Description

Disposable hemostix
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of biochemical detection, in particular to a disposable hemostix.
Background
Three methods are commonly used for blood collection, one is venous blood collection, one is peripheral blood collection, and the other is arterial blood collection. The venous blood sampling method is the most widely applied blood sampling type, most clinical tests require venous blood sampling methods, such as routine tests of blood and various biochemical tests, including liver function, kidney function and blood fat, and most serological tests also require venous blood sampling methods. Since peripheral blood is easily mixed with interstitial fluid during extrusion, the peripheral blood sampling method is less applicable and can be applied to methods for identifying various blood types. The artery blood sampling method is mainly used for analyzing qi and blood clinically, and can be used for analyzing the qi and blood by extracting femoral artery. Based on different detection requirements, different blood sampling methods are often required to collect blood, wherein a dry blood paper sheet method is a common blood sampling method, namely, a whole blood sample is collected on filter paper, and after the blood is dried, dry blood plaques are obtained on the filter paper. When the detection is needed, the dry blood plaque on the filter paper is extracted by a solvent, and the component to be detected in the dry blood plaque is detected and analyzed by an analysis method such as a fluorescence reaction method, a tandem mass spectrometry method and the like.
The dry blood sheet method is generally to drop the blood directly on the filter paper or press the finger directly on the filter paper so that the filter paper absorbs the blood, and the filter paper with the blood sample is generally dried by directly exposing to air and then is temporarily stored in a box or bag. The blood sample collection method has the disadvantages that an operator is difficult to control the blood collection amount, the blood volume is too small, the blood sample formed on the filter paper is difficult to meet the detection requirement, the accuracy of the detection result is influenced, the blood drying speed is influenced if the blood volume is too large, the blood waste of a detected person is caused, the operation is very inconvenient, and the quantitative blood collection is difficult to realize. Because the hands of people are easy to contact with the filter paper in the blood sampling process, the risk of blood sample pollution caused by mistaken contact is increased, and the accuracy of the detection result is influenced; meanwhile, the possibility that other people except the owner of the sample directly contact with the blood sample is increased, and potential safety hazards are generated.
In addition, the blood sample directly formed by using the filter paper is not only inconvenient to transport and store, but also easily causes problems such as falsification or contamination during the transport and storage.

One end of the channel groove extends to the collection portion of the blood collection unit, and a blood collection port is formed at the edge of the collection portion, and the other end extends to the blood collection portion 300 of the blood collection unit.
Further, a first blood collection groove 102 is formed on the first housing 100, a second blood collection groove 202 is formed on the second housing 200, and when the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 are attached to each other, the first blood collection groove 102 and the second blood collection groove 202 are arranged opposite to each other and together enclose a containing groove for containing the blood collection portion 300. The one end that the collection portion was kept away from to the passageway recess sets up with the storage tank intercommunication.
Preferably, the blood collection channel is a capillary 400, and the capillary 400 is fitted in the channel groove to be connected with the first and second housings 100 and 200. One end of the capillary 400 extends to the blood collection port of the collection portion, and the other end extends to the accommodation groove, and contacts with the blood collection portion 300 in the accommodation groove. Blood flows from the blood collection port of the collection portion to the blood collection portion 300 via the capillary 400.
Preferably, the capillary 400 is disposed protruding from the blood collection port to facilitate accurate contact with the bleeding site; the whole toper structure that is of collection portion, along the setting of drawing blood unit to outside protrusion and extension, the point portion that the mouth of drawing blood is located collection portion toper structure to in the butt joint bleed position.
The volume inside the capillary 400 can be specifically limited by selecting and adjusting the inner diameter and length of the capillary 400, thereby achieving the effect of quantitatively collecting blood samples. When a blood sample is collected, a blood collecting port of the disposable blood collector is contacted with a bleeding part, then the flowing condition of the blood in the capillary 400 is observed, when the capillary 400 is completely filled with the blood, the blood collecting port can be moved away, and the blood content in the capillary 400 is the amount of the blood sample to be collected. Preferably, the blood collecting portion 300 absorbs the same amount of blood as the amount of blood collected in the capillary 400, and the blood collecting portion 300 can completely and sufficiently absorb the blood sample in the capillary 400.
In addition, other pipeline structures can be adopted to replace the capillary 400 as a blood collection channel of the disposable blood collector; or grooves are directly formed in the first shell 100 and/or the second shell 200, so that a blood sampling channel surrounded by the grooves is formed between the first shell 100 and the second shell 200 which are attached to each other, and the volume of the blood sampling channel is set by adjusting the width, the depth and the length of the grooves, so that the effect of quantitatively collecting blood samples is realized. That is, a cavity with a fixed volume is formed in the blood collection channel, so that a fixed amount of blood is accommodated, and the purpose of collecting blood quantitatively is achieved.
Further, at least one protrusion structure is disposed on the inner wall of the receiving groove, and when the blood collection portion 300 is located in the receiving groove, the protrusion structure is abutted against the outer surface of the blood collection portion 300, so that the blood collection portion 300 and the receiving groove are spaced apart from each other to form a drying gap. On the one hand, the drying gap can provide a space for the flow of air, promoting rapid drying of blood in the blood collecting part 300; on the one hand, the dry gap can prevent the blood collection part 300 from contacting or attaching to the inner wall of the containing groove, and prevent blood from being adhered to the inner wall of the containing groove and losing the blood sample.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the blood collecting part 300 is a cylindrical granular structure having good blood absorption performance, the protrusion structure includes a dot-shaped protrusion 103 disposed on the side wall of the first blood collecting groove 102 and a strip-shaped protrusion 203 disposed on the bottom wall of the first blood collecting groove 102 and the second blood collecting groove 202, and the dot-shaped protrusion 103 and the strip-shaped protrusion 203 support the blood collecting part 300 together, so that the blood collecting part 300 is spaced from the inner wall of the accommodating groove, and also plays a role in fixing the blood collecting part 300. Of course, other forms of protrusion structures, clamping structures, or the like may be used to fix and support the blood collection portion 300 so as to form a dry gap between the blood collection portion 300 and the receiving groove.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, the blood sampling unit is provided with a detachable portion 205, and the detachable portion 205 is provided adjacent to the blood collecting portion 300. The detachable portion 205 can be removed from the blood collecting unit to expose the blood collecting portion 300, so that the blood collecting portion 300 can be taken out from the housing well for testing. The detachable portion 205 is of an unrecoverable structure, i.e., once removed from the blood collection unit, cannot be mounted to the blood collection unit again, and cannot be fixedly connected to the blood collection unit again. Through the arrangement mode, when the blood collecting part is taken out again, the breaking position of the detachable part 205 can damage the blood sampling unit, so that the blood sampling unit and the detachable part 205 are broken and cannot be recovered, therefore, the blood sample can be taken out from the blood sampling unit only when being detected, if the blood sample is taken out or tampered before being detected, a detected person can find the blood sample, and the safety of the blood sample and the accuracy of a detection result are ensured.
Specifically, the detachable portion 205 is disposed on the second housing 200 at an end of the second housing 200 away from the collecting portion. One end of the detachable portion 205 is provided with a breaking point structure, and an edge of the detachable portion 205 may be broken along an imaginary line formed by the breaking point structure to be separated from the second housing 200, thereby being removed. The other end of the detachable portion 205 is longer than the end of the first housing 100 away from the collecting portion, so that when the first housing 100 is engaged with the second housing 200, a protruding structure protruding outward is formed at the end of the detachable portion 205, and the protruding structure is disposed protruding from the blood collecting unit, which is convenient for a human hand or other stripping tool to grasp, so as to remove the detachable portion 205 from the blood collecting unit. Of course, the detachable portion 205 may be provided on the first housing 100, or on both the first housing 100 and the second housing 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first housing 100 is provided with a fixing hole 105. When the disposable blood collection device of the present invention is manufactured, the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 are first attached to each other, and then an adhesive is injected through the fixing hole 105, so that the adhesive flows between the first casing 100 and the second casing 200, thereby adhering and fixing the first casing 100 and the second casing 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 11, a fixing hole 105 may be provided at one end of the blood collecting unit near the collecting part, corresponding to a channel groove for accommodating the capillary 400, and an adhesive may flow between the first case 100 and the second case 200 through the fixing hole 105 to adhesively fix the first case 100, the capillary 400 and the second case 200; when the disposable blood collection set includes two or more blood collection units, the fixing holes 105 may be provided at positions between adjacent two blood collection units, and preferably, two or more fixing holes 105 are juxtaposed in the extending direction of the blood collection passage to adhesively fix the first case 100 and the second case 200. Of course, the fixing holes 105 may be formed on the first casing 100 as shown in fig. 1 and 11, may be formed on the second casing 200, or may be formed on both the first casing 100 and the second casing 200, and the number of the fixing holes 105 is one, two, or more. The arrangement position and the arrangement number of the fixing holes 105 can be adaptively adjusted according to the specific shape and size of the blood collecting unit, so that the first case 100 and the second case 200 can be stably bonded.
Further, an anti-overflow assembly is disposed between the first and second housings 100 and 200, and is disposed near the fixing hole 105, and the anti-overflow assembly may limit a flow range of the adhesive between the first and second housings 100 and 200, and prevent the adhesive from overflowing to the outside of the housings or overflowing to a structural position where the blood collection portion 300 or the like is not bondable.
Specifically, the spill prevention assembly includes at least one barrier groove disposed laterally of the securing hole 105 to block adhesive flow. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the blocking groove includes a first anti-overflow groove 106 provided on the first housing 100 and a second anti-overflow groove 206 provided on the second housing 200, the first anti-overflow groove 106 and the second anti-overflow groove 206 are located opposite to each other, and when the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 are fitted to each other, the first anti-overflow groove 106 and the second anti-overflow groove 206 are snapped to each other to form the blocking groove between the first housing 100 and the second housing 200.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 7, two blocking grooves are provided beside the fixing hole 105 at the blood collecting unit 300, the two blocking grooves are provided on both sides of the fixing hole 105, and both the two blocking grooves are provided across the blood collecting passage.
