Description

Method for responding to emergency broadcast by subcarrier, cable television set top box and system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of emergency broadcasting, and particularly relates to a method for responding to emergency broadcasting by subcarriers, a cable television set top box and a system.
Background
The cable digital television DVB-C set-top box receives, demodulates, demultiplexes and decodes DVB-C broadcast television signals to obtain broadcast television program data, and outputs the broadcast television program data to a television for playing. And when a natural disaster or a social public event occurs, the emergency broadcast management platform sends an emergency message to the DVB-C set top box. The DVB-C set top box has a problem of how to respond to emergency messages and play emergency broadcasts when it is turned off, on standby or playing programs.
The existing emergency broadcasting system inserts the emergency message into the DVB-C broadcast television signal, and the DVB-C set-top box receives and separates the emergency message, and has the disadvantages that the DVB-C receiving module and the main control module 7 x 24 of the DVB-C set-top box are required to operate in real time, and the DVB-C signal receiving, demodulating and decoding require high-frequency components, and the data volume for processing the DVB-C broadcast television signal is large, so that the power consumption for detecting the emergency message in real time by the DVB-C set-top box is large, and the data processing is complex.
The bandwidth of FM broadcast stereo channel is about 200KHz, while the main carrier audio only occupies about half of the frequency, the rest part is unused, and the part is not called as subcarrier. The frequency modulation subcarrier technology is to transmit data signals by utilizing subcarriers, and one frequency modulation frequency can realize the simultaneous transmission of audio signals and coded signals. The FM subcarrier technology is classified into FM-SCA (chinese standard, national standard GB4311.3-84, subcarrier frequency 67 KHz), FM-RDS broadcast (european standard, subcarrier frequency 57KHz), FM-RBDS broadcast (american standard, subcarrier frequency 57KHz), and FM-DARC broadcast (japanese standard, subcarrier frequency 76 KHz).
Therefore, based on the existing problems, the invention provides a new technical method by considering that the data volume of the frequency modulation subcarrier is small, the processing complexity is low, and the power consumption is low, and combining the frequency modulation subcarrier with the DVB-C set top box so as to solve the problem of how to respond to the emergency message and play the emergency broadcast when the DVB-C set top box is turned off, stands by or plays programs.
