Description

Ultrahigh-viscosity high-temperature lubricating grease and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lubricating grease for complex working conditions, in particular to ultrahigh-viscosity high-temperature lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of times, industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing concepts are provided, and China marks the top of industrial technology in China, such as military industry, ship navigation, aerospace and the like. In modern industrial production, some large-scale equipment is influenced by factors such as environmental dust, impact load and vibration, centrifugal force, high temperature and humidity and the like in the operation process, and the condition of lubrication failure is easy to generate. The ultrahigh-viscosity high-temperature lubricating grease is injected into the bearing cavity, and firstly plays a role in sealing and isolating environmental pollution. More importantly, grease enters the surface of a friction pair, and the high-viscosity base oil and the special extreme pressure antiwear agent form a thick and firm oil film and a solid lubricating film on the surface of a bearing, so that the long-acting operation of equipment under the conditions of bearing heavy load, impact load, centrifugal force and vibration is ensured.
Chinese patent No. CN108865340B discloses a lithium complex grease and a preparation method thereof, which comprises 70-90 parts of base oil, 4.5-30.7 parts of stearic acid, 0.8-9.4 parts of dibasic acid and 0.3-4.8 parts of LiOH aqueous solution, and the lithium complex grease is prepared by saponification, saponification dehydration, high temperature refining, cooling, homogenization and other stages. The existing lubricating grease is almost prepared by reacting a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution or oil-soluble lithium hydroxide with two or more inorganic acids or organic acids to generate a thickening agent and then thickening high-viscosity base oil, and the existing preparation method has the disadvantages of long temperature rise dehydration time, high energy consumption, easy uneven dispersion of the thickening agent and influence on the physical and chemical properties of the lubricating grease under the condition of high-viscosity base oil; the traditional antiwear additive has the defect of large limitation of temperature, and can also influence the physical and chemical properties of the lubricating grease.

Further, the thickening agent is fatty acid lithium soap or fatty acid calcium soap or a mixture of the fatty acid lithium soap and the fatty acid calcium soap.
Further, the antioxidant additive is an amine compound, a phenol compound or a mixture of the two compounds.
Further, the anti-corrosion additive is sulfonate, benzotriazole or a derivative thereof.
Further, the extreme pressure antiwear agent is a mixture of a plurality of dialkyl dithioformate, sulfur-containing synthetic ester, polymer, nano silicon dioxide and multilayer graphene mixture.
Further, the viscosity improver is polyisobutylene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer or a mixture of the polyisobutylene and the ethylene-propylene copolymer.
Further, in step S1, the temperature is raised to 170-180 ℃.
Further, in step S2, the temperature is raised to 200-210 ℃.
Further, in step S3, after the components are mixed with stirring, two times of grinding are performed.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the lubricating grease is prepared by adopting a method of adding oil and heating for many times, so that the dispersibility of the base oil is improved, the reaction time is saved, the later-stage dispersion of a thickening agent is facilitated, and the physical and chemical properties of the lubricating grease are further improved;
2. and a newly configured extreme pressure antiwear agent is added, and the extreme pressure antiwear agent can still play an excellent function of repairing the surface defects of the lubricating and friction pair under the harsh conditions of vacuum, radiation, wide temperature and the like, so that the physical and chemical properties of the lubricating grease are further improved.
