Facing new challenges, but most companies currently have some shortcuts in data asset management: for example, the data management work lacks overall planning, and the system mechanism is to be perfected; the data standard is missing or is not executed in place, all systems are difficult to collaborate and fuse for application, and the data island phenomenon still exists; the data supply capacity is insufficient, the data acquisition difficulty is high, the threshold is high, and the requirement of service development cannot be quickly met; the data value conversion capability is insufficient, and diversified data value realization ways are lacked; the overall awareness of data security is insufficient, and the data security guarantee capability is weak. The metadata is data describing data, mainly information describing data attributes, and generally may include technical metadata, business metadata, management metadata, and the like, and although some enterprises have implemented metadata management, data dictionaries, and business glossaries, only technical metadata that can be collected automatically is basically collected, and business metadata and management metadata are basically collected manually at present. As data growth rates far exceed the number of data managers, enterprise users are faced with more and larger data sources, in addition to all data about customers, products, sales, employees, and suppliers, such as from social media, the internet of things, and other types of behavioral data, such as website click streams. This in fact represents a bottleneck in the availability of metadata management personnel in the current data asset management approach. Further, because of the imprecision of definitions, incomplete information, and stale metadata or inability to find the desired information, more metadata is required to understand the data assets stored in the data warehouse. In addition, these systems and applications are generally developed by IT personnel at present, and due to the difference between the thinking and technical language of IT personnel and business personnel, the business users are more complicated and difficult to acquire data.
Although the metadata cannot completely solve all the problems faced by the current data asset management, the metadata can be used as a basis for constructing a data asset directory, which is equivalent to the background of the data asset directory and is responsible for collecting metadata of a plurality of business systems. However, most of the current power grid enterprises have not realized the application of managing enterprise data assets by constructing a data asset directory.

10. The method of claim 6, wherein the metadata audit task is performed based on preset conditions, comprising:
triggering a metadata inspection task based on a preset time period;
collecting service system metadata;
and carrying out difference analysis and comparison on the collected metadata of the service system, if the difference exists, checking the metadata with the difference, judging whether the metadata needs to be added or not, if the difference exists, supplementing the metadata by a system user, carrying out complete and compliance check on the supplemented metadata, and if the check is passed, carrying out difference analysis and comparison again.
