The removing agent is specially used for COD in industrial wastewater exceeding the standard, is difficult to treat due to the fact that the COD cannot reach the standard, has an obvious effect on removing the COD, is suitable for wastewater treatment with any COD exceeding the standard, is suitable for water treatment with phosphorus exceeding the standard such as plastic, hardware chemical plating, phosphating and pickling, aluminum anodic oxidation, stainless steel electrolytic polishing, pharmacy, papermaking, pesticides, fertilizer plants and the like, is suitable for water treatment with the discharge standard which cannot reach the standard stably by using a traditional phosphorus removal agent, has strong chelating ability, can effectively generate insoluble substances by chemical reaction with heavy metals, particularly copper, nickel, mercury, cadmium and the like, cannot be dissolved reversely, is environment-friendly, is safe to operate, and is non-toxic and non-dangerous.
