Waste drain line 40 communicates at one end with an appliance drain, which is understood to include, but is not limited to, a hand basin drain, a shower drain, and a washing machine drain, and at the other end with a sump 101. Preferably, the appliance drain port is provided with a filter means to prevent debris from entering the waste drain line 40.
A water lifting pump 106 used for lifting the wastewater to a wastewater inlet pipe 105 is arranged in the water collecting tank 101, and the water lifting pump 106 is communicated with the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system 20 through the wastewater inlet pipe 105; a liquid seal device 103 corresponding to the position of the vertical pipe connecting pipe is arranged in the water collecting tank 101. The wastewater discharge pipeline 40 discharges domestic wastewater into the header tank 101 through the wastewater discharge port 401.
In addition, the waste water inlet pipe 105 can also be communicated with a floor drain or an appliance drain outlet on the waste water drainage pipeline 40.
The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system 20 for the toilet comprises a wastewater storage tank 202, a reclaimed water storage tank 201 and a toilet bowl water filling tank 2015 arranged in the reclaimed water storage tank 201. A wastewater inlet pipe 105 and an overflow pipe 2021 are arranged in the wastewater storage tank 202, a disinfection device 2022 is arranged at the top of the wastewater storage tank 202, the upper end of the wastewater inlet pipe 105 is communicated with the disinfection device 2022, the lower end of the wastewater inlet pipe 105 extends out of the wastewater storage tank 202 to be communicated with a toilet water collecting device, and the overflow pipe 2021 is communicated with an emptying device 2024 arranged at the bottom of the wastewater storage tank 202 or a wastewater drainage pipe 40 or a drainage vertical pipe 30. A waste water discharge outlet 2025 provided at the bottom of the waste water storage tank 202 communicates with the overflow pipe 2021 via an evacuation device 2024. In embodiments, the evacuation device 2024 is one or more of a pluggable plunger, a pluggable floor drain, an evacuation valve, an evacuation pump, or a siphon evacuation initiating device, according to the present invention. The overflow pipe 2021 returns the overflowing waste water to the waste water drainage pipe 40 or the header tank 101 of the core module 10 or the drainage stand pipe 30 through the emptying device 2024.
Preferably, the top of the waste water storage tank 202 is provided with an access hole 2023 for cleaning and maintenance.
According to the invention, a filtering device 2011 is arranged between the reclaimed water storage tank 201 and the waste water storage tank 202, so that water in the waste water storage tank is filtered and then is sent to the reclaimed water storage tank 201. In this embodiment, a communication pipe 203 for communicating the waste water tank 202 is provided in the reclaimed water tank 201, and a filter 2011 is provided in the communication pipe 203. The toilet bowl water filling tank 2015 is communicated with a reclaimed water pump 2012 located in the reclaimed water storage tank 201 through a first pipeline 2013 to supply water for the toilet bowl water filling tank 2015, and the toilet bowl water filling tank 2015 is communicated with a toilet bowl water inlet 2014 through a second pipeline 2016 to supply water for the toilet bowl. In this embodiment, a controller 2018 is provided on the upper part of the toilet bowl water filling tank 2015, and the controller 2018 is connected to a liquid level sensor 2017 extending into the toilet bowl water filling tank 2015 to detect the water level in the toilet bowl water filling tank 2015. The toilet outlet 601 is communicated with the drainage stand pipe 30 through the toilet drainage connecting pipe 70 passing through the reclaimed water storage tank 201 in the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system 20.
Preferably, a cleaning device is arranged in the reclaimed water storage tank 201, and it should be understood that the cleaning device comprises a cleaning power mechanism and a cleaning tool arranged on the cleaning power mechanism. In the following description of the usage of the present invention, domestic wastewater enters the wastewater drainage pipeline 40 through the appliance drainage outlet, and then enters the water collecting tank 101 of the core module 10, after the wastewater enters the water sealing device 103, the liquid level rises, the water lifting pump 106 starts to lift water, the wastewater is lifted to the wastewater inlet pipe 105 and disinfected by the disinfection device at the top of the wastewater storage tank 202, and then enters the wastewater storage tank 202 of the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system 20, the wastewater is filtered by the filtering device 2011 in the communicating pipe 203, the filtered wastewater enters the reclaimed water storage tank 201, and the reclaimed water pump 2012 lifts the water in the reclaimed water storage tank 201 to the toilet water filling tank 2015 through the first pipe 2013. When the liquid level sensor 2017 is in water, the control device 2018 controls the water pump 2012 to stop supplying water. When the toilet 60 needs to be flushed, water in the toilet water tank 2015 enters the toilet 60 from the toilet water tank outlet pipe 2016 to flush the toilet. The flush water enters the vertical drainage pipe 30 from the toilet through the toilet outlet 601 and is discharged to the outside. When the water level in the waste water storage tank 202 is higher than the overflow pipe 2021, the waste water returns to the water collecting tank 101 again through the overflow pipe 2021, which effectively prevents the waste of water source.
According to the modularized reclaimed water integrated system provided by the invention, the reclaimed water is more perfectly and systematically designed in the aspects of recovery, recycling, cleaning and structure protection, so that a user can use the system more conveniently and safely. Wastewater such as a wash basin, a washing machine, a shower floor drain and the like is directly discharged into the core module through the wastewater discharge pipeline and is discharged with the toilet drain in a way of separate channels, so that the propagation path of the returning odor of the floor drain is cut off, the cleaning and the maintenance are convenient, the problems of leakage, odor and blockage of the toilet drain are comprehensively solved, the cross contamination of the wastewater with different degrees is avoided, and the secondary utilization of mild wastewater by a single household is realized.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 4, the second embodiment of the present invention has an overall structure diagram of a modular reclaimed water integrated system for a side-standing reclaimed water storing and treating and recycling system of a toilet, in this embodiment, a vertical drainage pipe is disposed at a side surface of the reclaimed water storing and treating and recycling system 20, after wastewater enters the reclaimed water storing and treating and recycling system 20, the wastewater enters a toilet (not shown in the toilet), and the wastewater used in the toilet is discharged from a toilet outlet 601 to the vertical drainage pipe through a toilet drainage connecting pipe 70.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 5, a third embodiment of the present invention has an overall structure diagram of a modular reclaimed water integrated system with a side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system for a toilet, and the differences between the embodiment and the second embodiment are: the vertical drainage pipe 30 penetrates through the interior of the reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system 20.
Example four:
as shown in fig. 6, an internal structure diagram of a side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system for a toilet according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that: a reclaimed water pump and a communication pipe for communicating the reclaimed water storage tank 201 with a waste water storage tank 202 are not arranged in the reclaimed water storage tank 201, and a water-air dual-purpose pump 1052 and an automatic air inlet valve 1051 are arranged on the waste water inlet pipe 105. In this embodiment, the water-air dual-purpose pump 1052 and the automatic air intake valve 1051 are installed in the wastewater intake pipe 105 inside the wastewater storage tank 202, the filtering device 2011 is installed between the reclaimed water storage tank 201 and the wastewater storage tank, and the wastewater in the wastewater storage tank 202 enters the reclaimed water storage tank 201 after being filtered by the filtering device. The wastewater enters the water collecting tank, the water-air dual-purpose pump 1052 lifts the wastewater from the wastewater outlet 102 to enter the wastewater inlet pipe 105, and the wastewater enters the wastewater storage tank 202 after being sterilized by the sterilizing device. When the toilet needs to supply water, the automatic air inlet valve 1051 is opened, the water-air dual-purpose pump 1052 inflates air into the wastewater storage tank 202, the wastewater enters the reclaimed water storage tank 201 after being filtered by the filtering device 2011 along with the rising of air pressure, and enters the toilet water filling tank, the liquid level sensor in the toilet water filling tank meets water, the automatic air inlet valve 1051 is closed, the pressure disappears, and the water in the reclaimed water storage tank 201 and the filtering device 2011 flows back to the wastewater storage tank 202.
Example five:
as shown in fig. 7, an internal structure diagram of a side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system for a toilet according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is different from the fifth embodiment in that: the water and air dual-purpose pump 1052 and the automatic air inlet valve 1051 are arranged outside the wastewater storage tank 202.
In this embodiment, a filtering device 2011 is disposed between the reclaimed water storage tank 201 and the wastewater storage tank, and wastewater in the wastewater storage tank 202 enters the reclaimed water storage tank 201 after being filtered by the filtering device. The wastewater enters the water collecting tank, the water-air dual-purpose pump 1052 lifts the wastewater from the wastewater outlet 102 to enter the wastewater inlet pipe 105, and the wastewater enters the wastewater storage tank 202 after being sterilized by the sterilizing device. When the toilet needs to supply water, the automatic air inlet valve 1051 is opened, the water-air dual-purpose pump 1052 inflates air into the wastewater storage tank 202, the wastewater enters the reclaimed water storage tank 201 after being filtered by the filtering device 2011 along with the rising of air pressure, and enters the toilet water filling tank, the liquid level sensor in the toilet water filling tank meets water, the automatic air inlet valve 1051 is closed, the pressure disappears, and the water in the reclaimed water storage tank 201 and the filtering device 2011 flows back to the wastewater storage tank 202.
Example six:
referring to fig. 3, the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system 20 comprises a water storage tank and a pipeline installation box; a toilet water inlet 2014 is formed in the water storage tank, and the toilet water inlet 2014 communicates the water storage tank with the toilet 60 to provide water for the toilet 60 or the toilet water tank; a waste water inlet pipe 105 is arranged in the pipeline installation box; the wastewater is lifted into the storage tank by a lifting device connected to the wastewater inlet pipe 105.
Specifically, the pipe installation box is further provided with an overflow pipe 2021, the overflow pipe 2021 is communicated with the water storage tank at one section, is communicated with an emptying device 2024 or a waste water drainage pipe 40 or a drainage vertical pipe 30 at one section, and the overflow pipe 2021 returns overflowed waste water to the water collection tank 101 of the core module 10 or the drainage vertical pipe 30 through the emptying device 2024.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, a toilet drain connection pipe 70 is provided in the pipe installation box, a toilet sewage drain socket is provided on the surface, and a toilet outlet 601 is communicated with the toilet sewage drain socket and with the vertical drain pipe 30 through the toilet drain connection pipe 70.
Specifically, a drain stand pipe 30 is installed in the pipe installation box, and the drain stand pipe 30 communicates with a toilet drain connection pipe 70.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a controller 2018 is disposed at the upper portion of the water storage tank, and the controller 2018 is connected with a liquid level sensor 2017 extending into the water storage tank.
Specifically, a toilet drain button operation hole is formed in a side wall or a top of the water storage tank.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the lifting device is a water lift pump 106 disposed in the water collection tank 101 or a combination of a water/air dual-purpose pump 1052 disposed on the wastewater inlet pipe 105 and an automatic air inlet valve 1051, see fig. 6 and 7.
The invention can be suitable for the housing industrialization construction mode, does not need structural descending plates, can be combined with assembly type integral decoration, is convenient to install and simple in construction, can realize the collection and the recycling of indoor washing wastewater, and has the characteristics of environmental protection and saving.
The water seal device in the invention is preferably u-shaped, but other structures with the same function are also included in the scope of the invention.
The modularized reclaimed water integrated system provided by the invention can realize factory manufacturing and field assembly, changes the installation mode of splicing pipe sections and pipe fittings of the current water supply and drainage system, directly discharges the drainage of a wash basin, a washing machine and a shower floor drain into a core module through a wastewater drainage pipe, and discharges the drainage of the wash basin, the washing machine and the shower floor drain separately from the drainage of a toilet, thereby cutting off the transmission path of the returning odor of the floor drain, being convenient for clearing and maintenance, comprehensively solving the problems of leakage, odor and blockage of the current toilet drainage, avoiding the cross contamination of sewage with different degrees, realizing the secondary utilization of mild wastewater by a single household, protecting the environment, saving the energy and having good social benefit and economic benefit.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications are allowable without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (20)

1. The side-standing type reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system suitable for board-descending-free same-layer drainage in a toilet is characterized in that the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) is arranged above the ground, the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) is of a box body structure, and the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) comprises a wastewater storage tank (202) and a reclaimed water storage tank (201); the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) lifts the wastewater into a wastewater storage tank (202) of the system through a lifting device, and a filtering and disinfecting device is arranged in the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system and is used for disinfecting and filtering the wastewater; a toilet water inlet (2014) is formed in the system, and the toilet water inlet (2014) is used for communicating the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) with the toilet (60) and providing a water source for the toilet (60) or a toilet water tank;
a toilet sewage drainage socket is formed in the system, a toilet water outlet (601) is communicated with the toilet sewage drainage socket and is communicated with a drainage vertical pipe (30) through a toilet drainage connecting pipe (70);
the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) comprises a wastewater inlet pipe (105), wherein the wastewater inlet pipe (105) is communicated with a floor drain or an appliance drainage outlet on a water collection tank (101) or a wastewater drainage pipeline (40) of the core module (10).
2. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 1, wherein a disinfection device (2022) is arranged in the wastewater storage tank (202); a filtering device (2011) is arranged between the wastewater storage tank (202) and the reclaimed water storage tank (201); the lifting device lifts the wastewater into a wastewater storage tank (202); the water inlet (2014) of the toilet is communicated with the reclaimed water storage tank (201); the toilet bowl drainage connecting pipe (70) passes through the middle water storage tank (201) or the waste water storage tank (202) and is communicated with the drainage vertical pipe (30).
3. The side standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to claim 2, wherein the reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system (20) further comprises a toilet water filling tank (2015); the toilet bowl water filling tank (2015) is arranged inside or at the top of the reclaimed water storage tank (201), and water inside the reclaimed water storage tank (201) is lifted into the toilet bowl water filling tank (2015) through a reclaimed water pump (2012).
4. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 3, wherein the wastewater storage tank (202) and the reclaimed water storage tank (201) are both disposed inside the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20).
5. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device is disposed on a pipeline or an inlet end of the wastewater inlet pipe (105).
6. The side standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 5, wherein the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) further comprises an overflow pipe (2021), and the overflow pipe (2021) returns overflowed wastewater to the wastewater drainage pipeline (40) or the header tank (101) of the core module (10) or the drainage stand pipe (30) through an emptying device (2024).
7. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 6, wherein a section of the wastewater inlet pipe (105) and a section of the overflow pipe (2021) are both disposed in the wastewater storage tank (202), and the wastewater discharge outlet (2025) at the bottom of the wastewater storage tank (202) is communicated with the overflow pipe (2021) through an emptying device (2024); the wastewater inlet is arranged on the side wall or the bottom of the wastewater storage tank (202).
8. The side standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to claim 7, wherein the evacuation device (2024) is one or more of a pluggable plunger, a pluggable floor drain, an evacuation valve, an evacuation pump, or a siphon evacuation initiation device.
9. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the lifting device is a water lift pump (106) disposed in the water collection tank (101) or a combination of a water-air dual-purpose pump (1052) and an automatic air intake valve (1051) disposed on the wastewater inlet pipe (105).
10. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein an outlet end of the toilet bowl drain connection pipe (70) is located at a back, a side or a bottom of the reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system (20).
11. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 3, wherein the reclaimed water storage tank (201) or the toilet water filling tank (2015) is directly used in place of the toilet tank.
12. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 3, wherein a controller (2018) is arranged at the upper part of the toilet water filling tank (2015), and the controller (2018) is connected with a liquid level sensor (2017) extending into the toilet water filling tank (2015).
13. The side standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the vertical drainage pipe (30) is disposed at one side of the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) or penetrates through the interior of the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20).
14. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system according to claim 4, wherein the top of the wastewater storage tank (202) is provided with an access hole.
15. A side standing type reclaimed water storing, treating and recycling system suitable for the same-layer drainage without lowering boards in a toilet is characterized in that the reclaimed water storing, treating and recycling system (20) is a box body structure arranged above the ground; the reclaimed water storage and treatment recycling system (20) comprises a water storage tank and a pipeline installation box; a water storage tank is provided with a water inlet (2014), the water storage tank is communicated with the toilet (60) through the water inlet (2014) of the toilet to provide water for the toilet (60) or a toilet water tank; a waste water inlet pipe (105) is arranged in the pipeline installation box; waste water is lifted into the water storage tank through a lifting device connected to the waste water inlet pipe (105), a toilet drainage connecting pipe (70) is arranged in the pipeline installation box, a toilet sewage drainage socket is arranged on the surface of the pipeline installation box, and a toilet water outlet (601) is communicated with the toilet sewage drainage socket and is communicated with the drainage vertical pipe (30) through the toilet drainage connecting pipe (70).
16. The side-standing type reclaimed water storage, treatment and recycling system according to claim 15, wherein an overflow pipe (2021) is further disposed in the pipe installation box, a section of the overflow pipe (2021) is communicated with the water storage box, a section of the overflow pipe is communicated with an emptying device (2024) or a wastewater drainage pipe (40) or a drainage vertical pipe (30), and the overflow pipe (2021) returns overflowed wastewater to the water collection tank (101) or the drainage vertical pipe (30) of the core module (10) through the emptying device (2024).
17. The side-standing reclaimed water storing, treating and recycling system according to claim 15, wherein a vertical drainage pipe (30) is installed in the pipe installation box, and the vertical drainage pipe (30) is communicated with a toilet drainage connecting pipe (70).
18. The side standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to claim 15, wherein a controller (2018) is provided at an upper portion of the storage tank, and the controller (2018) is connected to a liquid level sensor (2017) extending into the storage tank.
19. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to claim 15, wherein a toilet drain button operation hole is provided in a sidewall or a top of the storage tank.
20. The side-standing reclaimed water storage and treatment and reuse system according to claim 15, wherein said lifting device is a water lift pump (106) disposed in a water collection tank (101) or a combination of a water-air pump (1052) and an automatic air intake valve (1051) disposed on said wastewater inlet pipe (105).
