Abstract
The invention discloses a glaucoma drainage device, and relates to the technical field of glaucoma operation treatment equipment. The invention comprises at least two supporting bodies, wherein one supporting body positioned at one end of the glaucoma drainage device is provided with a suture hole used for being sutured with a scleral bed and a front extension body used for extending to the edge of a glaucoma operation angle and a scleral edge incision, and the upper part and the lower part of the supporting bodies are integrally connected with elastic fiber bodies in a V shape. The glaucoma drainage device provided by the invention prevents the adhesion of the postoperative scleral flap, obviously improves and strengthens the drainage effect of the filterable operation and improves the success rate of the operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glaucoma operation treatment equipment, in particular to a glaucoma drainage device.
Background
Glaucoma is a common and difficult ocular disease that is rapid in onset, dangerous and can lead to blindness at any time. Is characterized in that the intermittent or continuous elevated intraocular pressure exceeds the tolerance level of the eyeball, and the tissues and visual functions of each part of the eyeball are damaged, because the aqueous humor circulation disorder in the eye is directly expressed by the elevated intraocular pressure, thus pressing the optic nerve, and causing optic nerve atrophy, visual field reduction and vision deterioration. Blindness will be caused for a long time.
Surgery is the primary means of treating glaucoma. Intraocular pressure excess is a significant cause of glaucoma, and thus the drainage of aqueous humor and the permanent drainage of aqueous humor for the eye, i.e., the formation of blebs, become a critical step in surgery.
However, after glaucoma surgery, hyperplasia of fibroblasts and synthesis of extracellular matrix can lead to hyperplasia and scar formation of horns and scleral edge incisions, and also have the conditions of hyperplasia and adhesion of fibrous tissues under scleral flaps, so that aqueous humor drainage channels are blocked, intraocular pressure is raised again, and surgery fails. In order to reduce the occurrence of the complications, ophthalmologists at home and abroad are searching for new surgical methods. But until now, no method can thoroughly solve the problem of the blockage of the postoperative filter tip of glaucoma.
In clinical research work for more than ten years, the problems of post-operation angle, scleral edge incision hyperplasia and scar formation are solved, so that the blockage problem of an aqueous humor drainage channel is solved (the invention patent number: ZL2015 2 20658394). However, complications caused by fibrous tissue hyperplasia and adhesion under the scleral flap are not solved all the time. Still some patients have a re-rising intraocular pressure after surgery and have to undergo a second surgery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a glaucoma drainage device, which comprises at least two supporting bodies, wherein one supporting body positioned at one end of the glaucoma drainage device is provided with a suture hole used for being sutured with a sclera and a protrusion of an angle and scleral edge anterior incision.

The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the support body separates the scleral flap and the scleral bed, so that the adhesion between sclera is effectively prevented. The continuous existence of the functional liquid cavity is maintained, so that a permanent aqueous humor drainage channel is obtained, the intraocular pressure is reduced, and the success rate of the operation is greatly improved.
2. The top of the supporting body is in arched and bent arrangement, and the upper and lower parts of the supporting body are respectively provided with V-shaped elastic fiber bodies which are connected with the supporting body. The massage device has the function of attracting the outflow of aqueous humor while massaging eyeballs.
3. The support body is bent 10-15 degrees in front. The appearance design accords with the principle of human eye dissection. Is suitable for long-term placement in sclera.
4. The glaucoma drainage device does not need to insert foreign matters into eyes, and the probability of human rejection reaction is smaller.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In the surgical treatment of glaucoma, it is necessary to make a scleral flap and then make an incision in the limbus under the scleral flap so that water in the eyeball flows out of the incision to reduce the intraocular pressure. Most of the current treatment methods are to install a drainage device in the eye. This may solve the problem of temporary elevated intraocular pressure, but the adhesion between the scleral flap and the scleral bed remains unsolved.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention proposes a glaucoma drainage device, which is implanted between a scleral flap and a scleral bed, and comprises at least two supporting bodies 1, wherein the two supporting bodies 1 can be stably standing on the eyeball without falling down, and preferably three supporting bodies 1 are arranged.
The support body 1 is a round filament body which is arranged in a bending way and is arranged in a pea shape. The adjacent supporting bodies 1 are elastically connected, and the elastic connection ensures that the supporting bodies 1 can relatively move to a certain extent, so that damage to eye tissues due to overhigh rigidity is avoided. The elastic connection is specifically connected through a V-shaped elastic connector 3, and the elastic connector 3 is integrally formed with the support body 1. The elastic connection body 3 can rebound after being deformed.
The top of the supporting body 1 is arranged in an arch-shaped bending way. An elastic fiber body 6 which is in a V shape is integrally connected between the upper part and the lower part of the support body 1, so that the upper part and the lower part of the support body can be compressed and rebound, and further the functions of massaging eyeballs and attracting outflow of aqueous humor are achieved.
Referring to fig. 3 in detail, the support body is bent forward by 10-15 degrees. The appearance design accords with the principle of human eye dissection. Is suitable for long-term placement in sclera. Arrow B in fig. 3 shows the front direction of the support body.
Two suture holes 2 with diameters of 0.2-0.5mm are respectively arranged on the supporting bodies 1 at the two ends of the glaucoma drainage device. Suture holes 2 are used to suture the scleral bed to the support 1. The glaucoma drainage device is fixed, and a new gap is formed between the scleral flap and the scleral bed, so that the adhesion of the scleral flap is prevented.
Two protrusions 4 are arranged on one support body 1 positioned at one end of the glaucoma drainage device, and the protrusions 4 are used for extending to the incision edge of the corneoscleral limbus, so that aqueous humor can flow away along the protrusions when flowing out from the incision, and continuous outflow of aqueous humor in eyes is facilitated.
In addition, the lower portion of the support body 1 is provided in a broken state. The glaucoma drainage device is small in whole, the length of each direction is 3-5mm, and the support body 1 is very close to the incision, so that the lower part of the support body 1 is disconnected to ensure that water flowing out of the incision can smoothly flow out, and the support body 1 is prevented from blocking the incision.
The glaucoma drainage device is made of acrylic ester, methyl methacrylate copolymer or other materials with high biocompatibility.
Because the support 1 isolates the scleral flap from the scleral bed, a new gap is formed between the scleral flap and the scleral bed. Therefore, the glaucoma drainage device can effectively prevent scleral adhesion for a long time. In the prior art, after glaucoma surgery, scleral flap adhesions often occur and have to be operated again.
In addition, the glaucoma drainage device does not need to enter eyes, and human rejection reaction generally does not occur.
The invention is different from all prior domestic and external glaucoma drainage devices, and thoroughly solves the problems of proliferation, scarring and scleral flap adhesion of the fibroblasts at the angle and scleral incision after glaucoma operation based on the prior patent (patent number: ZL2019 2 2065839.4).
