一种肝肾回声对比的测量方法(200)、设备(900)、医用系统和存储介质,该方法(200)包括:向目标对象的肝肾部位发射超声波并接收肝肾部位的超声回波(S710,S810),并基于超声回波进行超声图像处理以得到超声图像(S210,S610);基于超声图像分别获取肝组织区域的位置和肾组织区域的位置,并基于所获取的位置分别对肝组织区域和肾组织区域发射超声波并接收超声回波(S220);对肝组织区域的超声回波和肾组织区域的超声回波各自进行信号处理以分别得到第一超声信号和第二超声信号,第一超声信号和第二超声信号均为带有幅度信息和相位信息的超声信号(S230);基于第一超声信号和第二超声信号确定目标对象的肝组织和肾组织之间的回声差异(S240,S530,S640,S730,S830)。该测量方法(200)能够获得更准确的肝肾回声对比结果。
