Abstract
A method for prolonging the service life of a display screen of a self-service cash register is characterized in that a human body induction sensor for detecting whether a customer is in front of the display screen is arranged; the working power supplies of the sensor and the display screen are automatically controlled by a program in a cash register host, and the host is always connected with the working power supplies of the sensor and the display screen in a convenience store with 7-24 h business in a time period with more customers; in a time period with few customers, when the sensor detects that customers exist, the program in the host automatically switches on the working power supply of the display screen, and when the sensor detects that no customers exist, the working power supply of the display screen is switched off after a set time interval. The invention has the advantages that: under the condition that the number of customers is small, the power supply of the display screen is automatically turned off by the sensor through a program in the host computer, so that the display screen can have a short rest, and the service life of the equipment can be effectively prolonged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for prolonging the service life of a display screen of a self-service cash register, which is mainly used for the self-service cash register in a convenience store with 7 x 24h business.
Background
The automatic cash registers used in the current 7 x 24h convenience stores are all provided with consumption display screens (the consumption display screens do not support 7 x 24h work, the screens have 3-5 years of life when working for about 20 hours each day, and the life is about 1 year under 7 x 24 h), and the consumption display screens are used for displaying transaction information or continuously playing commodity advertisements. During the business hours, the display screen is always in the working state (lighted). It has the following disadvantages: the display screen is in a working state all the time, and operations such as turning off the screen and stopping the screen are avoided, so that the service life is greatly shortened.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for prolonging the service life of a display screen of a self-service cash register, which aims to solve the problem of short service life of equipment in the prior products and technologies.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a method for prolonging the service life of a display screen of a self-service cash register is characterized in that a human body induction sensor for detecting whether a customer is in front of the display screen is arranged; the working power supplies of the sensor and the display screen are automatically controlled by a program in a cash register host, and the host is always connected with the working power supplies of the sensor and the display screen in a convenience store with 7-24 h business in a time period with more customers; in a time period with few customers, when the sensor detects that customers exist, the program in the host automatically switches on the working power supply of the display screen, and when the sensor detects that no customers exist, the working power supply of the display screen is switched off after a set time interval.
The invention has the advantages that: under the condition that the number of customers is small, the power supply of the display screen is automatically turned off by the sensor through a program in the host computer, so that the display screen has a rest, and the service life of the equipment can be effectively prolonged.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the invention relates to a method for prolonging the service life of a display screen of a self-service cash register, which is characterized in that a human body induction sensor for detecting whether a customer exists within a range of 1.5m in front of the self-service cash register is arranged. The working power supplies of the sensor and the display screen are automatically controlled by a program in a cash register host, and the host is always connected with the working power supplies of the sensor and the display screen in a convenience store with 7-24 h business in a time period with more customers; in a time period with few customers, when the sensor detects that customers exist, the program in the host automatically switches on the working power supply of the display screen, and when the sensor detects that no customers exist, the working power supply of the display screen is switched off after a set time interval.
The method is started in a time period with less customers (such as 0 to 6 points, which can be set according to needs), and single equipment can be operated in transaction software, and batch equipment can also be operated in a background of the transaction software.
In a time period with fewer customers (such as 0 to 6), the method can be started, the liquid crystal screen of the equipment is closed, but the equipment is not closed, and the remote maintenance of the machine is not influenced; and the liquid crystal screen is kept on in other time periods.
The front of the device is provided with a human body induction sensor, the induction distance is about 1.5m, and the sensor is started through an application program installed on the device when the method is started. If no customer is sensed in the sensing area, the power supply of the liquid crystal screen is turned off after 1 minute (which can be set); when a customer walks into the sensor induction area, the sensor senses that the customer exists, the liquid crystal screen power supply is turned on, the screen is lightened, the customer performs transaction operation, the customer leaves after the transaction is completed, the sensor senses that no customer exists, the liquid crystal screen power supply is turned off after 1 minute, and when the next customer walks into the sensor induction area, the liquid crystal screen power supply is turned on by the aid of the process of circulating again.
In a time period from 6 o 'clock to 0 o' clock of the next day, the method is closed, and meanwhile, the power supply of the liquid crystal display is turned on, so that the equipment is normally used.
