Under the working condition of single person operation, taking the example of cleaning steel wire ropes twisted by 114 steel wires, the cleaning amount in one hour is (12-20), the average number is 16, the energy consumption for cleaning a single steel wire rope is 1.24-0.75 kWh, and the average energy consumption is 0.93 kWh/steel wire rope. The automatic cleaning machine 1 does not need fuel oil such as gasoline, kerosene and the like as a cleaning solvent, adopts water and a metal purifying agent with lower cost as the cleaning solvent, 30 liters of water is added at one time, 8 bags of the metal purifying agent are added into the water, the operation can be carried out for about 8 hours, and the washed split steel wire ropes (calculated by taking the average of 114 steel wires of a single steel wire rope) are (96-160).

The total cost of water, electricity and metal purifying agent for cleaning a single stranded steel wire rope is 0.88 yuan, and the cleaning cost is less than 1 yuan. If manual cleaning is adopted, not only fuel resources such as gasoline, kerosene and the like are consumed, but also Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) are causedSCausing adverse effects such as environmental pollution and occupational disease hazard. Under the condition of manual cleaning operation, the amount of cleaned steel wire rope is about (3-5) per hour, about 0.5 liter of kerosene is consumed for cleaning one disassembled steel wire rope, the retail price of the current kerosene market is above 10 yuan, and the cost for cleaning one disassembled steel wire rope is about 5 yuan.
Through operation test and cost analysis, the automatic cleaning machine 1 of this application compares traditional manual cleaning mode, and efficiency improves by a wide margin, is 4 times of traditional mode. The cost for cleaning the single stranded steel wire rope is reduced to 0.88 yuan from 5 yuan of manual mode, and is not 1/5 of the traditional manual cleaning mode. And the method is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, improves the safety, reduces the risk of occupational diseases and dangers, and has great popularization value in the industry.

the scrubbing device comprises two groups of rolling brushes, a rolling brush motor, a stainless steel bearing, a chain wheel and a chain, wherein the rolling brushes are connected with the stainless steel bearing, the stainless steel bearing is connected with the rolling brush motor through the chain wheel and the chain, and the rolling brushes are driven by the rolling brush motor;
the hot air blowing and drying device comprises a vortex type high-pressure fan, a hot air box, an air knife and a hot air outlet pipe network, wherein the vortex type high-pressure fan is connected with the hot air box and used for conveying high-pressure hot air to the air knife in a drying area and the outlet position of the hot air blowing pipe network through the hot air outlet pipe network, the air knife is arranged between the drying area and the cleaning area and used for blowing and blocking cleaning solution in the cleaning area from entering the drying area, and the mesh cloth of the hot air outlet pipe network is arranged right behind the air knife;
