Background
With the popularization of scanning payment (such as code scanning payment and face scanning payment), more and more merchants have access to payment terminals with a scanning function, and the payment terminals are used in cooperation with a point of sale (POS) terminal to collect cash.
However, most of the current payment terminals access in a code scanning gun mode, and the payment codes are transmitted to the merchant POS terminal in a single-way mode through a code scanning gun channel, so that the current payment order information of the customer cannot be displayed.

FIG. 1 is a diagram of an exemplary implementation of a method for processing order data. In one embodiment, the payment terminal acquires the order inquiry address of the back-end server from the third-party server, and the method comprises the following steps: sending an address query request to a third-party server, wherein the address query request carries a payment terminal identifier; and receiving a back-end server order inquiry address bound with the payment terminal identification returned by the third-party server response address inquiry request.
The payment terminal identifier may be a unique device Serial Number (SN) for representing a payment terminal Identity (ID), for example, a character string composed of numbers and/or letters, and each payment terminal has a unique corresponding payment terminal identifier. Specifically, the third-party server may receive a binding request carrying the payment terminal identifier and the corresponding back-end server order query address in advance, and bind the payment terminal identifier and the corresponding back-end server order query address in response to the binding request. FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be the payment terminal 110 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 7, the computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, an input device, and a display screen connected through a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the order data processing method. The internal memory may also have a computer program stored therein, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the order data processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be the backend server 130 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 8, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the order data processing method. The internal memory may also have a computer program stored therein, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the order data processing method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 7 or fig. 8 are only block diagrams of some configurations relevant to the present solution, and do not constitute a limitation on the computer apparatus to which the present solution is applied, and a particular computer apparatus may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine some components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, the order data processing apparatus provided herein may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device such as that shown in fig. 7. The memory of the computer device may store various program modules constituting the order data processing apparatus, such as a cash register request receiving module, a payment code acquiring module, a payment code transmitting module, an inquiry module and a presentation module shown in fig. 5. The respective program modules constitute computer programs that cause the processors to execute the steps in the order data processing methods of the embodiments of the present application described in the present specification.
For example, the computer device shown in fig. 7 may execute step S202 by the cash registration request receiving module in the order data processing apparatus shown in fig. 5. The computer device may perform step S204 through the payment code acquiring module. The computer device may perform step S206 through the payment code transmission module. The computer device may perform step S208 through the query module. The computer device may perform step S210 through the presentation module.
In one embodiment, the order data processing apparatus provided in the present application may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device such as the one shown in fig. 8. The memory of the computer device may store therein various program modules constituting the order data processing apparatus, such as the processing request receiving module and the binding module shown in fig. 6. The respective program modules constitute computer programs that cause the processors to execute the steps in the order data processing methods of the embodiments of the present application described in the present specification.
For example, the computer device shown in fig. 8 may execute step S302 by the processing request reception module in the order data processing apparatus shown in fig. 6. The computer device may perform step S304 through the binding module.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: receiving an order cash register request sent by a POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction for an order; calling a scanning device of a payment terminal to obtain a payment code of the order according to the order cash-receiving request; sending a payment code to a POS terminal, sending order information and the payment code of the order to a back-end server by the POS terminal, and binding the order and the payment code by the back-end server; inquiring an order bound with the payment code from the back-end server according to the order inquiry address and the payment code of the back-end server to obtain order information; and displaying the order information.
In one embodiment, the computer program causes the processor to further perform the following steps prior to performing the steps of querying the order bound to the payment code from the back-end server for the order information based on the order query address and the payment code of the back-end server: and acquiring the order inquiry address of the back-end server from the third-party server.
In one embodiment, the computer program causes the processor to, when executing the step of obtaining the order query address of the back-end server from the third-party server, specifically execute the following steps: sending an address query request to a third-party server, wherein the address query request carries a payment terminal identifier; and receiving a back-end server order inquiry address bound with the payment terminal identification returned by the third-party server response address inquiry request.
In one embodiment, the scanning device includes a barcode scanning device, and the computer program causes the processor to specifically perform the following steps when the step of calling the scanning device of the payment terminal to obtain the payment code of the order is performed: and calling a bar code scanning device of the payment terminal to acquire the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code, and taking the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code as the payment code.
In one embodiment, the scanning device includes a face scanning device, and the computer program causes the processor to specifically perform the following steps when the step of calling the scanning device of the payment terminal to obtain the payment code of the order is performed: and calling a bar code scanning device of the payment terminal to acquire the face information, and converting the face information into a payment code.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: receiving order information and a payment code of an order sent by a POS terminal, wherein the payment code is the payment code of the order obtained by calling a scanning device of the payment terminal according to an order cash register request sent by the received POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction for the order; and binding the order and the payment code, inquiring the order bound with the payment code from the back-end server by the payment terminal according to the order inquiry address and the payment code of the back-end server, acquiring order information and displaying the order information.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: receiving an order cash register request sent by a POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction for an order; calling a scanning device of a payment terminal to obtain a payment code of the order according to the order cash-receiving request; sending a payment code to a POS terminal, sending order information and the payment code of the order to a back-end server by the POS terminal, and binding the order and the payment code by the back-end server; inquiring an order bound with the payment code from the back-end server according to the order inquiry address and the payment code of the back-end server to obtain order information; and displaying the order information.
In one embodiment, the computer program causes the processor to further perform the following steps prior to performing the steps of querying the order bound to the payment code from the back-end server for the order information based on the order query address and the payment code of the back-end server: and acquiring the order inquiry address of the back-end server from the third-party server.
In one embodiment, the computer program causes the processor to, when executing the step of obtaining the order query address of the back-end server from the third-party server, specifically execute the following steps: sending an address query request to a third-party server, wherein the address query request carries a payment terminal identifier; and receiving a back-end server order inquiry address bound with the payment terminal identification returned by the third-party server response address inquiry request.
In one embodiment, the scanning device includes a barcode scanning device, and the computer program causes the processor to specifically perform the following steps when the step of calling the scanning device of the payment terminal to obtain the payment code of the order is performed: and calling a bar code scanning device of the payment terminal to acquire the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code, and taking the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code as the payment code.
In one embodiment, the scanning device includes a face scanning device, and the computer program causes the processor to specifically perform the following steps when the step of calling the scanning device of the payment terminal to obtain the payment code of the order is performed: and calling a bar code scanning device of the payment terminal to acquire the face information, and converting the face information into a payment code.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: receiving order information and a payment code of an order sent by a POS terminal, wherein the payment code is the payment code of the order obtained by calling a scanning device of the payment terminal according to an order cash register request sent by the received POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction for the order; and binding the order and the payment code, inquiring the order bound with the payment code from the back-end server by the payment terminal according to the order inquiry address and the payment code of the back-end server, acquiring order information and displaying the order information.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An order data processing method, comprising:
receiving an order cash register request sent by a POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction for an order;
calling a scanning device of a payment terminal to obtain a payment code of the order according to the order cash register request;
sending the payment code to the POS terminal, sending order information of the order and the payment code to a back-end server by the POS terminal, and binding the order and the payment code by the back-end server;
inquiring an order bound with the payment code from the back-end server according to the order inquiry address of the back-end server and the payment code to obtain order information;
and displaying the order information.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, before querying the order bound with the payment code from the backend server according to the order query address of the backend server and the payment code to obtain order information, further comprising:
and acquiring the order inquiry address of the back-end server from a third-party server.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining the order query address of the back-end server from a third-party server comprises:
sending an address query request to a third-party server, wherein the address query request carries a payment terminal identifier;
and receiving a back-end server order inquiry address bound with the payment terminal identification returned by the third-party server responding to the address inquiry request.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the scanning device comprises a barcode scanning device, and the invoking of the scanning device of the payment terminal to obtain the payment code of the order comprises:
and calling a bar code scanning device of the payment terminal to acquire the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code, and taking the one-dimensional bar code or the two-dimensional bar code as the payment code.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the scanning device comprises a face scanning device, and the invoking of the scanning device of the payment terminal to obtain the payment code of the order comprises:
and calling a bar code scanning device of the payment terminal to acquire the face information, and converting the face information into a payment code.
6. An order data processing method, comprising:
receiving order information and a payment code of an order sent by a POS terminal, wherein the payment code is obtained by calling a scanning device of the payment terminal according to an order cash register request sent by the received POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction for the order;
and binding the order and the payment code, inquiring the order bound with the payment code from the back-end server by the payment terminal according to the order inquiry address of the back-end server and the payment code, acquiring order information and displaying the order information.
7. An order data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the cash register request receiving module is used for receiving an order cash register request sent by the POS terminal responding to a cash register instruction aiming at the order;
the payment code acquisition module is used for calling scanning equipment of a payment terminal to acquire a payment code of the order according to the order cash receiving request;
the payment code sending module is used for sending the payment code to the POS terminal, the POS terminal sends the order information of the order and the payment code to a back-end server, and the back-end server binds the order and the payment code;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the order bound with the payment code from the back-end server according to the order inquiry address of the back-end server and the payment code to obtain order information;
and the display module is used for displaying the order information.
8. An order data processing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving order information and payment codes of an order sent by a POS terminal, wherein the payment codes are the payment codes of the order, which are obtained by calling a scanning device of the payment terminal according to an order cash register request sent by the received POS terminal in response to a cash register instruction aiming at the order;
and the binding module is used for binding the order and the payment code, and the payment terminal inquires the order bound with the payment code from the back-end server according to the order inquiry address and the payment code of the back-end server, acquires order information and displays the order information.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
