The processing device has the advantages of simple and exquisite structural design, low equipment investment cost and strong functionality, and can realize the integrated production process of the down wadding. The preparation method of the down flocculus is based on the processing device, and two down paving processes are realized, so that the first down layer and the second down layer are efficiently compounded under the adhesion action of the starch adhesive, and the down flocculus with high adhesion is obtained. Meanwhile, the preparation method and the application method of the down feather flocculus are combined by utilizing the excellent sizing adhesive property and the environment-friendly and low-cost enzymolysis property of the starch adhesive, so that the preparation and application processes of the down feather flocculus are both environment-friendly, the process is simple, and the cost is low.

Claims (2)

1. A preparation method of the down feather flocculus is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, sending fluffy down feather into an air duct (2) through a feeding port (3), conveying the down feather above a net conveying curtain (5) under the conveying action of air flow generated by a fan (1), and controlling the down feather discharge amount through a pressure sensor (12) arranged inside a first discharge port (4) under the action of a negative pressure suction device (6) and the self gravity of the down feather, so that a part of the down feather is uniformly deposited and laid on the upper surface of the net conveying curtain (5) through the first discharge port (4) to finish primary down feather laying and form a first down feather layer;
s2, the first feather layer is conveyed to the lower part of an adhesive nozzle (7) through the net conveying curtain (5), and the adhesive nozzle (7) uniformly sprays starch adhesive slurry with the concentration of 4% onto the first feather layer; then, the first down feather layer soaked with the starch adhesive slurry is continuously conveyed to the position below a second discharge port (8) by the net conveying curtain (5), and the down feather amount is controlled by a pressure sensor (12) arranged in the second discharge port (8) under the action of a negative pressure suction device (6) and the self gravity of the down feather, so that a part of the down feather in the air duct (2) falls from the second discharge port (8) and is uniformly paved on the surface of the first down feather layer soaked with the starch adhesive slurry to complete secondary down feather paving, and a composite flocculus formed by compounding the first down feather layer and the second down feather layer is formed;
s3, the composite flocculus is extruded by an extrusion roller (9) under the conveying action of the net conveying curtain (5); after extrusion is finished, the first down layer and the second down layer in the composite flocculus are fully soaked and adhered by the starch adhesive slurry in the middle to form a down flocculus with higher attaching degree;
s4, conveying the down feather flocculus to a hot air drying box (10) and a collecting device (11) in sequence, and respectively carrying out drying treatment and collecting treatment to obtain the down feather flocculus collected into a coil.

A method of using the down flakes produced by the method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises: the down feather flocculus is formed by compounding a first down feather layer, a starch adhesive layer and a second down feather layer which are uniformly laid from top to bottom in sequence; the thickness of the down feather flocculus is 0.5-0.8 cm; the application method comprises the following steps:
p1, directly conveying the down feather flocculus to a liner making workshop, and directly and efficiently sewing the down feather flocculus to liner cloth by a machine to obtain the sewn liner cloth;
p2, conveying the sewn liner cloth into an enzymolysis tank, and decomposing and discharging a starch adhesive layer in the down feather flocculus to obtain a down-filled liner cloth;
and P3, drying the down-filled liner cloth, wherein the down flakes in the down-filled liner cloth recover the original physical characteristics of down after the starch adhesive layer is removed, and become fluffy and light again, thereby completing the down filling application of the down flakes.
