Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a control method of a display screen in an embodiment of the present invention is given, where the control method of the display screen provided in the embodiment of the present invention may control an opening angle of the display screen on a home appliance, and the control method of the display screen may specifically include the following steps:
and step 11, when the display screen opening operation is detected, height detection information of the user is obtained.
In particular implementations, the trigger condition for the display screen opening operation may include a variety of conditions. For example, when turning on of the home appliance is detected, a display screen turning-on operation is triggered. For another example, when a setting key of the household appliance is detected to be triggered, the display screen opening operation is triggered.
Taking a household appliance as an example of a drum washing machine, when opening of a drum cover of the drum washing machine is detected, the opening operation of the display screen is triggered. Or when detecting that the user operates the set adjusting key or knob, triggering the opening operation of the display screen. It can be understood that the triggering conditions of the opening operation of the display screen are different according to different types of the household appliances, and the setting can be specifically performed according to the types, the working modes, the actual application scene requirements and the like of the household appliances.
When the display screen opening operation is detected, height detection information of the user can be acquired. In the embodiment of the present invention, the height detection information of the user can be obtained as follows.
A plurality of infrared emitters are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the household electrical appliance, and the infrared emitters may be Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) or other devices capable of Emitting infrared Light. The infrared detectors can be distributed on the operating panel of the household appliance at intervals, also can be distributed on the shell of the household appliance at intervals, and also can be distributed on other parts of the household appliance at intervals, so that the height range of the user, which can be detected by the infrared emitters, can cover the set height range.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the set height range is 0.8m to 2m, and in practical application, the set height range may also be other values according to the user requirements and the requirements of the practical application scene, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, the selected light emitted by the infrared emitter can be a beam, and the angle range of the light emitted by the infrared emitter is smaller than the preset angle range, so that the area which can be detected by the infrared emitter is a small area range, and the accuracy of the detected height range of the user is ensured.
The set spacing distance and the number of the infrared emitters can be set according to the arrangement positions of the infrared emitters, the set height range, the type of each infrared emitter, the region and other factors.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of a household appliance in an embodiment of the present invention is shown. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing an arrangement of an infrared emitter according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 illustrates a drum washing machine as an example of the household appliance 100, the drum washing machine has a control panel 20, a display 30, 3 ir emitters and an ir receiver 60, wherein the 3 ir emitters are an ir emitter 51, an ir emitter 52 and an ir emitter 53 respectively in sequence from bottom to top in the longitudinal direction. The infrared emitters 51, 52 and 53 are disposed on the control panel 20 at regular intervals.
And controlling the plurality of infrared transmitters to be sequentially opened from bottom to top in the longitudinal direction according to the set opening condition, and acquiring the height detection information of the user according to the time of the reflected light received by the infrared receiver.
Generally, when a user operates the household appliance, the user needs to be within a preset range of the household appliance to touch the display screen or the household appliance, so that the distance from the user to the household appliance can be determined according to the time of reflected light received by the infrared receiver. And when the time of the reflected light received by the infrared receiver is within a preset time threshold, determining that the user is detected within a preset range, and otherwise, determining that the user is not detected within the preset range when the time of the reflected light received by the infrared receiver is greater than the preset time threshold. And height detection information of the user is obtained according to the installation position, the angle, the height and the like of the infrared transmitter, and the height detection information is used for representing whether the infrared transmitter detects the user.
And step 12, determining the height range of the user according to the height detection information of the user.
In particular implementations, after the height detection information of the user is obtained, a height range of the user may be determined based on the obtained height detection information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the height range of the user may be determined as follows.
The height range that every infrared emitter can detect is different, and in vertical direction, from bottom to top, the height range that infrared emitter can detect increases in proper order. In order to determine the height range of the user, the infrared transmitters are sequentially opened in the longitudinal direction, and when the lowest infrared transmitter is opened, whether the user is detected by the lowest infrared transmitter is judged according to the time of the lowest infrared transmitter reflecting light received by the infrared receiver. And when the time of the reflected light of the infrared emitter at the lowest part received by the infrared receiver is not more than a preset time threshold, determining that the user is detected, otherwise, when the time of the reflected light of the infrared emitter at the lowest part received by the infrared receiver is more than the preset time threshold, determining that the user is not detected.
When the infrared emitter at the lowest position detects the user, the height of the user can be confirmed to be not less than the height range corresponding to the infrared emitter at the lowest position. In order to accurately confirm the height range of the user, other infrared transmitters above the infrared transmitter at the lowest part are sequentially opened until the previous infrared transmitter in the adjacent infrared transmitters detects the user and the next infrared transmitter does not detect the user, and then the height range corresponding to the previous infrared transmitter is used as the height range of the user. The front infrared emitter is positioned below the rear infrared emitter, and the front infrared emitter is closed while the rear infrared emitter is opened.
For example, referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a control principle of a display screen in an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The control panel 20 of the household appliance is provided with an infrared emitter and an infrared receiver 60, which are an infrared emitter 51, an infrared emitter 52 and an infrared emitter 53 in sequence from bottom to top in the vertical direction.
When the user D stands in front of the household appliance, the infrared transmitter 51 is turned on, it is determined that the infrared transmitter 51 detects the user D according to the reflected light corresponding to the infrared transmitter 51 received by the infrared receiver 60, the infrared transmitter 52 is turned on, and the infrared transmitter 51 is turned off. When the reflected light corresponding to the infrared emitter 52 received by the infrared receiver 60 determines that the infrared emitter 52 does not detect the user D, it is determined that the height range of the user D is within the height range corresponding to the infrared emitter 51, and the height range corresponding to the infrared emitter 51 is used as the height range of the user D.
When the user E stands in front of the household appliance, the infrared emitter 51 is turned on, it is determined that the user E is detected by the infrared emitter 51 according to the reflected light corresponding to the infrared emitter 51 received by the infrared receiver 60, the infrared emitter 52 is turned on, and the infrared emitter 51 is turned off. When the reflected light corresponding to infrared emitter 52 received by infrared receiver 60 determines that infrared emitter 52 detects user E, infrared emitter 53 is turned on, and infrared emitter 52 is turned off. When the reflected light corresponding to the infrared emitter 53 received by the infrared receiver 60 determines that the infrared emitter 53 does not detect the user E, it is determined that the height range of the user E is within the height range corresponding to the infrared emitter 52, and the height range corresponding to the infrared emitter 52 is used as the height range of the user E.
In practical application, there is the height scope that the height of user surpassed the infrared emitter of the top and can detect, and at this moment, when the infrared emitter of the top detected the user, can regard as the height scope of user with the height scope that the infrared emitter of the top corresponds. For example, if the height range corresponding to the uppermost infrared emitter is 190cm to 200cm, the height range of the user is determined to be 190cm to 200 cm.
Continuing to refer to fig. 4, when the user F stands in front of the household appliance, the infrared emitter 51, the infrared emitter 52 and the infrared detector 53 detect the user, and since the infrared detector 53 is the uppermost infrared detector, the height range corresponding to the infrared detector 53 is used as the height range of the user F, so that the confirmed height range of the user F is closer to the actual height of the user F.
And step 13, determining the target opening angle of the display screen according to the height range of the user.
In the specific implementation, users with different heights face the display screen of the same household appliance, and when the users normally stand and face the display screen, the opening angles of the display screens are different. The opening angles of the display screens corresponding to the height ranges of different users can be prestored. And determining the target opening angle of the display screen according to the determined height range of the user.
Continuing to refer to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of different target opening angles of the display screen corresponding to users with different heights is illustrated. When the display 30 is in the initial position, the display 30 is adjacent to the control panel 20 and may be tilted at the same angle as the control panel 20, and the display 30 may be rotated about the top relative to the control panel 20. For example, a user with a height of H1 corresponds to a target opening angle of α. As another example, a user with a height of H2 may have a target opening angle of α + β. For another example, a user with a height of H3 may have a target opening angle of α + β + γ. The target opening angle refers to an angle between a position of the display screen 30 after being opened according to the target opening angle and an initial position.
And step 14, controlling the display screen to be opened according to the target opening angle.
In a specific implementation, the display screen can be driven by the driving mechanism to be opened according to a target opening angle. The driving mechanism can be a motor and a gear matched with the motor, and the output rotating speed of the motor can be reduced through the gear, so that the display screen can be controlled to be opened according to a target opening angle at a proper speed. It can be understood that the display screen can also be driven to be opened by other driving mechanisms, and the selection is specifically performed according to the actual application requirements.
After the display screen is opened according to the target opening angle, when a user watches the display screen, the sight of the user and the surface of the display screen form a preset included angle. The viewing experience is better when the user's line of sight is perpendicular to the surface of the display screen.
According to the technical scheme, the target opening angle of the display screen of the household appliance is determined according to the height range of the user, the target opening angle corresponding to the user with different heights is different, after the display screen is opened according to the target opening angle, the opened display screen faces the face of the user in the standing state, so that the head and face of the different users can face the display screen in the standing state, the visual angle is better, the user does not need to bend or squat for obtaining the better visual angle, the display screen can be automatically adjusted to the target opening angle according to the height of the user, and therefore the user experience can be improved.
In practical application, there are situations where multiple users stand in front of the household appliance and are all detected, and when multiple users are detected, the target opening angle of the display screen can be determined in the following manner: and calculating the relative distance between each user and the household appliance, and determining the target opening angle of the display screen according to the height range of the user closest to the relative distance between the user and the household appliance.
For example, the relative distance between the user and the household appliance may be determined according to the time when the infrared receiver receives reflected light corresponding to infrared light emitted by the infrared emitter.
In practical applications, after one user operates the household appliance, another user continues to operate the household appliance, and in order to enable each user to have a better viewing angle when watching the display screen, in the embodiment of the invention, when the change of the height range of the user is detected, the updated height range can be obtained. And determining an updated opening angle corresponding to the updated height range, and adjusting the opening angle of the display screen to the updated opening angle based on the opening angle corresponding to the current position of the display screen according to the updated opening angle.
For example, referring to fig. 4, the target opening angle corresponding to the user with height H1 is α, and then the user with height H1 walks away, and the user with height H2 comes to the home appliance, and determines that the updated opening angle corresponding to the user with height H2 is θ, the display 30 is controlled to continue to rotate β, so that the opening angle after the display 30 rotates β is θ, and θ is α + β.
In the embodiment of the invention, the height range of the user can be acquired periodically to determine whether the height range of the user changes.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the infrared detector and the infrared receiver are adopted to obtain the height of the user, the infrared detector at the lowest part can be controlled to be periodically started, so that whether the user exists or not and the height range of the user can be timely obtained when the user exists are monitored.
In specific implementation, after the display screen is opened according to the target angle, the display screen can be controlled to be closed when the closing operation of the display screen is received, so that the display screen is restored to the initial position, the display screen can be protected, the possibility of damage to the display screen is reduced, and energy consumption can be saved.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the user is not detected to reach the preset time, the closing operation of the display screen can be triggered. Or the closing operation of the display screen may be triggered after the completion of the operation of the home appliance is detected. Other conditions can be set, and when the set conditions are met, the display screen is triggered to generate closing operation. For example, when it is detected that a user closes a drum cover of the washing machine, a display screen closing operation is generated. As another example, when a trigger to start a washing operation is detected, a display screen is triggered to generate a turn-off operation.
