Further, as shown in fig. 1, 6, and 7, an annular second positioning groove 202 is formed in the outer wall of the rubber plug 2 along the circumferential direction of the rubber plug 2, an annular second positioning boss 303 matched with the second positioning groove 202 is disposed in the inner wall of the rubber plug assembly 3 along the circumferential direction of the rubber plug assembly 3, and the second positioning boss 303 is fixedly embedded in the second positioning groove 202. The second positioning groove 202 is matched with the second positioning boss 303, so that the rubber plug assembly part 3 is stably clamped with the rubber plug 2, and the installation stability of the rubber plug 2 is improved.

Further, the sealing film 4 may be made of, but not limited to, a non-PVC film, an aluminum foil, or an aluminum-plastic composite film.
Further, the edge of the sealing film 4 is provided with at least one tearing part (not shown) extending to the outer side of the outer cover body 1, so that the sealing film 4 can be conveniently opened, labor is saved, and the sealing film 4 can be uncovered only through the tearing part.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, and fig. 4, the bottom of the outer cap body 1 is provided with a circular second heat-sealing boss 107 along the circumference of the outer cap body 1, the bottom of the outer cap body 1 is connected to a connection hard tube on the liquid package, and the second heat-sealing boss 107 and the connection hard tube can be connected by heat sealing, so as to form a sealed space between the second heat-sealing boss 107 and the connection hard tube, prevent the liquid in the liquid package from leaking, and prevent the scraps dropped from the rubber plug 2 from falling into the liquid medicine.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, a circular connecting portion 106 extends from the bottom of the outer lid 1 along the outer edge of the outer lid 1, and the second heat-seal boss 107 is located at the bottom of the connecting portion 106.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the starting position 10 is provided with a first identification portion, the ending position 20 is provided with a second identification portion, and the first identification portion and the second identification portion are respectively marked with identifications for distinguishing the starting position 10 from the ending position 20. The medical staff can be reminded through the striking mark to slide the rubber plug 2 from the initial position 10 to the final position 20 after the dosing action is finished, and then the puncture position on the sealing layer 103 is tightly pressed so as to carry out subsequent infusion operation, and the compression depth of the sealing layer 103 is 0.1mm to 0.5mm.
The assembly process of the combined cover for liquid packaging comprises the following steps: firstly, the rubber plug assembly part 3 and the rubber plug 2 are assembled, then the assembly part of the rubber plug assembly part 3 and the rubber plug 2 is vertically pressed into the containing groove 101 on the outer cover body 1 according to the downward direction of the sliding strip 302, the assembly part of the rubber plug assembly part 3 and the rubber plug 2 gradually moves downwards under the guiding action of the first guiding part 108 and the second guiding part 109 in sequence, the second heat-sealing boss 107 at the bottom of the outer cover body 1 is connected with a connecting hard tube on a liquid package in a heat-sealing mode, so that a stable closed space is formed, and the bottom surface of the sealing layer 103 can be directly contacted with liquid medicine in the liquid package. The first heat-seal land 105 on the top of the outer cap 1 is heat-sealed to the sealing film 4 to provide a secondary sealing effect.
The use process of the combined cover for liquid packaging comprises the following steps: first, the sealing membrane 4 is torn from the outer cap 1 by a tearing action, so that the rubber plug 2 and the rubber plug assembly 3 are exposed to the medical staff. In an initial state, the rubber plug 2 is located at the initial position 10, the rubber plug 2 cannot shield the sealing layer 103 corresponding to the termination position 20, and at the moment, a medical worker can puncture the sealing layer 103 corresponding to the termination position 20 through puncture and add liquid or medicine into the liquid package; after the liquid adding or medicine adding operation is completed, the medical staff can slide the rubber plug 2 from the initial position 10 to the end position 20, so that the bottom of the rubber plug 2 is tightly attached to the sealing layer 103 corresponding to the end position 20, and the puncture position on the sealing layer 103 is sealed. When infusion to a patient is needed, the medical staff can directly penetrate the rubber plug 2 and the sealing layer 103 corresponding to the end position 20 by using an infusion needle without sliding the rubber plug 2 again, and then the patient can be infused.
The combined cover for liquid packaging has the characteristics and advantages that:

The combined cover for liquid packaging is characterized by comprising an outer cover body (1) and a rubber plug (2), wherein the bottom of the outer cover body (1) is connected with liquid packaging, a containing groove (101) is formed in the top of the outer cover body (1), a sealing layer (103) which is integrally formed with the outer cover body (1) is arranged at the bottom of the containing groove (101), the rubber plug (2) can be slidably arranged in the containing groove (101), and an initial position (10) and an end position (20) are formed in the containing groove (101); when the rubber plug (2) is positioned at the initial position (10), puncturing a sealing layer (103) corresponding to the termination position (20), and adding liquid into the liquid package; when the rubber plug (2) slides from the starting position (10) to the ending position (20), the bottom of the rubber plug (2) is tightly attached to the sealing layer (103) so as to seal a puncture position on the sealing layer (103);
the combined cover for liquid packaging further comprises a rubber plug assembly part (3) of an annular structure, the rubber plug assembly part (3) is fixedly sleeved on the rubber plug (2), a first guide part (108) and a second guide part (109) which are convenient for the rubber plug assembly part (3) and the rubber plug (2) to be assembled in the accommodating groove (101) are formed on the inner wall of the accommodating groove (101), and the first guide part (108) is located above the second guide part (109); the first guide part (108) and the second guide part (109) are both slope-shaped structures which are gradually inclined towards the inner side of the accommodating groove (101) from top to bottom;
the outer cover body (1) and the sealing layer (103) are both made of modified polyolefin materials added with elastomers.
2. The composite cover for liquid packaging as claimed in claim 1, wherein said modified polyolefin material is prepared by adding an elastomer material to a polyolefin material for toughening and modifying;
wherein the mass ratio of the polyolefin material to the elastomer material is 8 to 9, the elastic modulus of the modified polyolefin material is 100Mpa to 300Mpa, the mold shrinkage of the modified polyolefin material is 0.2% to 1.2%, the spiral flow length of the modified polyolefin material is 300mm to 500mm, and the shore hardness D of the modified polyolefin material is 40 to 60.
3. The combined cover for liquid packaging according to claim 1, wherein the top of the rubber plug (2) is provided with an injection slot (201) for the infusion needle to pass through.

The combined cover for liquid packaging according to claim 1, wherein a stepped sliding platform (102) protruding to the inner side of the container (101) is formed on the inner wall of the container (101), a sliding strip (302) is provided at the bottom of the rubber plug assembly (3), and the bottom of the sliding strip (302) is attached to the top of the sliding platform (102).

9. Combined lid for liquid packaging according to claim 8, characterized in that the edge of the sealing film (4) is provided with at least one tear-off portion extending to the outside of the outer lid body (1).

The combined cover for liquid packaging according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the outer cover body (1) is provided with a second heat-seal projection (107) having an annular shape along the circumferential direction of the outer cover body (1), the bottom of the outer cover body (1) is connected to a connecting rigid tube on the liquid packaging, and a sealed space is formed between the second heat-seal projection (107) and the connecting rigid tube.

The combined cover for liquid packaging as claimed in claim 10, wherein the bottom of said outer cover body (1) extends out of an annular connecting portion (106) along the outer edge of said outer cover body (1), and said second heat-seal projection (107) is located at the bottom of said connecting portion (106).
12. The composite cover for liquid packaging according to claim 1, wherein said sealing layer (103) has a sheet-like structure, and the thickness of said sealing layer (103) is 0.1mm to 0.5mm.
13. Combined closure for liquid packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that said starting position (10) and said end position (20) are provided with a first marking and a second marking, respectively.
