The plurality of groups of upper reinforcing sheet forming rollers 206 arranged on the upper reinforcing sheet forming device 202 are driving rollers which are meshed up and down, arc-shaped pressing grooves which are sunken downwards are arranged at the central line of the upper reinforcing sheet forming rollers 206, and the radian of the pressing grooves in the upper reinforcing sheet forming rollers 206 which are arranged side by side is sequentially increased towards the driving direction; the upper reinforcing sheet forming rollers 206 are provided with 3-5 groups, and a plurality of groups of upper reinforcing sheet forming rollers 206 are arranged to press and form the pipe body in one step, so that the pipe body is gradually deformed and is not easy to damage.
The lower reinforcing sheet forming device 207 is provided therein with lower reinforcing sheet forming rollers 207 and press-fitting grooves in opposite directions, and the other structure is identical to that of the upper reinforcing sheet forming device 202.
The clamping device 204 is provided with a plurality of sets of clamping rollers 212, which are formed by the cooperation of upper and lower rollers, and the upper reinforcing plate 209 and the lower reinforcing plate 208 are respectively fixed on the upper and lower raised strips of the tube body. The clamping device 204 controls the pressurization through a control system, which is the prior art and can arrange a plurality of groups of clamping rollers side by side to gradually increase the applied pressure and gradually clamp.

(3) Clamping and forming: simultaneously feeding the pipe body 101 manufactured in the step (1) and the upper reinforcing sheet 209 and the lower reinforcing sheet 208 manufactured in the step (2) into a clamping device 204, wherein the upper reinforcing sheet 209 and the lower reinforcing sheet 208 are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the pipe body, openings of the upper reinforcing sheet 209 and the lower reinforcing sheet 208 face the pipe body, clamping the upper reinforcing sheet 209 and the lower reinforcing sheet 208 on the upper side and the lower side of the pipe body after applying pressure in the clamping device 204, and cutting the pipe body after conveying the pipe body out of the clamping device to obtain the pipe body with the reinforcing sheets outside;
(4) Inserting fins: and conveying the pipe body with the reinforcing sheet outside to a fin inserting machine, and inserting the fins 104 to obtain a finished oil cooler pipe product, wherein the fin inserting machine is an existing machine and is not described herein any more.
Example 2
In the embodiment, the thickness of the material of the reinforcing sheet is 0.5mm, wherein the width of the bottom of the turbulent flow groove is 2.0mm, the included angle of the two side walls of the turbulent flow groove is 4 degrees, the length of the cross section of the pipe body is 30mm, and the width of the cross section of the pipe body is 4mm; other implementations are consistent with example 1.
Example 3
In the embodiment, the thickness of the material of the reinforcing plate is 0.5mm, wherein the width of the bottom of the turbulent flow groove is 3.5mm, the included angle between the two side walls of the turbulent flow groove is 8 degrees, the cross section of the pipe body is 300mm in length and 20mm in width; other implementations are consistent with example 1.

As shown in fig. 7, another conventional oil cooler tube includes a tube body 101, wherein the thickness of the tube body 101 is 2.0mm, and the width of the tube body 101 is 10.0mm; the inner walls of two sides of the pipe body 101 are respectively provided with 1 reinforcing sheet 103 with the thickness of 0.5mm, and fins 104 are arranged between the 2 reinforcing sheets 103; fin 104 radially sets up for the dogleg shape along it, forms the vortex groove 105 of a plurality of notch crisscross distributions from top to bottom, the cross section in vortex groove 105 is narrow trapezoidal under last wide, fin 105 sets up for the dogleg shape along its axial, makes its axial vortex groove 105 along its axial left and right sides crisscross distribution, the tank bottom width in vortex groove 105 is 3.25mm, and the contained angle in vortex groove 105 both sides wall is 4. The actual number of turbulence grooves 105 depends on the width of the bottom of the turbulence grooves 105 and the width of the tubular body 101. The fins 104 are consistent with the fins in the embodiments 1-3, the oil cooler pipe is high in strength, the problem in the comparative example 1 can be solved, the integrally formed pipe body is directly used for adding the reinforcing strips and the fins, the size is greatly reduced, the material is light and convenient, bending is easy to achieve in production, the processing time is greatly saved, the production efficiency is high, the overall strength of the pipe body is high, leakage is not easy to occur in the using process, and due to the fact that the reinforcing sheets are inserted into the pipe, manual insertion is needed, the manufacturing speed is low, the efficiency is low, and large-scale production is difficult.
The changes in the performance of the oil coolers made from the oil cooler tubes of example 1, the oil coolers made from the oil cooler tubes of comparative example 1 and the oil coolers made from the oil cooler tubes of comparative example 2, and the changes in the performance of the oil coolers of comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 relative to the oil coolers made from the oil cooler tubes of example 4 are shown in table 1.

The oil cooler prepared by the oil cooler pipe has strong static pressure resistance and thermal shock resistance compared with the oil cooler prepared by the existing pipe on the market, the production speed is greatly increased, the full-automatic production is realized, and the manpower and material resources are reduced.

(2) And (3) forming a reinforcing sheet: the forming method comprises the following steps that during pipe body forming, sheets of reinforcing plates respectively enter an upper reinforcing plate forming device and a lower reinforcing plate forming device to be pressed into an arc-shaped upper reinforcing plate and an arc-shaped lower reinforcing plate, and the upper reinforcing plate and the lower reinforcing plate are simultaneously conveyed to a clamping device, wherein a plurality of groups of upper reinforcing plate forming rollers arranged on the upper reinforcing plate forming device are driving rollers which are meshed up and down, arc-shaped meshing grooves which are sunken downwards are formed in the middle lines of the upper reinforcing plate forming rollers, radian of the meshing grooves in the upper reinforcing plate forming rollers which are arranged side by side is sequentially increased towards the driving direction, lower reinforcing plate forming rollers are arranged in the lower reinforcing plate forming device and are provided with meshing grooves in opposite directions, and other structures are consistent with the structures of the upper reinforcing plate forming devices;
(3) Clamping and forming: simultaneously feeding the pipe body manufactured in the step (1) and the upper reinforcing sheet and the lower reinforcing sheet manufactured in the step (2) into a clamping device, wherein the upper reinforcing sheet and the lower reinforcing sheet are simultaneously positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the pipe body, the openings of the upper reinforcing sheet and the lower reinforcing sheet face the pipe body, after pressure is applied in the clamping device, clamping the upper reinforcing sheet and the lower reinforcing sheet on the upper side and the lower side of the pipe body, conveying the pipe body out of the clamping device, and then cutting off the pipe body to obtain the pipe body with the reinforcing sheets outside;
(4) Inserting fins: and conveying the pipe body with the reinforcing sheet outside to a fin inserting machine, and inserting fins to obtain a finished oil cooler pipe.
