The invention relates to the technical field of overhanging platforms, in particular to an overhanging discharging steel framework with an adjustable limiting support.
Background
The method comprises the following steps that an overhanging unloading steel platform is frequently used in the current building construction process, the unloading steel platform adopts 18# channel steel as an overhanging main beam, the overhanging main beam extends into a floor, and the overhanging main beam is fixed on the floor by fastening of an embedded bolt and a clamp plate nut; can weld spacing support on the girder of encorbelmenting simultaneously, spacing support supports and leans on the outer wall of floor, and spacing support can support the girder of encorbelmenting, realizes that whole steel platform is effectively fixed on the floor structure. The limiting support on the existing overhanging discharging steel platform is generally fixed, and the limiting support with a fixed structure is suitable for buildings with straight outer vertical surfaces and can effectively treat the turnover of various materials in floors; however, for a structure with a concave-convex outer vertical surface or a structure with a certain arc-shaped vertical surface as a whole, the overhanging discharging steel platform can interfere with the scaffold due to the fixed position of the limiting support;
therefore, the overhanging discharging steel platform is provided, wherein the limiting support is arranged on the overhanging main beam in an inserting and sleeving manner, can move on the overhanging main beam and can be locked and positioned through the bolt, and the length of the overhanging discharging steel platform extending out of a building floor can be changed by controlling the position of the limiting support; however, a guard rail is generally required to be installed on the overhanging discharging steel platform, the guard rail is fixedly connected with an ear plate through a bolt component, the ear plate is welded and fixed on the outer wall of the overhanging main beam, and the ear plate can limit the movement of the limiting support; therefore, the overhanging discharging steel platform which can not be influenced by the ear plate at the same time at the position of the limit support is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an overhanging discharging steel framework with an adjustable limiting support aiming at the defects of the prior art, wherein the limiting support on the overhanging steel framework can realize position adjustment, but cannot be influenced by an ear plate welded on an overhanging main beam.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an overhanging unloading steel framework with an adjustable limiting support comprises a steel structure platform, wherein the steel structure platform consists of two overhanging main beams and a plurality of I-beams distributed between the overhanging main beams, the overhanging main beams are channel steel, and a plurality of lug plates are welded and fixed on the outer side walls of the overhanging main beams; the I-shaped beam is vertical to the cantilever main beam, two ends of the I-shaped beam are welded and fixed on the cantilever main beam, reinforcing plates are inserted into the cantilever main beam at the two ends of the I-shaped beam and are welded and fixed on the lower steel plate of the cantilever main beam and the lower steel plates of the two I-shaped beams at the two sides of the reinforcing plates; a limiting support is inserted between the adjacent I-beams and comprises a lower support plate, two ends of the lower support plate are inserted between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate of the two I-beams, a vertical limiting baffle is fixed on the lower end face of the lower support plate between the adjacent I-beams, an inclined support is fixed on the limiting baffle, the upper end of the inclined support is fixed on the lower support plate, and the limiting baffle extends out of the lower end face of the overhanging main beam;
the upper end face of the lower supporting plate is fixedly provided with a base plate, the base plate is inserted with a Jiong-shaped limiting support, two ends of the limiting support penetrate through the lower supporting plate to abut against the side wall of the I-beam, a branch supporting plate is formed on the limiting support, a bolt is inserted on the branch supporting plate, a threaded hole is formed in the reinforcing plate, and the bolt is in threaded connection with the threaded hole of the reinforcing plate.
Preferably, the upper end face of the cantilever girder is flush with the upper end face of the I-shaped beam, and the lower end face of the cantilever girder is flush with the lower end face of the I-shaped beam.
Preferably, the I-shaped beam or the lug plate are linearly and uniformly distributed on the cantilever main beam, and the lug plate is provided with a mounting hole in a forming mode.
Preferably, the width of the lower supporting plate in the limiting support, the width of the base plate, the width of the limiting baffle, the width of the inclined support and the width of the limiting support are all smaller than the distance between the adjacent I-shaped beams.
Preferably, the lengths of the lower supporting plate and the base plate are larger than the distance between the adjacent I-shaped beams, gaps are formed between the two ends of the base plate and the vertical beam bodies of the I-shaped beams, semicircular extending plates are formed at the two ends of the lower supporting plate, and the extending plates abut against the vertical beam bodies of the I-shaped beams.
Preferably, the sum of the thicknesses of the lower supporting plate and the cushion plate is equal to the distance between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate of the I-beam.
Preferably, the upper end face of the limiting bracket is not higher than the upper end face of the I-beam.
Preferably, the thickness of the reinforcing plate is smaller than the distance between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate of the I-beam.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the limit support on the overhanging steel framework that it adopts can realize position control, but can not be influenced by the otic placode of welding on the girder of encorbelmenting simultaneously.

Example (b): as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the overhanging unloading steel framework with the adjustable limiting support comprises a steel structure platform, wherein the steel structure platform consists of two overhanging main beams 1 and a plurality of I-beams 2 distributed between the overhanging main beams 1, the overhanging main beams 1 are channel steel, and a plurality of lug plates 5 are welded and fixed on the outer side wall of each overhanging main beam 1; the I-shaped beam 2 is perpendicular to the overhanging main beam 1, two ends of the I-shaped beam 2 are welded and fixed on the overhanging main beam 1, reinforcing plates 3 are inserted into the overhanging main beam 1 at two ends of the I-shaped beam 2, and the reinforcing plates 3 are welded and fixed on a lower steel plate of the overhanging main beam 1 and lower steel plates of two I-shaped beams 2 at two sides of the reinforcing plates 3; a limiting support 4 is inserted between the adjacent I-beams 2, the limiting support 4 comprises a lower support plate 41, two ends of the lower support plate 41 are inserted between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate of the two I-beams 2, a vertical limiting baffle 43 is fixed on the lower end surface of the lower support plate 41 between the adjacent I-beams 2, an inclined support 44 is fixed on the limiting baffle 43, the upper end of the inclined support 44 is fixed on the lower support plate 41, and the limiting baffle 43 extends out of the lower end surface of the overhanging main beam 1;

The upper end face of the cantilever girder 1 is flush with the upper end face of the I-shaped girder 2, and the lower end face of the cantilever girder 1 is flush with the lower end face of the I-shaped girder 2.
The I-beam 2 or the ear plate 5 are linearly and evenly distributed on the cantilever girder 1, and the ear plate 5 is formed with a mounting hole 51.
The width of the lower support plate 41, the width of the backing plate 42, the width of the limit baffle 43, the width of the inclined support 44 and the width of the limit bracket 45 in the limit support 4 are all smaller than the distance between the adjacent I-beams 2.
The length of the lower supporting plate 41 and the length of the base plate 42 are both larger than the distance between the adjacent I-beams 2, a gap is arranged between the two ends of the base plate 42 and the vertical beam body of the I-beam 2, semicircular extending plates 411 are formed at the two ends of the lower supporting plate 41, and the extending plates 411 are abutted against the vertical beam body of the I-beam 2.
The sum of the thicknesses of the lower supporting plate 41 and the backing plate 42 is equal to the distance between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate of the I-shaped beam 2.
The upper end face of the limiting bracket 45 is not higher than the upper end face of the I-shaped beam 2.
The thickness of the reinforcing plate 3 is smaller than the distance between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate of the I-beam 2.
The working principle is as follows: the invention is a limit support adjustable overhanging discharging steel framework, an overhanging main beam 1 on the overhanging discharging steel framework is welded with an ear plate 5, and a limit support 4 is arranged at the inner side of the overhanging main beam 1, as shown in figure 1, when the limit support 4 needs to be adjusted, a bolt 46 is firstly taken down, a limit bracket 45 is taken down, then the whole limit support 4 is rotated, a lower support plate 41 and a backing plate 42 on the limit support 4 are driven to move out of the outer side of an I-beam 2, and the limit support 4 can be taken out from between the I-beams 2;
then, the limiting support 4 is inserted between other I-beams 2, the limiting support 4 is rotated ninety degrees, the lower support plate 41 and the base plate 42 are inserted into the I-beams 2, the limiting support 45 is inserted, the limiting support 4 is driven to move between the I-beams 2, the bolt 46 on the limiting support 45 is matched with the threaded hole 31 on the reinforcing plate 3, and the limiting support 45 is fixed through the fastening bolt 46.
