Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing ink, in particular to printing ink for PE shrink film printing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The PE shrink film is widely applied to the field of goods packaging due to the super-strong winding force and retractility of the PE shrink film. The winding film is used for packaging products, so that the use cost can be effectively reduced, and the winding film is only about 15% of the original box package, about 35% of the heat shrinkable film and about 50% of the carton package. Meanwhile, the labor intensity of workers can be reduced, and the packaging efficiency and the packaging grade are improved. In addition, most of the existing PE shrink films have good water resistance and ultraviolet resistance, and have excellent stability when used outdoors.
However, the existing ink for printing the PE shrink film cannot ensure good stability at high temperature, and phenomena such as discoloration, ink drop and the like usually occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the printing ink for the PE shrink film printing and the preparation method thereof, wherein the printing ink has good water resistance and weather resistance and is suitable for outdoor use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the printing ink for the PE shrink film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of polyamide resin, 2-8 parts of water-resistant resin, 8-15 parts of temperature-resistant additive, 0.3-0.5 part of polyethylene wax, 0.5-2 parts of water-resistant additive, 10-40 parts of sun-proof pigment and 40-70 parts of solvent.
The polyamide resin has good adhesion on matrix materials such as polyethylene and the like, and the ink prepared from the polyamide resin has high glossiness, high drying speed and small smell; the polyamide resin, the water-resistant resin and the temperature-resistant auxiliary agent are compounded, so that the prepared ink has good glossiness and high drying speed, and good water resistance and weather resistance; in addition, the polyethylene wax has good chemical stability and weather resistance, and the stability of the ink can be further enhanced by adding the polyethylene wax into the ink. The applicant selects the components and the proportion of the ink, so that the prepared ink has good water resistance, high temperature resistance, sun resistance and glossiness.
Preferably, the printing ink for the PE shrink film comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of polyamide resin, 3-6 parts of water-resistant resin, 10-13 parts of temperature-resistant additive, 0.3-0.5 part of polyethylene wax, 0.8-1.5 parts of water-resistant additive, 10-40 parts of sun-proof pigment and 40-70 parts of solvent.
Preferably, the water-resistant resin comprises at least one of polyacrylate, rosin resin and epoxy resin.
Further preferably, the water-resistant resin is a rosin resin. The rosin resin has excellent water resistance and good oxidation resistance, and can be used as a preparation raw material of the printing ink to further improve the stability of the printing ink.
Preferably, the temperature-resistant auxiliary agent comprises at least one of nitrocotton, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) and polyvinyl butyral (PVB).
Further preferably, the temperature-resistant auxiliary agent is nitrocellulose which is poor in temperature resistance under normal conditions, but the temperature resistance of the ink is improved by selecting the formula after the nitrocellulose is added, and the ink is not adhered at high temperature.
Preferably, the water-resistant aid is a silane coupling agent.
Preferably, the solvent comprises at least one of ethanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate, methylcyclohexane, dimethyl carbonate (DMC), diethyl carbonate (DEC).
Further preferably, the solvent comprises methylcyclohexane, ethyl acetate and isopropanol.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the methylcyclohexane to the ethyl acetate to the isopropanol in the solvent is 1-4: 2-6.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the printing ink for printing the PE shrink film, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing polyamide resin, water-resistant resin, a temperature-resistant auxiliary agent, a water-resistant auxiliary agent and a solvent, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) and adding polyethylene wax and a light-fast pigment into the mixed solution A, stirring, grinding and dispersing to obtain the printing ink for printing the PE shrink film, wherein the particle size of the printing ink is less than 5 microns.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the components and the proportion of the printing ink are selected, so that the printing ink has good adhesion on the PE shrink film; in addition, the ink has good water resistance and weather resistance, and can not be decolorized and ink drop after long-term outdoor use.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.
Examples 1 to 11
The ink for printing PE shrink films of the present invention has the formula shown in Table 1, and is prepared by the following steps:
(1) mixing polyamide resin, water-resistant resin, nitrocotton, aminopropyltriethoxysilane and a solvent, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) and adding polyethylene wax and titanium dioxide into the mixed solution A, stirring, grinding and dispersing to obtain the printing ink for printing the PE shrink film, wherein the particle size of the printing ink is less than 5 microns.
TABLE 1 recipe table (parts by weight)
Performance testing
1) Initial drying test: the initial drying was tested with reference to GB/T13217.5-2008, the aqueous water-washed varnish for each example was tested in parallel twice, the error of the two measurements was less than 3mm, the test results were averaged and reported in Table 2.
2) And (3) testing water resistance: the inks of examples 1 to 11 were applied to a PE shrink film using a draw bar, the PE shrink film was soaked in water, boiled in water at 100 ℃ for 5min, taken out and wiped dry, then glued down (hand-pressed by the same tester) with 3M 600 for 15s, then pulled down quickly to see if the PE shrink film is de-inked, and the results are reported in table 2.
3) And (3) testing temperature resistance: the inks of examples 1 to 11 were printed on a PE shrink film, pasted with 3M 810, heat-sealed at 120 ℃ under 2kg pressure for 1s and instantaneously pulled down, and whether ink was lost or not was observed, and the results are recorded in Table 2.
4) And (3) testing the light fastness: the inks of examples 1 to 11 were printed on a PE shrink film, left for 6 months outdoors, observed for discoloration, and the results are reported in Table 2.
Table 2 results of performance testing
As can be seen from Table 2, the initial drying property of the ink in examples 1 to 3 is the best, so that the ink is more suitable for industrial rapid production, and the water resistance, the temperature resistance and the light fastness of the ink are higher; the comprehensive performance of the examples 4-5 is slightly worse than that of the examples 1-3, which shows that the content of each component has certain influence on the performance; examples 6 to 7 were selected for the type of water-resistant resin, and compared to example 1, the water resistance in examples 6 to 7 was inferior to that in example 1, indicating that rosin resin as a raw material added to the ink of the present invention had better water resistance; in example 8, nitrocotton is not added, and the temperature resistance is rather inferior to that of example 1, which shows that the nitrocotton has the effect of improving the temperature resistance in the ink by selecting the components and interacting the components; the solvents in examples 9-11 all contain only two components, and the overall performance is inferior to that of example 1, which shows that the types of the solvents also have great influence on the performance.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
