Detailed Description

All other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort are intended to fall within the scope of the present application.
The core of the application is to provide a slip ring control method, a slip ring control device, a slip ring control system and a slip ring storage medium, which are used for achieving the purpose of prolonging the service life of a slip ring and effectively prolonging the service life of the slip ring.
In order to provide a better understanding of the present application, those skilled in the art will now make further details of the present application with reference to the drawings and detailed description.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a slip ring control method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s10: an input mode request instruction is received.
S11: and according to the mode request instruction, a corresponding rotation control instruction is sent to the motor controller to adjust the rotation speed of the slip ring.
Wherein different modes correspond to different rotational speeds.
In a specific implementation, after receiving an input mode request instruction, the main control board adjusts the rotating speed of the slip ring according to the requirement of a user represented in the mode request instruction for the imaging speed. It can be understood that, according to the present application, multiple modes corresponding to different speeds of the slip ring can be set, and a corresponding relationship between the slip ring speed and the corresponding rotation mode is stored in a storage device, where the storage device may be a built-in memory or a peripheral SD card, and the embodiment is not limited.
It should be noted that, the main control board transmits a rotation control instruction for adjusting the rotation speed of the motor to the motor controller, specifically, a digital communication instruction or an analog quantity instruction. The digital communication includes but is not limited to serial or parallel communication, the specific communication protocol can be selected according to actual needs, and the communication protocol includes but is not limited to Modbus, HART, TCP and other existing mature protocols, and also includes but is not limited to custom communication protocols. Generally, the format and meaning of the transmission of the rotational speed control information are defined in the communication protocol. Since this part of the content is conventional in the industry, it is not described in detail here. The main control board can also transmit control information for adjusting the motor rotation speed to the motor controller in a mode of transmitting analog quantity, and specific forms of the electronic analog quantity include but are not limited to: voltage, current, frequency, PWM, etc. The value of a certain characteristic of the physical quantity is corresponding to the rotation speed, and the value of the characteristic is increased or decreased, so that the motor controller can be transmitted with the motor rotation speed adjustment information.
According to the slip ring control method, after an input mode request instruction is received, analysis is carried out on the slip ring control instruction, namely, what speed a user expects to image the slip ring is judged, then a rotation control instruction is sent to a motor controller according to the mode request instruction, and the rotation speed of the slip ring is correspondingly adjusted. By applying the technical scheme, the corresponding slip ring rotating speeds in different modes are controlled according to different demands of the slip ring on the rotating speeds in different imaging modes, so that the slip ring does not need to continuously maintain a working state of high-speed rotation, the accumulated rotating number of the slip ring can be obviously reduced, the purpose of prolonging the service time of the slip ring is realized, the service life of the slip ring is effectively prolonged, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another slip ring control method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the above embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, the slip ring is disposed in the image capturing device, and before receiving the input mode request instruction, further includes:
s20: when the image acquisition equipment is started, a low-speed rotation control instruction is sent to the motor controller so as to enable the slip ring to rotate at a second speed.
Preferably, the modes include an acquisition mode and a monitoring mode, and S11 is specifically:
s21: when the mode is the acquisition mode, a high-speed rotation control instruction is sent to the motor controller so as to enable the slip ring to rotate at a first speed.
S22: when the mode is the monitoring mode, a low-speed rotation control command is issued to the motor controller to rotate the slip ring at the second speed.
Wherein the first speed is greater than the second speed.
In a specific implementation, after the image acquisition device is started, the speed of the slip ring is slowly increased, and the imaging operation is performed in a monitoring mode, and it can be understood that the rotation speed in the monitoring mode is relatively slow, so that an operator can perform a required business process according to the image. After the operator completes various operations and preparation of his business process in the monitoring mode, a requirement for the acquisition mode, i.e. the desire to perform imaging of the image in the case of high-speed rotation, may arise. An operator may input the demand information to the image capture device via a human-machine interaction system, e.g., switch from a monitoring mode to a capture mode. After receiving a mode request instruction for changing an imaging mode, a main control board of the image acquisition equipment judges the mode request instruction, and if the mode is the acquisition mode, the main control board sends a high-speed rotation control instruction to a motor controller; if the monitoring mode is in, a low-speed rotation control command is sent to the motor controller. After receiving the rotation control instruction, the motor controller adjusts the rotation speed of the motor according to the rotation speed information contained in the rotation control instruction, thereby completing corresponding imaging operation by matching with other parts of the system.
According to the slip ring control method provided by the embodiment, when the image acquisition equipment is started, a low-speed rotation control instruction is sent to the motor controller so that the slip ring rotates at the second speed, the slip ring is enabled to work in a low-speed state, and the service life of the slip ring is prolonged. Then when an input mode request instruction is received, analyzing a specific acquisition mode or a monitoring mode, wherein the acquisition mode is that the slip ring acquires images under the condition of high-speed rotation, the monitoring mode is that the slip ring acquires images under the condition of low-speed rotation, the analysis mode request instruction judges what speed the user expects the slip ring to image, and then a rotation control instruction is sent to a motor controller according to the mode request instruction to correspondingly adjust the rotation speed of the slip ring. According to the technical scheme, the rotating speeds of the slip ring in two different imaging modes are controlled according to different requirements of the slip ring on the rotating speeds, so that the purpose of prolonging the service time of the slip ring is achieved, the service life of the slip ring is effectively prolonged, and the user experience is improved.
In the technology of the above embodiment, preferably, the method further includes:
recording the accumulated number of rotation turns of the slip ring;
and outputting an alarm signal when the accumulated number of rotations exceeds a preset threshold.
In practice, the slip ring is made to rotate at a high speed for a long period of time, resulting in a relatively low period of time when it is actually available, since the number of accumulated revolutions of the slip ring has a limit value beyond which its performance is significantly reduced to be unusable. Therefore, when the slip ring works, the number of rotation turns of the slip ring is recorded in real time, a preset threshold value is set, and when the accumulated number of rotation turns exceeds the preset threshold value, an alarm signal is output to remind relevant personnel to check the working state of the slip ring in time and replace the slip ring as soon as possible.
Note that, the recording mode of the accumulated number of rotation of the slip ring is not limited in the present application, and may be a form of adding a counter to a sensor, or may be a form of extracting parameters in a rotation control instruction in the use process of the slip ring, and calculating the parameters to obtain the number of rotation of the slip ring.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, the rotation control instruction is specifically an analog quantity, and the analog quantity is specifically a PWM signal.
In a specific implementation, the main control board transmits control information for adjusting the motor rotation speed to the motor controller by sending a PWM signal. PWM is a square wave signal with a certain pulse width, and the information of motor rotation speed adjustment can be transmitted to a motor controller by adjusting the pulse width ratio, so that the good control of the slip ring rotation speed is further realized.
In the above embodiments, the slip ring control method is described in detail, and the present application further provides corresponding embodiments of the slip ring control device.
