Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a TDP self-heating patch.
Background
TDP is an abbreviation for "specific electromagnetic spectrum". The main working principle is that a specific material is coated on a treatment plate, and the specific material can generate electromagnetic waves (the frequency band is close to far infrared electromagnetic waves) with various element characteristics in a heating environment, the electromagnetic waves cover the electromagnetic spectrum range emitted and absorbed by organisms, are easily absorbed by the organisms and generate biological effects beneficial to the organisms.
At present, the traditional TDP therapeutic apparatus is available on the market, and electromagnetic waves are excited in an electric heating mode; however, the whole therapeutic apparatus needs a lamp holder as a frame, so that the whole volume and occupied space are large, and the use is inconvenient.
To this end, chinese patent CN208927035U discloses an electrothermal TDP moxibustion patch, which is prepared by making TDP plate into block shape (size of watch dial), matching with battery and application layer, applying TDP plate on human body surface (with non-woven fabric gap), and electrically heating with battery to realize moxibustion effect. Although the volume of the electrothermal TDP moxibustion patch is small, the electrothermal TDP moxibustion patch has the risk of electric leakage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a TDP self-heating patch for realizing self-heating, aiming at the technical problem of electric leakage risk of the existing treatment patch.
The basic scheme provided by the invention is as follows: TDP self-heating subsides include:
the containing bag is internally provided with a group of TDP micro-beads and an oxidation heating substance;
the connecting piece is connected with the containing bag;
wherein, the surface of the containing bag contacting with the human body is provided with a plurality of light holes.
The working principle and the advantages of the invention are as follows: the oxidation heating substance is used for reacting with oxygen in the air to generate heat, the TDP micro-beads which are arranged in the containing bag together with the oxidation heating substance can be heated to generate corresponding electromagnetic waves, and the electromagnetic waves can generate corresponding treatment effects on the human body through the light holes.
Compared with a TDP coating coated on the outer surface of the containing bag, the TDP microspheres are arranged in the containing bag, so that the effective ingredients are not easy to fall off, and the treatment effect is more durable; compared with a single TDP sheet, the TDP sheet adopts a mode of a group of TDP beads, and the position of each TDP bead can be changed along with the shape of the attaching surface of the self-heating paste, so that the effects of comprehensive attachment and uniform treatment are achieved; compared with an electric heating mode, the automatic heating device adopts the oxidation heating substance to automatically heat when in use, thereby avoiding the hidden trouble of electric leakage.
According to the TDP self-heating patch, the storage bag is matched with the connecting piece, so that the effect of detachably connecting the self-heating layer and the TDP treatment layer is realized, and thus, after the self-heating layer fails, a user can independently replace the new self-heating layer, so that the aim of repeatedly using the TDP treatment layer is fulfilled, and the effect of saving the TDP treatment layer is achieved.
Furthermore, the two sides of the containing bag are fixedly provided with attaching parts which are convenient to fix. The fitting part enables the TDP self-heating sticker to be better fitted with a human body.
Further, the attaching portion is a medical tape or a velcro tape. The medical adhesive tape is harmless to human body, and the nylon fastener tape is fixed with the human body in a binding mode, so that the skin of a user cannot be damaged.
Further, the surface of self-heating zone is equipped with nylon velvet belt layer, and the portion that has the contact with the surface of self-heating zone in the storage bag is equipped with nylon hook belt layer. Such design can be better let self-heating formula zone of heating and the inner wall of accomodating the bag fixed.
Further, the connecting piece is a button, a hidden button, a magnet button, a zipper or a magic tape. By the design, the self-heating patch can be conveniently and fixedly arranged on clothes.
Further, the containing bag is arranged in a packaging bag special for packaging the oxidation heating object, and the TDP beads are arranged between the light holes and the packaging bag; the closed bag is provided with air holes.
The packaging bag is arranged to prevent the oxidation heating substances from leaking out of the containing bag.
Further, the oxidation exothermic material is filled in the containing bag.
If a packaging bag is not used, the oxidation heating substance can be directly filled in the containing bag, and the micro-beads can be directly arranged in the oxidation heating substance, so that the heating is more uniform.
TDP self-heating subsides include:
the containing bag is internally provided with a group of TDP microbeads and a heating object and is made of a light-transmitting material.
Compared with the containing bag which is directly made of the light-transmitting material and is provided with the light-transmitting holes, the electromagnetic wave emitted by the TDP micro-beads can be ensured to be transmitted out of the containing bag.
Further, the TDP beads are granular and are uniformly mixed with the heat-generating substance.
The TDP micro-beads and the heating substances are uniformly mixed, so that the TDP micro-beads can be further uniformly heated.
Further, the TDP microbeads are metal particles with the surface coated with the TDP material.
The TDP microbeads are uniformly manufactured according to specific sizes, and labor is consumed relatively; if the metal block is directly smashed into particles, then the TDP material is sprayed on the metal particles according to the prior art, the TDP micro-beads can be directly generated; the metal plate can be sprayed with the TDP material, once the TDP coating is formed, the TDP coating can be directly scraped and smashed into particles, and the metal plate and the TDP coating can also be smashed into particles together on the premise of not scraping the TDP coating.
Furthermore, a layer of medical glue is coated on one surface of the containing bag, which is in contact with a human body.
Therefore, the adhesive part of the side edge can be saved, the adhesive part can be directly adhered, and the structure is simple and practical.
