s4: an operator touches the wiper handle touch key 2 to switch to the first intermittent gear of the automobile wiper and displays the first intermittent gear on the combined instrument of the automobile; the vehicle body controller controls the intermittent gear first gear operation of the vehicle windshield wiper; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the first gear indicator lamp 8 of the intermittent gear corresponding to the backlight indication to light;
s5: an operator touches the wiper handle touch key 2 to switch to the second gear of the intermittent gear of the automobile wiper and displays the second gear on the combined instrument of the automobile; the vehicle body controller controls the intermittent gear second gear operation of the vehicle windshield wiper; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the backlight to indicate the corresponding intermittent gear second gear indicator light 7 to light;
s6: an operator touches the wiper handle touch key 2 to switch to the third gear of the intermittent gear of the automobile wiper and displays the third gear on the combined instrument of the automobile; the vehicle body controller controls the intermittent gear third gear operation of the vehicle windshield wiper; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the intermittent gear third gear indicator lamp 6 corresponding to the backlight indication to light;
the operation processes between S1 and S6 are not in a front-back order in an absolute sense, but are only specific steps in the operation process, and the specific operation process is to realize the control of the automobile light and the windshield wiper, so as to improve the experience of the automobile.
Preferably, in combination with the above solutions, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the present invention further provides a method for controlling an automobile combination switch, further comprising:
s7: after an operator continuously touches the light handle touch key 1 for a preset time, the switch controller transmits light closing information to the combination instrument for displaying and reminding, and the operator clicks the light handle touch key 1 again to close all lights of the automobile; after the automobile light is turned off, the touch key 1 can be turned on again by triggering the light handle again; further, after the light handle touch key 1 is pressed for 5 seconds, the switch controller transmits a corresponding request signal to the combination instrument and displays a prompt, and after the prompt signal is sent out, the user clicks the light handle touch key 1 again to forcibly turn off all lights; the logical work cannot be performed during the driving process.
Preferably, in combination with the above solutions, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides a control method of an automobile combination switch, in step S4, when the wiper handle touch button 2 is switched to the first gear of the intermittent gear, the automobile wiper operates intermittently with a first preset time of operation; specifically, the first preset time is preferably 1 second or 2 seconds or 3 seconds.
Preferably, in combination with the above solutions, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides a control method of an automobile combination switch, in step S5, when the wiper handle touch button 2 is switched to the second gear of the intermittent gear, the automobile wiper operates intermittently with the operation interval of the second preset time; specifically, the second preset time is preferably 4 seconds or 5 seconds or 6 seconds.
Preferably, in combination with the above solutions, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides a control method of an automobile combination switch, in step S6, when the wiper handle touch button 2 is switched to the third gear of the intermittent gear, the automobile wiper operates intermittently with the operation interval of the third preset time; specifically, the second preset time is preferably 7 seconds or 8 seconds.
The invention also provides a control method of the automobile combination switch, which comprises the following control principles: the switch controller receives and processes the trigger signal of the touch key; after the signal is judged to be the effective signal, the signal is transmitted to the automobile body controller to complete the driving and control of the associated part; meanwhile, the on-off of the backlight indication of the corresponding symbol is judged according to the signal, and the current switch state information is also transmitted to the combination instrument through the LIN line network for amplified display, so that the operation perception of passengers is optimized.
According to the scheme provided by the invention, the integrated control of partial light and wiper functions is realized through the point contact and long-time touch of the touch switch, the structure of the combined switch can be effectively optimized, and the use convenience of the product is improved; meanwhile, the interaction with the whole automobile signal is realized through an LIN network, the realization process is simple and visual, the intelligent design degree of the automobile is higher, and the product competitiveness can be greatly improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way. Claims (10)
1. An automobile combination switch is characterized by comprising a first handle, wherein a lamplight handle touch key (1) and a switch controller are arranged on the first handle, and the lamplight handle touch key (1) is electrically connected with the switch controller; one or more automobile light indicating lamps are arranged on the first handle; each automobile light indicator lamp is electrically connected with the switch controller respectively; the light handle touch key (1) can realize the circular switching of the automobile light through touch, and the automobile light indicator lamp corresponding to the backlight indication is controlled to be lightened through the switch controller.
2. The automobile combination switch of claim 1, further comprising a second handle, wherein a wiper handle touch button (2) is disposed on the second handle, and the wiper handle touch button (2) is electrically connected to the switch controller; the second handle is also provided with a plurality of intermittent gear indicator lamps; the wiper handle touch key (2) can realize intermittent gear switching of the automobile wiper through touch, and controls the intermittent gear indicator lamp corresponding to backlight indication to be lightened through the switch controller.
3. The vehicle combination switch of claim 1, wherein the vehicle light indicator comprises a low beam position (2), a clearance position (3), and an automatic lighting position (4); the light handle touch key (1) can be switched to a dipped headlight of an automobile to work through touch, and the switch controller controls the backlight to indicate the corresponding dipped headlight gear (2) to be lightened; the light handle touch key (1) can be switched to an automobile clearance lamp to work through touch, and the switch controller controls backlight to indicate the corresponding clearance lamp gear (3) to be lightened; the light handle touch key (1) can be switched to the automatic lighting work of the automobile through touch, and the automatic lighting gear (4) corresponding to the backlight indication is controlled to light through the switch controller.
4. The automobile combination switch according to claim 2, wherein the intermittent position indicator lamp includes an intermittent position third position indicator lamp (6), an intermittent position second position indicator lamp (7), and an intermittent position first position indicator lamp (8); the wiper handle touch key (2) can be switched to the first intermittent gear of the wiper through touch to operate, and the first intermittent gear indicator lamp (8) corresponding to backlight indication is controlled to shine through the switch controller; the wiper handle touch key (2) can be switched to the second gear of the intermittent gear of the wiper through touch to operate, and the second gear indicator lamp (7) of the intermittent gear corresponding to the backlight indication is controlled to be lightened through the switch controller; the wiper handle touch key (2) can be switched to the intermittent gear third gear operation of the wiper through touch, and the intermittent gear third gear indicator lamp (6) corresponding to the backlight indication is controlled to be lightened through the switch controller.
5. The vehicular combination switch according to claim 4, wherein the intermittent shift position first gear controls the wiper to operate intermittently every 2 seconds of operation; the intermittent gear second gear controls the wiper to work intermittently at the running time of every 4 seconds; and the intermittent gear third gear controls the wiper to work intermittently at the running time of every 8 seconds.
6. The automobile combination switch according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the switch controller is electrically connected to the automobile body controller and the combination meter through LIN lines, respectively; the switch controller receives a trigger signal of the light handle touch key (1), so that the corresponding automobile light is controlled by the automobile body controller to work and is displayed on the combination instrument; the switch controller receives a trigger signal of the wiper handle touch key (2), so that the wiper is controlled by the vehicle body controller to work in a corresponding intermittent gear and is displayed on the combination instrument.
7. An automobile combined switch control system is characterized by comprising a switch controller, a light handle touch key (1) and a wiper handle touch key (2); the light handle touch key (1) and the wiper handle touch key (2) are respectively electrically connected with the switch controller; the switch controller is also electrically connected with a plurality of automobile light indicating lamps and a plurality of intermittent gear indicating lamps respectively; the light handle touch key (1) can realize the circular switching of the automobile light through touch, and controls the automobile light indicating lamp corresponding to the backlight indication to be lightened through the switch controller; the wiper handle touch key (2) can realize intermittent gear switching of the automobile wiper through touch, and controls the intermittent gear indicator lamp corresponding to backlight indication to be lightened through the switch controller.
8. The automotive combination switch control system of claim 7, wherein the control system comprises a body controller and a combination meter; the switch controller is electrically connected with the automobile body controller and the combination instrument through LIN wires respectively; the switch controller receives a trigger signal of the light handle touch key (1), so that the corresponding automobile light is controlled by the automobile body controller to work and is displayed on the combination instrument; the switch controller receives a trigger signal of the wiper handle touch key (2), so that the wiper is controlled by the vehicle body controller to work in a corresponding intermittent gear and is displayed on the combination instrument.
9. An automobile combination switch control method which can be applied to the automobile combination switch of any one of the above claims 1 to 6 or the automobile combination switch control system of any one of the above claims 7 to 8; the control method is characterized by comprising the following processes:
s1: an operator switches to a dipped headlight gear of the automobile by touching a light handle touch key (1), and the automobile body controller controls the corresponding automobile dipped headlight to work and displays the dipped headlight on a combined instrument of the automobile; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the dipped headlight gear (2) corresponding to the backlight indication to shine;
s2: an operator touches the light handle touch key (1) to switch to the gear of the automobile outline marker lamp, and the automobile body controller controls the corresponding automobile outline marker lamp to work and display the automobile outline marker lamp on the combined instrument of the automobile; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the backlight to indicate the corresponding clearance lamp gear (3) to shine;
s3: an operator switches to an automatic lighting gear of the automobile by touching a light handle touch key (1), and the automobile body controller controls the corresponding automatic lighting of the automobile to work and displays the automatic lighting on a combined instrument of the automobile; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the backlight to indicate the corresponding automatic lighting gear (4) to light;
s4: an operator touches the wiper handle touch key (2) to switch to the first gear of the intermittent gear of the automobile wiper and displays the first gear on the combination instrument of the automobile; the vehicle body controller controls the intermittent gear first gear operation of the vehicle windshield wiper; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the first gear indicator lamp (8) of the intermittent gear corresponding to the backlight indication to light;
s5: an operator touches the wiper handle touch key (2) to switch to the second gear of the intermittent gear of the automobile wiper and displays the second gear on the combined instrument of the automobile; the vehicle body controller controls the intermittent gear second gear operation of the vehicle windshield wiper; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the backlight to indicate the corresponding intermittent gear second gear indicator lamp (7) to light;
s6: an operator touches the wiper handle touch key (2) to switch to the third gear of the intermittent gear of the automobile wiper and displays the third gear on the combined instrument of the automobile; the vehicle body controller controls the intermittent gear third gear operation of the vehicle windshield wiper; meanwhile, the switch controller controls the backlight to indicate the corresponding intermittent gear third gear indicator lamp (6) to light.
10. The control method of an automobile combination switch according to claim 9, characterized in that the control method further comprises:
s7: after the operator continuously touches the light handle touch key (1) for a preset time, the switch controller transmits light closing information to the combination instrument for displaying and reminding, and the operator clicks the light handle touch key (1) again to close all lights of the automobile; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the step S4, when the wiper handle touch key (2) is switched to the first gear of the intermittent gear, the automobile wiper works intermittently in every 2 seconds of operation; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the step S5, when the wiper handle touch key (2) is switched to the second gear of the intermittent gear, the automobile wiper works intermittently in 4 seconds of operation; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and in the step S6, when the wiper handle touch key (2) is switched to the third gear of the intermittent gear, the automobile wiper works intermittently in every 6 seconds of operation.
