At present, traditional roller coaster generally only includes the track support frame, is equipped with the track on the track support frame, is equipped with the train on the track, and the passenger takes the train and dives downwards behind the lift section. Generally, a train can only follow a single track form, and tourists are familiar with a running mode after experiencing for many times, so that the freshness is easily lost, and the user experience is influenced.
Therefore, there is a need for a rotation conversion device that can switch tracks of a roller coaster during operation to present different operation tracks.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary track-changing device and a track, so as to solve the problems of single track, poor experience, and influence on user experience effect existing in the conventional roller coaster.
The invention provides a rotary rail-changing device, which comprises a movable rail component arranged between two adjacent fixed rails; the movable track assembly comprises a base, a main shaft fixed on the base, two movable tracks fixed on the main shaft and a driving device fixed on the base and fixedly connected with the main shaft; the driving device is used for driving the main shaft to rotate, and the positions of the two movable rails between the two adjacent fixed rails are switched through the main shaft.

In order to solve the problems that the conventional track is single, the experience of a user on entertainment projects such as roller coasters and the like is influenced, the invention provides a rotary track changing device which comprises a movable track assembly arranged between two adjacent fixed tracks; the movable track assembly comprises a base fixed on the ground or a platform, a main shaft fixed on the base, two movable tracks fixed on the main shaft and a driving device fixed on the base and fixedly connected with the main shaft; the driving device is used for driving the main shaft to rotate, and the positions of the two movable rails between the two adjacent fixed rails are switched through the rotation of the main shaft, so that the rail switching effect is realized.
To describe the structure of the rotary rail changing device of the present invention in detail, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a top view and a side view of a rotary track-changing device according to an embodiment of the present invention in a first state, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, in the rotary rail replacing device according to the embodiment of the present invention, the fixed rail includes a first fixed rail 1, a second fixed rail 2 and a third fixed rail 3 which are spaced apart from each other; the movable rails include a first movable rail 4 for connecting the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2, and a second movable rail 5 for connecting the second fixed rail 2 and the third fixed rail 3, the first movable rail 4 and the second movable rail 5 are both fixed on the same spindle 8, and when the spindle 8 rotates, the positions of the first movable rail 4 and the second movable rail 5 can be switched.
When the rotary rail replacing device is in a first state, as can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the driving shaft of the driving device 6 extends, the main shaft 8 rotates and aligns the first moving rail 4 with the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2 respectively, that is, the first moving rail 4 and the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2 are combined to form a rail combination mode, and the second moving rail 5 on the main shaft 8 is arranged below the first fixed rail 1, so that the operation of carrying or storing the rails can be omitted.
In one embodiment of the present invention, locking devices 7 are respectively disposed at the oppositely disposed free ends of the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2, when the driving device 6 drives the spindle 8 to rotate and the first moving rail 4 is limited between the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2, the locking devices 7 disposed on the first fixed rail 1 lock and fix the left ends of the first fixed rail 1 and the first moving rail 4, and the locking devices 7 disposed on the second fixed rail 2 lock and fix the right ends of the second fixed rail 2 and the first moving rail 4, so as to form a rail combination of the first fixed rail 1, the first moving rail 4 and the second fixed rail 2 which are sequentially disposed.
When the track switching is needed, the main shaft 8 is controlled to rotate by a preset angle through the driving device 6. Specifically, fig. 3 and 4 are schematic structures of the rotary rail changing device according to the embodiment of the present invention in a second state, respectively, based on the first state, the locking device 7 on the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2 is opened, then the driving shaft of the driving device 6 is retracted, the spindle 8 rotates, so that the first moving rail 4 moves out from between the first fixed rail 1 and the second fixed rail 2, the second moving rail 5 moves to between the second fixed rail 2 and the third fixed rail 3, that is, the second moving rail 5 and the second fixed rail 2 and the third fixed rail 3 are combined to form another rail combination, and the first moving rail 4 on the spindle 8 is retracted below the third fixed rail 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a corresponding locking device is disposed at a free end of the third fixed rail 3, when the driving device 6 drives the spindle 8 to rotate, so that the second moving rail 5 is limited between the second fixed rail 2 and the third fixed rail 3, the locking device disposed on the second fixed rail 2 locks and fixes right ends of the second fixed rail 2 and the second moving rail 5, and the locking device disposed on the third fixed rail 3 locks and fixes left ends of the third fixed rail 3 and the second moving rail 5, thereby forming a rail combination of the third fixed rail 3, the second moving rail 5 and the second fixed rail 2 which are disposed in sequence.
In the rotary rail-changing device provided by the invention, the first moving rail 4 and/or the second fixed rail 2 are linear or arc-shaped, and the shape or length of the first moving rail 4 and the second moving rail 5 can be adjusted according to the relative position of the two fixed rails, and the invention is not limited to the specific structure of the linear or arc-shaped shown in the drawings.
In addition, the driving device 6 may adopt various forms such as a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder or an electric cylinder, and the locking device 7 may also adopt various forms such as a locking buckle and a locking air cylinder, and is not particularly limited.

It should be noted that the rotary rail changing device of the present invention further includes a control system connected to the driving device 6; the control system is used for controlling the starting or closing of the driving device 6 and the movement stroke of the main shaft 8, and specific parameters can be set and adjusted according to application sites.
Corresponding to the rotary rail replacing device, the invention also provides a rail, which comprises at least one rotary rail replacing device, and the rail can be variously converted through a plurality of rotary rail replacing devices, so that the experience of a user in the process of passing a mountain bike is improved.
Through the rotary rail replacing device and the rails, the main shaft can be driven to rotate through the driving device, and then the positions of the two movable rails between the two adjacent fixed rails are switched through the main shaft, so that the rotary rail replacing device is simple in structure, reliable in performance and convenient to manufacture, use and maintain; the problems of poor track switching positioning effect, inconvenience in control, high cost and the like can be effectively solved.
