the service information includes at least one of: picture information and character information of voice information to be broadcasted in a preset service area; media stream information of voice information to be broadcasted in a preset service area;
analyzing according to the voice coding information to obtain picture information and character information corresponding to the voice information to be broadcasted;
and/or analyzing according to the voice coding information to obtain media stream information corresponding to the voice information to be broadcasted.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before sending the voice information to be broadcasted and the vocoded information together, further comprising:
setting a calling interface of the voice service broadcast content according to the type of an application program on the intelligent terminal;
and returning picture information, and/or text information, and/or media stream information of the voice information through the calling interface.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the sending the voice message to be broadcasted and the vocoded information together comprises:
broadcasting the voice information to be broadcasted and inserting the voice coding information at the same time, wherein the voice coding information at least comprises: the frequency range is from 18KHz to 20 KHz.
5. A hearing assistance method based on intelligent public service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition that the intelligent terminal monitors the voice service broadcast content in the service area, the voice service broadcast content is obtained through an application program pre-installed in the intelligent terminal, wherein the voice service broadcast content at least comprises: broadcasting voice information and voice coding information corresponding to the voice information in the service area;
analyzing the voice coding information through an application program to obtain service information corresponding to the voice information;
and displaying the service information on the intelligent terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein:
analyzing the voice coding information through an application program to obtain service information corresponding to the voice information comprises:
after the application program is opened in a service area providing voice broadcast service, analyzing the voice coding information through the application program to obtain service information corresponding to the voice information, wherein the service information at least comprises one of the following: picture information and character information of the voice information are broadcasted in a preset service area; media stream information of voice information broadcasted in a preset service area;
displaying the service information at the intelligent terminal includes:
and displaying the picture information, the text information and the media stream information on the intelligent terminal through the application program.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the displaying the service information at the smart terminal comprises:
and translating the text information into preset text contents of multiple languages, and displaying the text contents on the intelligent terminal.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent terminal obtains the voice service announcement content through an application program pre-installed in the intelligent terminal when monitoring the voice service announcement content in a service area, wherein the voice service announcement content at least comprises: the voice information that broadcasts in the service area, with the speech coding information that voice information corresponds includes:
under the condition that the intelligent terminal is connected to a network and monitors voice service broadcast contents in a service area, after communication is established with a server through an application program pre-installed in the intelligent terminal, the voice service broadcast contents are acquired on line;
and under the condition that the intelligent terminal is not connected to a network and monitors voice service broadcast contents in a service area, acquiring the voice service broadcast contents in an off-line mode through an application program pre-installed in the intelligent terminal.
9. A storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4, and/or the method of any of claims 5 to 8 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4, and/or the method of any of claims 5 to 8.
