Description

Modularized water-saving toilet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of public health facilities, in particular to a modularized water-saving toilet.
Background
At present, in an area without a municipal sewage pipe network, most of water-flushing public toilets are civil fixed toilets or movable toilets, a drainage part is a matched drainage pipe under the ground, sewage is directly discharged into a septic tank for storage, and after the septic tank is full, a dung sucking vehicle is used for sucking sewage and conveying the sewage to a dung sewage treatment plant for treatment. Under the condition of no matched water supply pipe network, a reservoir is mostly made indoors, underground or on a roof, and water is injected into the reservoir by a waterwheel regularly. In addition, the toilet bowl of the toilet is generally made of water flush toilet bowl made of common ceramic materials, and people in China and most Asian areas do not select the toilet bowl for using the squatting pan with 97% of toilet safety. But the water consumption of the squatting pan is very large, the water consumption of the squatting pan per person is more than or equal to 6L, the water consumption of the pedestal pan per person is more than or equal to 4.5L on average, and the water consumption of the urinal per person is more than or equal to 3L.
On the other hand, there are two basic ways for using public toilets in cities at present: firstly, a fixed toilet of a civil fixed building is built; and the other is a movable toilet produced in a factory and capable of moving. For a fixed toilet, sewage is generally discharged into a septic tank or a septic tank, one part of the sewage can be connected into a sewage pipe network, the other part of the sewage cannot be connected into the sewage pipe network, and excrement and sewage are pumped by a sanitation sewage suction truck, and more than 95 percent of the sewage is directly changed into sewage by using tap water for flushing the toilet because most of the adopted toilets are washed by common ceramic water. As for the movable toilet, the form is integral, and the number of the toilet seats can not be flexibly adjusted and the combination can not be changed.
Therefore, the existing toilet room has at least the following disadvantages:
firstly, the water consumption is large, the sewage production amount is large, and the later stage sewage pumping and treatment cost is high.
Secondly, the floor space is large, the construction cost is high, the planned and constructed city is difficult to select the site, and is limited by underground pipe networks, such as communication pipe networks, gas pipe networks, greening water pipe networks, electric power pipe networks and the like.
Thirdly, most of the movable toilets are integrated, and the number of the toilet seats cannot be flexibly adjusted and the combination cannot be changed.

As shown in fig. 2, the universal toilet module 1 includes at least one partitioned universal toilet room, and the universal toilet room is provided with a water-saving squatting pan 13 and a first water valve 161.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment, on the basis of the water-saving squatting pan 13 and the first water valve 161, the intelligent controller 14 and the infrared sensing device 15 are combined, so that the flushing can be realized under a certain water pressure condition, and the average water consumption per time of a person is less than or equal to 1L. It can be seen that the modular water saving toilet of the present embodiment saves water consumption.
Furthermore, a water-saving hand washing basin 22 and a water-saving tap (not shown in the figure) matched with the water-saving squatting pan 13 are arranged between the general toilet seats, so that the effect that the water yield is less than or equal to 0.2L every 10 seconds can be realized.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the urination tool room module 2 includes a urination room and a tool room which are separately arranged. Wherein, the urinal is provided with a water-saving urinal 23 and a second water valve 162, and is also provided with an intelligent controller 14 and an infrared induction device 15; the tool room is used for placing cleaning tools.

It is noted that the environmental benefit and the economic benefit show that compared with the existing ceramic water flushing toilet in the market, the comprehensive water saving rate of the toilet is more than 85%, the sewage discharge reduction rate is more than 82%, and the later-stage toilet sewage cleaning and transporting cost is saved by more than 80%. It can be seen that the combined application of the water-saving appliance of the universal toilet room module 1 and the urine tool room module 2 and the water supply and drainage module 3 of the present embodiment is a characteristic feature of the present invention, and the reduction of sewage discharge is the most effective means and method for saving later operation cost and protecting environment. Based on the application of the water-saving toilet stool and the hand washing sink, the sewage collecting tank with the same volume can accommodate people who go to the toilet and discharge people 4-5 times of the prior common public toilet, so the invention can more efficiently solve the problems of excrement cleaning and transportation and treatment of unit population.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the second sewage collection tank 72 and the first sewage collection tank 71 are connected via the communicating vessel 12, and the sewage lifting device 8 lifts the sewage of the first sewage collection tank 71 or the second sewage collection tank 72 to the sewage collection tank 10 so as to collect the sewage generated by the universal lavatory module 1 and the urination tool room module 2 into the sewage collection tank 10 in a unified manner.
In this embodiment, the sewage lifting device 8 adopts a vacuum pumping device or a crushing lifting device.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a modular water-saving toilet according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in figure 3, any two adjacent modules are spliced and assembled to form the modular water-saving toilet, specifically, the joint surfaces of the two adjacent modules are provided with functional connecting holes 26, and the functional connecting holes 26 are transitionally connected with water and electricity pipelines in the two adjacent modules by virtue of the flexible connecting device 21. The base of the joining surface of two adjacent modules is provided with an auxiliary connecting groove 17, and the joining surface of two adjacent modules is spliced by the auxiliary connecting groove 17 through an auxiliary connecting device 18.
Preferably, in the universal toilet module 1, the urination tool module 2 and the water supply and drainage module 3, the sizes of the joint surfaces of the functional modules are the same, the auxiliary connecting groove 17 is a universal structure formed on the base of the joint surface, and the functional modules can be quickly and tidily spliced through the auxiliary connecting device 18.
Preferably, the universal lavatory room module 1 is located between the urination tool room module 2 and the water supply and drainage module 3.
In this embodiment, the flexible connection device 21 is not only used for transition connection, but also plays a role in heat preservation of each functional module. The water and electricity pipelines between the functional modules are connected through quick connectors, and different quick interfaces are adopted for circuits with different functions, so that the assembly connection is simpler and faster without errors.
