface (24) beyond the outer surface (20), and the second positioning portion (30) includes a post (40) received in the boss (38).
3. The refrigerator (10) of claim 1, wherein the third positioning portion (32) includes a protrusion (42), and the fourth positioning portion (36) includes a through hole (44) through which the protrusion (42) passes.
4. The refrigerator (10) of claim 1, including a mounting member (46) securing the liner (16), the rail (28), and the stiffener (34).
5. The refrigerator (10) as set forth in claim 4 wherein said mounting member (46) includes a screw (48), and said inner container (16), said rail (28) and said stiffener (34) include first, second and third mounting holes (50), (52) and (54), respectively, that mate with said screw (48).
6. The refrigerator (10) of claim 1, wherein the rail (28) includes an end (56) and the liner (16) includes a joint (58) that engages the end (56).
7. The refrigerator (10) according to claim 6, wherein the end portion (56) is snapped into engagement with the coupling portion (58).
8. The refrigerator (10) of claim 1, including a first roller (60) protruding from said inner surface (24), and a door (62) movably coupled to said first roller (60).
9. The refrigerator (10) as set forth in claim 8 wherein said liner (16), said rail (28) and said stiffener (34) include first, second and third securing holes (64), (66) and (68), respectively, that mate with said first roller (60).
10. The refrigerator (10) as set forth in claim 8 wherein the rail (28) includes a track (70) and the door (62) includes a second roller (72) movable along the track (70).
