As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 6, a compressor 6 is disposed inside the soundproof box 301, a partition plate 305 is disposed above the compressor 6, a disinfection mechanism 5 is connected to the right side of the soundproof box 301, the disinfection mechanism 5 includes a disinfection box 501, a box door 502, an ultraviolet disinfection lamp 503, a rectangular seat 504 and a support plate 505, the disinfection box 501 is fixedly disposed on the right side of the soundproof box 301, the box door 502 is rotatably connected to the front side of the disinfection box 501, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 503 is fixedly connected to the inner top of the disinfection box 501, the support plate 505 is disposed below the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 503, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 503 can irradiate and sterilize the oxygen tube on the support plate 505, so as to prevent the oxygen tube from breeding bacteria and affecting the use, the support plate 505 is connected to the inner bottom of the disinfection box 501 through the rectangular seat 504, the support plate 505 is engaged with the rectangular seat 504, so that a worker can detach the support plate 505 to clean the support plate, be provided with filter mechanism 8 and humidifying bottle 9 on the division board 305, filter mechanism 8 includes filter cartridge 801, molecular sieve 802, filter core 803 and pipeline 804, and filter cartridge 801 passes through connecting tube 7 and is connected with compressor 6, the joint is connected with filter core 803 in the filter cartridge 801, filter core 803 constitutes the pull mechanism with filter cartridge 801, the staff can be manual with filter core 803 pull out from filter cartridge 801 and renew or clean, and the filter core 803 top is provided with molecular sieve 802, filter cartridge 801 passes through pipeline 804 and humidifying bottle 9's being connected simultaneously, and humidifying bottle 9 is connected with exhaust duct 10, exhaust duct 10 keeps away from the one end of humidifying bottle 9 and runs through the front side and the connecting piece 11 of sound-proof box 301 and be connected simultaneously.
The working principle is as follows: when the oxygen generator convenient to adjust and move is used, firstly, a worker can hold the handrail to push the universal self-locking wheel 102 to move the device to a working area, then the universal self-locking wheel is connected with a power supply, then the worker can control the hydraulic cylinder 103 to push the compressor 6, the filtering mechanism 8, the humidifying bottle 9 and other oxygen generating equipment to move upwards to a proper height according to the use requirement, then the worker can connect the oxygen absorption pipe with the exhaust pipeline 10 through the connecting piece 11, next the device is started, the compressor 6 sucks air through the air inlet 303, the compressed air is discharged into the filter cylinder 801 through the connecting pipeline 7, the air entering the filter cylinder 801 is filtered by the filter element 803 to remove impurities, next, the molecular sieve 802 adsorbs nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air, the oxygen in the air is discharged into the humidifying bottle 9 through the conveying pipeline 804 to be humidified, and the humidified oxygen enters a human body through the exhaust pipeline 10 and the oxygen absorption pipe, after the oxygen inhalation is completed, the worker can manually detach the oxygen inhalation tube from the connecting member 11, then place the oxygen inhalation tube on the supporting plate 505 in the sterilizing box 501, close the box door 502 and start the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 503, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 503 can irradiate and sterilize the oxygen inhalation tube for the next use, so that the whole work is completed, and the content which is not described in detail in the specification belongs to the prior art which is well known by the person skilled in the art.
