本申请涉及车载设备的领域,尤其是涉及一种空气净化器。
背景技术
行车时,车辆周围的汽车尾气含量以及粉尘含量严重超标,严重影响了车内人员的健康,为此人们开始使用车载净化器。但目前的车载净化器仅能进行简单的除尘,达不到理想的净化效果。
发明内容
为了提高空气净化器对空气的净化效果,尽量达到理想的净化效果,本申请提供的一种空气净化器采用如下的技术方案:
一种空气净化器,包括开设有进风口和出风口的壳体,所述壳体内沿空气的流动方向依次设有过滤模块、动力模块和处理模块,所述动力模块用于驱使空气从进风口流向出风口,所述处理模块依次包括二氧化钛板和LED灯板,所述二氧化钛板和LED灯板沿空气流动方向依次安装于壳体内,且LED灯板照向二氧化钛板,LED灯板照射出UVA和UVC。
通过采用上述技术方案,动力模块给予空气动力,从而使空气从进风口进入到壳体内,然后依次流经过滤模块、动力模块和处理模块。过滤模块过滤掉空气中的粉尘等大颗粒污染物。LED灯板照射出的UVA和UVC,破坏及改变微生物的DNA结构,使细菌当即死亡或不能繁殖后代,达到杀菌的目的。二氧化钛板在光的照射下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,产生出氧化能力强的羧基自由基和阴离子自由基,可有效的分解各种有机化合物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和病毒的蛋白质,同时除去有机污染物。从而提高对空气的净化程度,使空气尽量被净化到理想状态。
优选的,所述壳体呈竖置,所述壳体包括内壳体和套设于内壳体外的外壳体,所述进风口开设于外壳体外壁且沿外壳体周向设有若干个,所述出风口开设于外壳体上端且连通内壳体内腔,所述内壳体下端开设有导风口且导风口连通内壳体内腔,所述内壳体外壁沿其长度方向设有凸棱,所述凸棱、内壳体外壁和外壳体内壁形成导流腔,所述导流腔连通进风口和导风口;所述过滤模块、动力模块和处理模块位于导风口和出风口之间。
优选的,所述外壳体外设有若干导风肋,所述导风肋沿外壳体轴向设置且沿外壳体周向间隔分布,所述进风口位于导风肋之间。
优选的,所述内壳体包括上壳体和位于上壳体下方的下壳体,所述下壳体可拆卸连接于外壳体,所述过滤模块安装于下壳体内,所述动力模块安装于上壳体内。
优选的,所述外壳体下端呈开口设置,且外壳体下端开口用于拆取下壳体。
优选的,所述下壳体下端固定设有用于封闭下壳体下端和外壳体下端的底座,所述导风口开设于下壳体侧壁且沿下壳体外壁周向设有多个。
优选的,所述底座上端面向下凹陷形成溢流槽,所述溢流槽沿底座径向设置,所述溢流槽沿下壳体周向设有若干个,且一个溢流槽对应一个导风口。
优选的,所述过滤模块包括活性炭滤芯和HEPA滤芯,所述活性炭滤芯和HEPA滤芯沿空气的流动方向依次排布。
优选的,所述过滤模块和动力模块之间设有供电模块,所述供电模块安装于内壳体内,从进风口到出风口的空气流经供电模块。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-13对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种空气净化器。参照图1和图2,一种空气净化器包括开设有进风口1和出风口2的壳体。壳体内沿空气的流动方向依次设有过滤模块3、供电模块4、动力模块5和处理模块6。
动力模块5给予空气动力,从而使空气从进风口1进入到壳体内,然后依次流经过滤模块3、供电模块4、动力模块5和处理模块6。过滤模块3过滤掉空气中的粉尘等大颗粒污染物。供电模块4用于给动力模块5和处理模块6供电。处理模块6用于除去空气中的细菌和有机污染物。从而提高对空气的净化程度,使空气尽量被净化到理想状态。
参照图2,为了更均匀的净化处理车内空气,壳体包括内壳体7和套设于内壳体7外的外壳体8。内壳体7和外壳体8呈为空心圆柱。且空气净化器处于使用状态时,内壳体7和外壳体8均沿竖直方向放置。处理模块6安装于外壳体8上端且封闭外壳体8上端。过滤模块3、供电模块4、动力模块5从下至上依次安装于内壳体7内。同时,外壳体8下端固定设有用于封闭内壳体7下端和外壳体8下端的底座12。
具体的,参照图1和图3,外壳体8外设有若干导风肋9,导风肋9沿外壳体8轴向设置且沿外壳体8周向间隔分布。进风口1开设于外壳体8外壁且沿外壳体8周向设有若干个。每个进风口1均位于两个相邻的导风肋9之间。参照2,进风口1连通外壳体8内腔。外壳体8上端开口形成出风口2。
参照2和图4,内壳体7外壁沿其周向固定设置有密封凸环10。内壳体7外壁沿其轴向设有凸棱11,凸棱11从密封凸环10下端面延伸至内壳体7下端面。凸棱11沿内壳体7周向等间隔分布有四条。当内壳体7嵌入到外壳体8内时,密封凸环10和凸棱11均抵紧于外壳体8内壁且与外壳体8呈过盈配合。密封凸环10、相邻的两个凸棱11、外壳体8内壁、内壳体7外壁、底座12围成了一个封闭的导流腔13。内壳体7侧壁开设有导风口14且导风口14连通内壳体7内腔。导风口14位于内壳体7下端。导风口14沿内壳体7周向设有若干个,且一个导风口14对应一个导流腔13。导流腔13连通导风口14和进风口1。
参照2,底座12包括嵌设于外壳体8下端的第一封闭单元15和固定连接于内壳体7下端的第二封闭单元16。参照5和图6,第二封闭单元16为上端呈封口设置的空心圆柱。第一封闭单元15为圆环且固定套设于第二封闭单元16外。第一封闭单元15和第二封闭单元16的下端面位于同一平面。参照图2,当第一封闭单元15嵌设于外壳体8内,第二封闭单元16固定连接于内壳体7下端时,外壳体8下端和内壳体7下端均被底座12封闭。
在使用该空气净化器时,空气从外壳体8四周的进风口1进入到导流腔13内,在导流腔13的导向下进入到导风口14内,并流过导风口14进入到内壳体7内腔中。依次经过过滤模块3、供电模块4、动力模块5和处理模块6后,从内壳体7上端开口进入到外壳体8,并从外壳体8上的出风口2离开,完成净化。在该过程中,通过进风口1、导流腔13和导风口14的配合,使空气净化器收集其四周的空气,而不只是单点进风,从而可更均匀的收集处理进化四周空气。
参照5和图6,为了使空气从导风口14进入到内壳体7内腔时,空气净化器可更稳定的被放置在放置平面上。第二封闭单元16上端面向下凹陷形成溢流槽17,溢流槽17沿第二封闭单元16径向设置。溢流槽17沿第二封闭单元16周向设有若干个,且一个溢流槽17对应一个导风口14。空气从导风口14进入到内壳体7内腔时,会部分逸散到溢流槽17内,从而平衡部分空气向上流动而导致空气净化器收到的向上的力。
参照2和图4,为了更方便的更换过滤模块3,内壳体7分体设置成上壳体18和下壳体19,上壳体18和下壳体19均为空心圆柱。供电模块4和动力模块5安装于上壳体18内,过滤模块3安装于下壳体19内。
具体的,参照2和图4,密封凸环10设于上壳体18外周,外壳体8内壁设有环形支撑件20,当上壳体18嵌入到外壳体8内时,密封凸环10和外壳体8之间呈过盈配合,且密封凸环10抵接于环形支撑件20,从而使上壳体18固定连接于外壳体8。上壳体18和下壳体19外周均设有凸棱11。下壳体19的凸棱11固定连接于第一封闭单元15上端面,从而使下壳体19固定连接于底座12。导风口14开设于下壳体19上。参照图2,过滤模块3包括活性炭滤芯21和HEPA滤芯22,活性炭滤芯21和HEPA滤芯22从下至上依次固定安装于下壳体19内。
从导风口14进入到内壳体7内腔内的空气,经过活性炭滤芯21和HEPA滤芯22过滤掉大颗粒粉尘等杂污,完成一道净化。因为过滤模块3安装于下壳体19内,而下壳体19固定连接于底座12,所以当需更换过滤模块3时,直接将底座12从外壳体8内拔出即可,操作方便。安装时也只需直接将底座12压入到外壳体8下端即可。在底座12安装到位后,下壳体19抵接于上壳体18。
为了更好的散热,参照图7,供电模块4包括四节电池单元26和安装座23。安装座23包括安装套24和连接件25。电池单元26沿上壳体18周向排布。安装套24截面呈圆弧形且安装套24套设于电池单元26外。一个安装套24对应一个电池单元26且安装套24固定连接于上壳体18内壁。从而使电池单元26通过安装套24固定安装于上壳体18内。连接件25设有四个,且相邻的两个安装套24之间分布有一个连接件25。连接件25两端分别固定连接于其对应的两个相邻的安装套24。安装套24和连接件25围成通行通道27,通行通道27用于供空气流经动力模块5。
经过过滤模块3后的空气通过通行通道27流过供电模块4,从而使空气流动时可对电池单元26起到带走热量的作用,从而使供电模块4可更好的散热。
为了提高净化器对空气的净化率,通行通道内27设有负离子发生器模组42。空气先经过活性炭滤芯21和HEPA滤芯22过滤后,负离子发生器模组42释放的负离子能使空气中烟尘、病菌、胞子、花粉等微粒带电,然后在经过处理模块6进一步进行灭杀,达到双重杀菌净化的作用。负离子可以粘附粉尘,使粉尘在空气净化器内停留时间更长,从而进一步提高净化率。
参照图2,动力模块5包括风扇单元。风扇单元给空气提供动力,用于驱使空气从进风口1流向出风口2。
参照图8,处理模块6从下至上依次包括二氧化钛板28、LED灯板29、电路板30和顶盖31。顶盖31安装于外壳体8上端开口。二氧化钛板28嵌设于上壳体18上端。顶盖31安装于外壳体8内,电路板30固定安装于顶盖31朝内一侧。LED灯板29固定安装于电路板30朝二氧化钛板28一侧。LED灯板29照射出UVA和UVC。电池单元26通过电线给LED灯板29和电路板30供电。
在空气净化器工作时,经过动力模块5后的空气进入到处理模块6内,进行二道净化。LED灯板29照射出的UVA和UVC,破坏及改变微生物的DNA结构,使细菌当即死亡或不能繁殖后代,达到杀菌的目的。二氧化钛板28在光的照射下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,产生出氧化能力强的羧基自由基和阴离子自由基,可有效的分解各种有机化合物,能破坏细菌的细胞膜和病毒的蛋白质,同时除去有机污染物。从而提高对空气的净化程度,使空气尽量被净化到理想状态。
具体的,参照图8和图9,上壳体18内固定安装有连接座32,连接座32上端面开设有用于嵌设二氧化钛板28的第一连接槽33。第一连接槽33底面开设有用于嵌设风扇单元的第二连接槽34,第二连接槽34连通连接座32下端面。风扇单元嵌设于第二连接槽34内,且抵接于安装座23上端面,从而使风扇单元稳定的安装在上壳体18内。二氧化钛板28嵌设于第一连接槽33且抵接于第一连接槽33内壁,从而使二氧化钛板28稳定的安装在上壳体18内。
参照图9和图10,内壳体7上端沿其轴向固定安装有第一安装柱35,第一安装柱35沿上壳体18周向设有四根。第一安装柱35上端固定安装有第一安装凸起36, LED灯板29开设有第一嵌槽37。 LED灯板29抵接于第一安装柱35且第一安装凸起36嵌设于第一嵌槽37内。通过上述结构,使LED灯板29稳定的安装于上壳体18上方。
参照图11和图12,顶盖31外壁设有安装凸块38,安装凸块38沿顶盖31周向设有若干个。顶盖31嵌设于外壳体8上端时,安装凸块38抵紧于外壳体8外壁且与外壳体8呈过盈配合。从而使顶盖31固定安装于外壳体8上。安装凸块38之间的空隙可以供二道净化后的空气排出。
参照图13,上壳体18上端沿其轴向固定安装有第二安装柱39,第二安装柱39穿过LED灯板29。第二安装柱39沿上壳体18周向设有四根。相邻第二安装柱39之间的间距大小不同。第二安装柱39上端固定安装有第二安装凸起40,顶盖31上开设有第二嵌槽41。顶盖31抵接于第二安装柱39且第二安装凸起40嵌设于第二嵌槽41内。第二安装柱39和第二嵌槽41配合可起到定位的作用,使顶盖31按照预设位置安装在外壳体8内。且第二安装柱39和第二嵌槽41之间的摩擦力也可使顶盖31更稳定的安装于外壳体8内。
本申请实施例一种空气净化器的实施原理为:
1、安装时,先将电池单元26安装到安装套24内;
2、将风扇单元安装到第一连接槽33内,将二氧化钛板28安装到第二连接槽34内;
3、将安装有电池单元26、风扇单元和二氧化钛板28的上壳体18从外壳体8上端安装到外壳体8内
4、将过滤模块3安装于底座12内,再将底座12从外壳体8下端安装到外壳体8内;
5、将LED灯板29安装到上壳体18上;
6、将带有电路板30的顶盖31安装到外壳体8上端,从而完成安装;
7、动力模块5给予空气动力,从而使空气依次流经过进风口1、导流腔13、导风口14、过滤模块3、供电模块4、动力模块5、处理模块6和出风口2,空气在经过过滤模块3时完成一道净化(除尘),在经过处理模块6时完成二道净化(除菌),从而实现对空气的进化。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括开设有进风口(1)和出风口(2)的壳体,所述壳体内沿空气的流动方向依次设有过滤模块(3)、动力模块(5)和处理模块(6),所述动力模块(5)用于驱使空气从进风口(1)流向出风口(2),所述处理模块(6)依次包括二氧化钛板(28)和LED灯板(29),所述二氧化钛板(28)和LED灯板(29)沿空气流动方向依次安装于壳体内,且LED灯板(29)照向二氧化钛板(28),LED灯板(29)照射出UVA和UVC。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述壳体呈竖置,所述壳体包括内壳体(7)和套设于内壳体(7)外的外壳体(8),所述进风口(1)开设于外壳体(8)外壁且沿外壳体(8)周向设有若干个,所述出风口(2)开设于外壳体(8)上端且连通内壳体(7)内腔,所述内壳体(7)下端开设有导风口(14)且导风口(14)连通内壳体(7)内腔,所述内壳体(7)外壁沿其长度方向设有凸棱(11),所述凸棱(11)、内壳体(7)外壁和外壳体(8)内壁形成导流腔(13),所述导流腔(13)连通进风口(1)和导风口(14);所述过滤模块(3)、动力模块(5)和处理模块(6)位于导风口(14)和出风口(2)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述外壳体(8)外设有若干导风肋(9),所述导风肋(9)沿外壳体(8)轴向设置且沿外壳体(8)周向间隔分布,所述进风口(1)位于导风肋(9)之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述内壳体(7)包括上壳体(18)和位于上壳体(18)下方的下壳体(19),所述下壳体(19)可拆卸连接于外壳体(8),所述过滤模块(3)安装于下壳体(19)内,所述动力模块(5)安装于上壳体(18)内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述外壳体(8)下端呈开口设置,且外壳体(8)下端开口用于拆取下壳体(19)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述下壳体(19)下端固定设有用于封闭下壳体(19)下端和外壳体(8)下端的底座(12),所述导风口(14)开设于下壳体(19)侧壁且沿下壳体(19)外壁周向设有多个。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述底座(12)上端面向下凹陷形成溢流槽(17),所述溢流槽(17)沿底座(12)径向设置,所述溢流槽(17)沿下壳体(19)周向设有若干个,且一个溢流槽(17)对应一个导风口(14)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤模块(3)包括活性炭滤芯(21)和HEPA滤芯(22),所述活性炭滤芯(21)和HEPA滤芯(22)沿空气的流动方向依次排布。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤模块(3)和动力模块(5)之间设有供电模块(4),所述供电模块(4)安装于内壳体(7)内,从进风口(1)到出风口(2)的空气流经供电模块(4)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述动力模块(5)和过滤模块(3)之间设有负离子发生器模组(42)。
