Abstract
The invention provides an insulating powder coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-70 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of curing agent, 1-2 parts of curing accelerator, 20-50 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of auxiliary agent and 1-5 parts of pigment. According to the insulating powder coating provided by the invention, epoxy resin, a curing agent, a curing accelerator and a filler are mixed, an auxiliary agent and a pigment are added, the powder coating is prepared through a double-screw extruder and a pulverizer, and redundant impurities are removed through magnetic separation, so that the prepared insulating powder coating has the characteristics of excellent insulating property, excellent toughness, strong binding power, low water absorption rate, good water resistance, humidity and heat resistance, good heat resistance and good chemical resistance, and is more widely applied to the powder coating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of powder coating, in particular to an insulating powder coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the industry, the utilization rate of motor products is higher and higher, the quality of insulating materials determines the key factors of the quality of the motor products, and further determines the stability and the service life of the motor products. Part fittings in the production of electric machines require the use of insulating coatings, such as part of the rotor, stator, magnet wire wound around the rotor, and the like. The solvent-based coating has great influence on the environment and can cause great environmental pollution. With the increasing environmental protection requirement, the position of the insulating powder coating in the motor product is more and more important.
After the existing insulating powder coating is coated on the metal surface, the insulating property can be kept under the general condition. However, as the motor product works and the temperature of the product changes, the long-term insulation performance is difficult to maintain, and the service life of the product is shortened.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide an insulating powder coating having excellent insulating properties, adhesive properties, and weather resistance, and a method for preparing the same.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the first aspect of the invention provides an insulating powder coating, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-70 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of curing agent, 1-2 parts of curing accelerator, 20-50 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of auxiliary agent and 1-5 parts of pigment.
Further, the epoxy resin is selected from one or more of silicone rubber modified epoxy resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin and o-cresol modified epoxy resin.
Further, the curing agent is selected from one or more of modified dicyandiamide, diacid dihydrazide, isocyanates and imidazole derivatives.
Further, the curing accelerator is one or more selected from HW-101, HW-102 and HW-105.
Further, the filler is selected from BaSO4One or more of kaolin quartz powder and mica powder.
Further, the auxiliary agent comprises a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, benzoin, a high-temperature antioxidant, a flame retardant and an ultraviolet absorber.
Furthermore, the pigment is selected from one or more of titanium dioxide, permanent red and permanent yellow.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing an insulating powder coating as described above, comprising the steps of:
mixing epoxy resin, a curing agent, a curing accelerator, a filler, an auxiliary agent and a pigment according to parts by weight to obtain a preparation raw material;
adding the preparation raw materials into a double-screw extruder for processing to obtain a material;
step three, adding the material into a pulverizer for grinding processing to obtain primary powder;
and step four, removing impurities from the primary powder through magnetic separation to obtain a finished powder coating, and completing preparation.
Further, the processing temperature in the second step is 90-110 ℃, the rotating speed of the main machine is 390-410 rpm, and the feeding rotating speed is 21-28 rpm.
A third aspect of the invention provides the use of an insulating powder coating as described above in the field of powder coatings.

The invention provides an insulating powder coating which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-70 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of curing agent, 1-2 parts of curing accelerator, 20-50 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of auxiliary agent and 1-5 parts of pigment.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the epoxy resin is selected from one or more of silicone rubber modified epoxy resin, bisphenol a epoxy resin and o-cresol modified epoxy resin.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the curing agent is selected from one or more of modified dicyandiamide, diacid dihydrazide, isocyanates and imidazole derivatives.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the curing accelerator is selected from one or more of HW-101, HW-102 and HW-105.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the filler is selected from BaSO4One or more of kaolin quartz powder and mica powder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary agent includes a leveling agent, an antifoaming agent, benzoin, a high-temperature antioxidant, a flame retardant, and an ultraviolet absorber.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pigment is selected from one or more of titanium dioxide, permanent red and permanent yellow.
The preparation method of the insulating powder coating comprises the following steps:
mixing epoxy resin, a curing agent, a curing accelerator, a filler, an auxiliary agent and a pigment according to parts by weight to obtain a preparation raw material;
adding the preparation raw materials into a double-screw extruder for processing to obtain a material;
step three, adding the material into a pulverizer for grinding processing to obtain primary powder;
and step four, removing impurities from the primary powder through magnetic separation to obtain a finished powder coating, and completing preparation.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the processing temperature in the second step is 90-110 ℃, the rotation speed of the main machine is 390-410 rpm, and the feeding rotation speed is 21-28 rpm.

Example 1
The embodiment provides an insulating powder coating, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60 parts of silicone rubber modified epoxy resin, 15 parts of dihydrazide, HW-1021.5 parts, 35 parts of mica powder, 3 parts of flatting agent, 1 part of high-temperature antioxidant, 2 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2 parts of titanium dioxide.
The preparation method of the insulating powder coating comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing the components according to the specified mass part to obtain a preparation raw material;
adding the preparation raw materials into a double-screw extruder for processing, wherein the processing temperature is 90-110 ℃, the main machine rotating speed of the double-screw extruder is 390-410 rpm, and the feeding rotating speed is 21-28 rpm, so as to obtain a material;
step three, adding the material into a pulverizer for grinding processing to obtain primary powder;
and step four, removing impurities from the primary powder through magnetic separation to obtain a finished powder coating, and completing preparation.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an insulating powder coating, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 50 parts of o-cresol modified epoxy resin, 10 parts of modified dicyandiamide, HW-1051 parts, 425 parts of BaSO, 2 parts of flatting agent, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 1 part of high-temperature antioxidant, 1 part of flame retardant, 1 part of ultraviolet absorbent and 3 parts of permanent yellow.
The preparation method of the insulating powder coating comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing the components according to the specified mass part to obtain a preparation raw material;
adding the preparation raw materials into a double-screw extruder for processing, wherein the processing temperature is 90-110 ℃, the main machine rotating speed of the double-screw extruder is 390-410 rpm, and the feeding rotating speed is 21-28 rpm, so as to obtain a material;
step three, adding the material into a pulverizer for grinding processing to obtain primary powder;
and step four, removing impurities from the primary powder through magnetic separation to obtain a finished powder coating, and completing preparation.

The embodiment provides an insulating powder coating, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 20 parts of isocyanate, HW-1012 parts, 50 parts of kaolin quartz powder, 2 parts of flatting agent, 1 part of benzoin, 1 part of flame retardant, 1 part of ultraviolet absorbent and 2 parts of permanent red.
The preparation method of the insulating powder coating comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing the components according to the specified mass part to obtain a preparation raw material;
adding the preparation raw materials into a double-screw extruder for processing, wherein the processing temperature is 90-110 ℃, the main machine rotating speed of the double-screw extruder is 390-410 rpm, and the feeding rotating speed is 21-28 rpm, so as to obtain a material;
step three, adding the material into a pulverizer for grinding processing to obtain primary powder;
and step four, removing impurities from the primary powder through magnetic separation to obtain a finished powder coating, and completing preparation.
Verification examples
A commercially available insulating powder coating is randomly purchased as a comparative example, and the insulating powder coatings provided in examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example are respectively tested for insulating performance and coating performance, wherein the coating performance tests comprise a flowability test, an adhesion performance test, a flame retardance test and an impact resistance test. The insulation performance test is carried out by adopting the GB/T1410-2006 standard; the fluidity test is carried out by adopting the GB/T21782.5-2010 standard; the bonding performance test is carried out by adopting an ISO2409 standard; the flame retardant performance test is carried out by adopting a VL standard; impact resistance testing was carried out using GB/T1732.
After the test, the test results are obtained as shown in table 1.

As shown in table 1, the insulation grade of the insulating powder coating provided in examples 1 to 3 is significantly higher than that of the comparative example, and compared with the insulating powder coating provided in the comparative example, the insulating powder coating provided in the present invention has better adhesion property and flame retardant property, so that the insulating powder coating provided in the present invention has better insulating property and coating property, is an insulating powder coating with excellent properties, and can be widely applied in the powder coating field.

1. The insulating powder coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 40-70 parts of epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of curing agent, 1-2 parts of curing accelerator, 20-50 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of auxiliary agent and 1-5 parts of pigment.
2. The insulating powder coating of claim 1, wherein the epoxy resin is selected from one or more of silicone rubber-modified epoxy resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin, and o-cresol-modified epoxy resin.
3. The insulating powder coating according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is selected from one or more of modified dicyandiamide, diacid dihydrazide, isocyanates and imidazole derivatives.
4. The insulating powder coating according to claim 1, wherein the curing accelerator is selected from one or more of HW-101, HW-102 and HW-105.
5. The insulating powder coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the filler is selected from BaSO4One or more of kaolin quartz powder and mica powder.
6. The insulating powder coating according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliaries comprise leveling agents, defoamers, benzoin, high temperature antioxidants, flame retardants and UV absorbers.

8. A method for preparing an insulating powder coating according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing the epoxy resin, the curing agent, the curing accelerator, the filler, the auxiliary agent and the pigment according to the mass parts to obtain a preparation raw material;
secondly, adding the preparation raw materials into a double-screw extruder for processing to obtain a material;
step three, adding the material into a pulverizer for grinding processing to obtain primary powder;
and step four, removing impurities from the primary powder through magnetic separation to obtain a finished powder coating, and completing preparation.
