The smart card packaging machine according to claim 2, wherein the paper feeding knife front baffle mechanism comprises a first support plate, a first pinch roller device disposed at the bottom of the first support plate, a first support block connected with the first support plate, a first support cross bar disposed on the first support block, a first support small plate disposed on the first support cross bar, a first adjusting handle penetrating the first support small plate and connected with the support cross bar, a first paper feeding knife front baffle disposed at a side portion of the first support plate, a first support small block disposed at an upper end portion of the first support plate, a second adjusting handle penetrating the first support plate and connected with the first support small block, and a third adjusting handle.

The smart card packaging machine of claim 1 wherein the card dispensing mechanism comprises a support mechanism, a paper holding mechanism disposed on the support mechanism, a paper aligning mechanism disposed adjacent the paper holding mechanism, a hold down mechanism disposed adjacent the paper aligning mechanism, a tensioning mechanism disposed below the paper aligning mechanism, and a drive mechanism for driving the tensioning mechanism.

The smart card packaging machine of claim 4 wherein the support mechanism comprises a second support plate, a holder disposed on the second support plate, a pin support plate disposed on the holder, a bottom card wall plate disposed on the pin support plate; the paper supporting mechanism comprises a second supporting small block, a paper supporting rod, a square clamp and a paper supporting plate arranged on the paper supporting rod; one end of the square clamp is connected with one end of the second small supporting block, and the other end of the square clamp clamps the paper supporting rod; the other end of the second supporting small block is arranged on the bottom clamping small wallboard.

The smart card packaging machine according to claim 4, wherein the paper aligning mechanism comprises a third support plate, a third pinch roller device disposed at the bottom of the third support plate, a third support block connected with the third support plate, a third support cross bar disposed on the third support block, a third small support plate disposed on the third support cross bar, a fourth adjustment handle connected with the third support cross bar by penetrating the third small support plate, a third paper feeding knife front baffle disposed at the side of the third support plate, a third small support block disposed at the upper end of the third support plate, a fifth adjustment handle connected with the third small support block by penetrating the third support plate, and a sixth adjustment handle.

The smart card wrapping machine of claim 4 wherein the hold-down mechanism comprises a puck support plate, a plurality of pucks disposed on the puck support plate, and a support block for supporting the puck support plate; the tensioning mechanism comprises a driven roller, a tensioning roller, a second conveying belt and a tensioning driven roller; the driven roller is connected with the output end of the driving mechanism through a second conveying belt; and the tensioning driven roller is connected with the output end of the driving mechanism through a second conveying belt.

The smart card packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the labeling mechanism comprises a support column, a box disposed on the support column, an up-down adjusting mechanism disposed beside the support column, a small wall plate disposed on the up-down adjusting mechanism, a servo driving mechanism and a synchronizing wheel disposed on the small wall plate, a labeling disk connected with an upper end portion of the small wall plate, and an aligning plate connected with a lower end portion of the small wall plate; and the output end of the servo driving mechanism is connected with the synchronizing wheel.

The smart card wrapping machine of claim 8 wherein the up-down adjustment mechanism comprises a support bar, a tooth bar disposed on the support bar, a main pallet disposed on the tooth bar, a handle disposed at an end of the tooth bar; the small wallboard is arranged on the main supporting plate.
10. The smart card wrapping machine of claim 1 wherein the receiving mechanism comprises a support frame, a motor disposed on the support frame, a driving roller connected to an output end of the motor, and a belt disposed on the driving roller.
