Description

Lens cap for endoscope protective sleeve and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a lens cover for an endoscope protective sleeve and a preparation method thereof.
Background
An endoscope is a medical detection instrument integrating an image sensor, an optical lens, a light source illumination, a mechanical device and the like, and can enter the inside of a human body to shoot images so as to facilitate diagnosis of disease conditions. The electronic nasopharyngoscope as one endoscope accounts for a larger and larger proportion in the examination of the otolaryngological department, can discover malignant tumor diseases such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma at an early stage, and provides sufficient time and more cure possibilities for subsequent treatment.
When the endoscope enters the human body to be checked, in order to prevent the body fluid of a patient from polluting and corroding the endoscope body, the outer side of the endoscope is additionally provided with an endoscope protective sleeve. The endoscope protective sleeve can also effectively prevent the endoscope infected by the body fluid of the patient from causing cross infection to the next patient. At present, small endoscopes such as electronic nasopharyngoscope mainly adopt a mode that transparent elastic sleeve is sleeved outside the endoscope to protect the endoscope. However, even if the transparent elastic sleeve is tightly sleeved on the outer side of the endoscope, in the process that the electronic nasopharyngoscope is inserted into the body of a patient, the transparent elastic sleeve cannot seal the small endoscope due to the reason that the extrusion force of the fingers of a doctor gripping the endoscope body can generate negative pressure inside the transparent elastic sleeve, and then body fluid of the patient can contaminate the electronic nasopharyngoscope, so that pollution is caused. Meanwhile, the transparent material of the transparent elastic sleeve can cause diffraction of detection light of the electronic nasopharyngoscope, so that the quality of a shot image is influenced, and diagnosis and judgment are influenced finally.
To solve the above problem, a large protective sheath is generally used. However, the large protective sleeve is usually applied to large endoscopes such as gastroscopes and enteroscopes, and if a large protective sleeve is added on a small endoscope such as an electronic nasopharyngoscope with a size of 3-4mm, the whole structure with an excessively large size can damage tender nasal cavities, pharyngeal cavities and the like. In addition, the vomiting reflex of the patient is also caused, which affects the detection. Therefore, the large protective sleeve cannot be applied to the small endoscope, and the transparent elastic sleeve cannot seal the small endoscope, and affects the quality of the photographed image.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 and 2 respectively show a front view and a top view of a lens cover for an endoscope protective sleeve according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the lens cap for the endoscope protective sleeve provided by the embodiment of the present application includes a circular light-transmitting sheet 1, a light-sealing ring 2 and an annular light-transmitting sheet 3, wherein the circle centers of the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, the light-sealing ring 2 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are consistent, and the circle centers are used as centers, and the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, the light-sealing ring 2 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are sequentially arranged along the diameter direction, thereby forming the circular lens cap.
In the embodiment of the present application, the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are light-transmitting members made of the same material and having the same height. Specifically, the circular light transmission sheet 1 and the annular light transmission sheet 3 are made of polycarbonate, and the light transmittance is 90-92%.
When the lens cap is manufactured, silica gel for forming the shading ring 2 is injected into the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3. Since the silica gel for forming the light-shielding ring 2 by injection molding is liquid when not cooled and has a certain surface tension, if the inner side of the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 is in a vertical opening shape and the lens cover is in a fine structure, the silica gel is not easy to permeate between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 due to the surface tension of the silica gel when the silica gel is injected. Based on this, the ring widths of the upper and lower surfaces of the ring-shaped light-transmitting sheet 3 in the embodiment of the present application are different, as shown in fig. 3. Preferably, the width of the upper surface of the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 is smaller than that of the lower surface, and the difference between the widths of the upper and lower surfaces cannot be too large, so as to prevent the formed light-sealing ring 2 from blocking the light-compensating light source due to too large area. More preferably, the ring width of the upper surface of the ring-shaped light-transmitting sheet 3 is smaller than the ring width of the lower surface by 0.1 mm. So, when pouring the light ring 2 of sealing between circular printing opacity piece 1 and the annular printing opacity piece 3, it gets into between circular printing opacity piece 1 and the annular printing opacity piece 3 to change the 2 silica gel of light ring of sealing for can not produce the cavity between circular printing opacity piece 1 and the annular printing opacity piece 3.
The light-sealing ring 2 is a soft opaque component, and preferably, the material for preparing the light-sealing ring 2 in the embodiment of the present application is black medical silica gel. The height of the light sealing ring 2 is larger than that of the circular light transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light transmitting sheet 3, and the outer diameter of the light sealing ring 2 is the same as the diameter of the inner ring of the lens of the endoscope. For example, the diameter of the lens inner ring of an endoscope with the endoscope body diameter of 4mm is 2.5mm, namely the diameter of the range of the endoscope inner ring for shooting is 2.5 mm. At this time, the diameter of the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 is 2.1mm, and the height thereof is 0.5 mm; the inner diameter of the light sealing ring 2 is 2.1mm, the outer diameter is 2.5mm, and the height is 0.7 mm; the inner diameter of the annular light transmission piece 3 is 2.5mm, the outer diameter is 5mm, and the height is 0.5 mm. Of course, the specific sizes of the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, the light-sealing ring 2 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and need to be determined according to the size of the lens of the endoscope.
Because the height of the light sealing ring 2 is greater than that of the circular light transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light transmitting sheet 3, and the outer diameter of the light sealing ring 2 is the same as the diameter of the inner ring of the lens of the endoscope, the lens cover is completely pressed on the lens of the endoscope when the lens cover and the lens of the endoscope are assembled. At this moment, the height that seals light ring 2 and 1 more than circular printing opacity piece can be because the extrusion of lens cap and compressed, and the light that sends from both sides light filling just can be sheltered from completely to the compressed seals light ring 2, and then avoids light to get into the camera lens to effectively isolated harmful light avoids influencing image acquisition.
Further, the outer side of the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 is provided with a shell 4, and the shell 4 is used for completely covering the lens. Similarly, taking an endoscope with a endoscope body diameter of 4mm and a lens inner ring diameter of 2.5mm as an example, the shell 4 is of an annular structure, and the annular width and the height of the shell are respectively 0.1mm and 5 mm.
Based on the lens cover for the endoscope protective sleeve provided by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application also provides a preparation method of the lens cover for the endoscope protective sleeve, and the method comprises the following steps:
s01: and respectively injection-molding the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet.
Since the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are circular and annular, respectively, they can be injection molded. And simultaneously, the lens cover barrel body on the rear side is also subjected to injection molding. Since the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are both very thin and small precision components and are used for a lens cover of an endoscope, the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are required to have high processing precision and structural integrity. Meanwhile, the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 cannot have any forming points or burrs per se, so that the image acquisition of the endoscope is prevented from being influenced. Based on this, in the injection molding process of circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and annular light-transmitting sheet 3, the forming points are removed by adopting a hot cutting mode, that is, when the injection molding is just finished and the cooling molding is not performed, redundant materials are removed by adopting a hot cutting tool in an extruding mode, so that circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and annular light-transmitting sheet 3 which are free of forming points or burrs, high in processing precision and good in structural integrity are obtained.
S02: and putting the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet into a forming die, and placing a wire cylinder between the circular light-transmitting sheet and the annular light-transmitting sheet.
The circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are arranged in a forming die as shown in fig. 4, and a set of the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 is placed in each forming groove of the forming die as shown in fig. 5. When circular printing opacity piece 1 and annular printing opacity piece 3 were placed, annular printing opacity piece 3 was located the outside of circular printing opacity piece 1, and placed a silk section of thick bamboo 5 between circular printing opacity piece 1 and the annular printing opacity piece 3.
S03: and moving the filament tube downwards to a position where the height of the filament tube is lower than the surface height of the circular light transmission piece, and injecting silica gel between the circular light transmission piece and the annular light transmission piece.
The injection molding of the shading ring 2 is divided into two times, before the first glue injection, the filament tube 5 is slightly moved downwards to the height lower than the surface height of the circular light transmission piece 1, and silica gel which is injected between the circular light transmission piece 1 and the annular light transmission piece 3 to form the shading ring 2 is injected, so that the silica gel enters between the circular light transmission piece 1 and the annular light transmission piece 3.
Because the ring width on two upper and lower surfaces of annular printing opacity piece 3 is different, therefore circular printing opacity piece 1 and annular printing opacity piece 3 place the position fixed back, and the inboard of annular printing opacity piece 3 presents slope surface structure. Slope surface structure's annular printing opacity piece 3 more is favorable to silica gel to get into between circular printing opacity piece 1 and the annular printing opacity piece 3. Domatic structure's annular printing opacity piece 3 can also increase the area of contact of silica gel and annular printing opacity piece 3 for the adhesion strength grow of silica gel, when assembling the lens cap, can not make the holding capacity of shading ring 2 exceed the adhesion strength limit of silica gel because of the pulling force is too big like this, and then avoid shading ring 2 to drop from between circular printing opacity piece 1 and the annular printing opacity piece 3.
Further, the silk tube 5 is moved down to a position where the height is lower than the surface height of the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, and an air pump is used for pumping air below the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, so that the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 is tightly pressed on the inner surface of the forming die. At this moment, the position of the circular light-transmitting piece 1 positioned in the center is fixed, so that the circular light-transmitting piece 1 can be prevented from displacing in the subsequent glue injection process, and further the bad conditions that the light shielding ring 2 formed by injection molding generates breakpoints and offset are avoided.
S04: after the silk tube is filled with the silica gel, the silk tube is pulled down, and the silica gel is continuously injected between the circular light transmission piece and the annular light transmission piece.
And after the first glue injection of the silica gel is filled in the position of the wire barrel 5, pulling down the wire barrel 5. At this moment, the drawing-down of the silk tube 5 makes negative pressure be formed between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3, and silica gel located above the silk tube 5 can be pulled to move downwards, so that the gap between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 is filled, and further the silica gel can not move downwards due to surface tension, so that a cavity is prevented from being formed between the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3, and the integrity of a finished product of the lens cap is improved.
After the first glue injection is completed, and before the silica gel is not solidified, the silica gel is continuously injected between the circular light transmission piece 1 and the annular light transmission piece 3 so as to form a structure that the shading ring 2 is slightly higher than the circular light transmission piece 1. Since the silica gel has extremely strong viscosity, the structure of the light-shielding ring 2 slightly higher than the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 can be formed by the surface tension of the silica gel itself. Under the restraint of the surface tension of the silica gel, the silica gel does not flow as long as excessive silica gel is not poured, and further the molding of the shading ring 2 is not influenced.
S05: and cutting the redundant part to form the lens cover.
And after the silica gel is completely solidified, cutting off redundant parts to form a complete and sealed lens cover.
When assembling endoscope and lens cap, the camera lens of endoscope is extruded to the lens cap, and at this moment, extremely thin shading ring 2 can warp because of the extrusion of iron camera lens to the tiny gap that produces when totally blocking the camera lens because of the shaping cutting avoids the light that the light filling light source sent to produce the refraction and get into in the camera lens on inside the lens cap and front end printing opacity piece, and then produces the blurred problem that the image overexposure produced.
Of course, the lens cover in the embodiment of the present application may also adopt a preparation method in which the circular light-transmitting sheet 1, the light-shielding ring 2, and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are bonded together by glue after being respectively injection molded.
In the lens cap for the endoscope protective sleeve and the preparation method thereof, the circular light-transmitting sheet 1 and the annular light-transmitting sheet 3 are additionally provided with the light-shielding ring 2, so that the light-shielding ring 2 can effectively prevent light supplementing light rays from being reflected inside the lens cap and entering the lens to become harmful light, the definition of collected images is ensured, and more favorable conditions are provided for inspection. Under the traction effect of the silk tube 5, the integrity of the glue injection can be ensured by twice glue injection, so that the lens cover has a complete and sealed structure, the pollution and corrosion of body fluid of a patient to the lens body are avoided, and meanwhile, the cross infection of the endoscope caused in different patients can be effectively prevented. The lens cap for the endoscope protective sleeve provided by the embodiment of the application adopts medical silica gel, has elasticity, does not damage mucous membrane, has no toxic or side effect, has high histocompatibility and safe use, and does not cause vomiting reaction of patients.
