Abstract

本发明属于轻质隔热耐火材料技术领域,涉及一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法。一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,将氧化铝纤维棉、水、氧化铝粉、粘结剂、絮凝剂按照一定的比例加入搅拌池,搅拌制得均匀的浆料,真空吸压成型得湿坯,将湿坯干燥后在高温炉中烧成,制得的氧化铝纤维制品Al2O3+SiO2≥99.98wt%。本发明的工业微波窑炉用内衬材料可透波但不吸波,有效提高微波的利用率,抗热震性能好,快速吸放热,效率高,达到快速烧结,节能减排的目的。

Description

一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于轻质隔热耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法。
背景技术
工业微波窑炉用内衬材料,是工业微波窑炉的关键部件。一般在透射频率为900-3000MHZ的工业微波源下对物料进行加热或者煅烧。要求长期在1100-1700℃范围内使用,炉衬材料可透波但自身并不吸波(或根据要求可少量吸波)的高透波性、节能型材料。
传统的内衬材料因自身含有较多的杂质造成窑炉功率损耗大,使用寿命短,快速的吸热放热会加速炉衬材料的损毁,体现不出微波窑炉节能的特点。因此,开发高透波性的节能材料,对微波工业节能降耗至关重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,使所制备的氧化铝纤维内衬材料可长期在高温下使用,透波但不吸波,可用于工业微波窑炉。
本发明为完成上述目的采用如下技术方案:
一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
(1)浆料制备:将40%-90%的氧化铝纤维棉、10%-60%的氧化铝粉、水、粘结剂、絮凝剂加入搅拌池,搅拌10-30分钟,制得均匀的浆料;
(2)成型:将制备的浆料倒入模具,真空吸压成型,脱模,得到氧化铝纤维板湿坯;
(3)干燥、高温烧成:将湿坯放入干燥箱中60-150℃干燥12-96h,然后,在热处理炉中900-1300℃高温下烧成,保温3-6小时,制得工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料,其体积密度为200-700kg/m3,氧化铝含量为70%-90%,氧化硅含量为10%-40%,Al2O3+SiO2≧99.98wt%。
所述的粘结剂为硅溶胶、铝溶胶中的一种或两种的混合,其中硅溶胶的浓度≧25wt%,铝溶胶的浓度≧20wt%。
所述的絮凝剂为玉米淀粉。
所述的氧化铝纤维棉和水的比例为1:20。
所述的粘结剂和絮凝剂加入量均为浆料总重量的0.1-10wt%。
所述的氧化铝纤维棉为Al2O3含量为72%的多晶氧化铝纤维棉、Al2O3含量为80%的多晶氧化铝纤维棉,或者Al2O3含量为95%的多晶氧化铝纤维棉中的一种或几种的混合。
所述氧化铝粉的粒度为2-10微米,氧化铝含量为99.99%以上。
本发明提出的一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,采用上述技术方案,氧化铝纤维内衬可以长期在高温下用于工业微波窑炉,透波但不吸波,抗热震性好,快速吸放热,提高了烧结效率,达到节能降耗的目的。
具体实施方式
结合具体实施例对本发明进一步描述:
实施例1:
称取200gAl2O3含量为72%的多晶纤维棉,氧化铝粉300g,硅溶胶50克,铝溶胶50g,淀粉90g,水4000g,在容器中搅拌20分钟,得到分散均匀的浆料。将浆料倒入模具中,经过真空吸滤,并施加0.5MPa的压力,脱模得到氧化铝纤维板湿坯。将湿坯在干燥箱中100℃干燥16h,再放入高温炉中烧至900℃,并保温4小时,得到纤维板,在经过整形,可得成品。
经测试,该产品的Al2O3含量为88%,Al2O3+SiO2≧99.98wt%,Fe2O3含量≦0.01%,,1200℃透波率≧93%,体积密度400kg/m3,1600℃*24小时加热线变化≦2%,1200℃以内热震稳定性在50次以上。
实施例2:
称取450gAl2O3含量为72%的多晶纤维棉,氧化铝粉50g,硅溶胶90克,淀粉90g,水9000g,在容器中搅拌30分钟,得到分散均匀的浆料。将浆料倒入模具中,经过真空吸滤,并施加0.5MPa的压力,脱模得到氧化铝纤维板湿坯。将湿坯在干燥箱中120℃干燥14h,再放入高温炉中烧至900℃,并保温5小时,得到纤维板,再经过整形,可得成品。
经测试,该产品的Al2O3含量为75%,Al2O3+SiO2≧99.98wt%,Fe2O3含量≦0.01%,,1200℃透波率≧91%,体积密度450kg/m3,1600℃*24小时加热线变化≤2%,1200℃以内热震稳定性在50次以上。
实施例3:
称取300gAl2O3含量为80%的多晶纤维棉,氧化铝粉200g,硅溶胶60克,铝溶胶60g,淀粉60g,水6000g,在容器中搅拌25分钟,得到分散均匀的浆料。将浆料倒入模具中,经过真空吸滤,并施加0.5MPa的压力,脱模得到氧化铝纤维板湿坯。将湿坯在干燥箱中90℃干燥24h,再放入高温炉中烧至1000℃,并保温3小时,得到纤维板,再经过整形,可得成品。
经测试,该产品的Al2O3含量为87%,Al2O3+SiO2≧99.98wt%,Fe2O3含量≦0.01%,1200℃透波率≧90%,体积密度450kg/m3,1600℃*24小时加热线变化≤2%,1200℃以内热震稳定性在50次以上。

Claims (4)

1.一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
(1)浆料制备:将40%-90%的氧化铝纤维棉、10%-60%的氧化铝粉、水、粘结剂、絮凝剂加入搅拌池,搅拌10-30分钟,制得均匀的浆料;所述的氧化铝纤维棉和水的比例为1:20;所述的粘结剂和絮凝剂加入量均为浆料总重量的0.1-10wt%;
(2)成型:将制备的浆料倒入模具,真空吸压成型,脱模,得到氧化铝纤维板湿坯;
(3)干燥、高温烧成:将湿坯放入干燥箱中60-150℃干燥12-96h,然后,在热处理炉中900-1300℃高温下烧成,保温3-6小时,制得工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料,其体积密度为200-700kg/m3,氧化铝含量为70%-90%,氧化硅含量为10%-40%,Al2O3+SiO2≧99.98wt%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的粘结剂为硅溶胶、铝溶胶中的一种或两种的混合,其中硅溶胶的浓度≧25wt%,铝溶胶的浓度≧20wt%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的絮凝剂为玉米淀粉。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种工业微波窑炉用氧化铝纤维内衬材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的氧化铝纤维棉为Al2O3含量为72%的多晶氧化铝纤维棉、Al2O3含量为80%的多晶氧化铝纤维棉或者Al2O3含量为95%的多晶氧化铝纤维棉中的一种或几种的混合。
