9. A method for controlling an electric appliance according to any of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it further comprises a step of writing information to said NFC tag, comprising:
selecting information to be written in the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal searches for an NFC tag located in a communicable range of the mobile terminal and sends a wake-up command to the NFC tag;
reading the address information of the NFC label, and performing key verification;
and after the verification is passed, sending the information to be written to the NFC label and storing the information to be written to a corresponding storage area.
10. A water heater is characterized in that the water heater receives control information and executes a corresponding control command, and the control information acquisition method comprises the following steps:
the mobile terminal reads information in the NFC label;
and the mobile terminal judges the consistency of the identity information of the water heater in the NFC label and the locally stored identity information of the water heater, and when the identity information of the water heater is consistent with the locally stored identity information of the water heater, the mobile terminal acquires control information according to the read information in the NFC label and sends the control information to the water heater.
