The application provides an air duct assembly and an air conditioner with the same, wherein the air duct assembly comprises an air duct part, a fan part and a shell; the air duct part is provided with a first outlet and a second outlet; the air duct part is provided with a first air duct inlet and a second air duct inlet; the fan part is arranged in the air duct part; the fan part comprises a double-suction centrifugal fan; the first air duct inlet is positioned on the first air inlet side of the double-suction centrifugal fan; the second air duct inlet is positioned on the second air inlet side of the double-suction centrifugal fan; the shell is provided with an air inlet; the air duct part is arranged in the shell and divides the interior of the shell into a first cavity and a second cavity; the first air duct inlet is positioned in the first chamber; the second air duct inlet is positioned in the second chamber; the first chamber and the second chamber are in communication. Referring collectively to fig. 1-4, according to an embodiment of the present application, an air duct assembly includes an air duct portion 1 and a fan portion 2, and a housing 3; the air channel portion 1 has a first outlet 11 and a second outlet 12; the air duct portion 1 has a first air duct inlet 13 and a second air duct inlet 14; the fan part 2 is arranged in the air duct part 1; the fan part 2 comprises a double-suction centrifugal fan 21; the first air duct inlet 13 is positioned on the first air inlet side of the double-suction centrifugal fan 21; the second air duct inlet 14 is positioned at the second air inlet side of the double suction centrifugal fan 21; the shell 3 is provided with an air inlet 31; the air duct portion 1 is arranged in the housing 3 and divides the interior of the housing 3 into a first chamber and a second chamber; the first duct inlet 13 is located in the first chamber; the second duct inlet 14 is located in the second chamber; the first chamber is communicated with the second chamber; air may enter the tunnel portion 1 from both the first tunnel inlet 13 and the second tunnel inlet 14, and be blown out from the first outlet 11 and the second outlet 12. The problem of uneven air inlet of a single fan of an up-down distributed air supply cabinet machine can be solved. Double suction centrifugal fan 21 is used for guiding the wind to get into wind channel portion 1 to through first export 11 and the 12 outflow of second export, adopt double suction centrifugal fan 21, only with a fan, just can reach the effect of air-out from top to bottom, can effectively reduce the cost of air-out formula cabinet-type air conditioner from top to bottom. The single-fan structure can reduce the manufacturing cost of the whole machine; and the first chamber is communicated with the second chamber, so that only one heat exchanger is needed, and the cost of the cabinet machine can be further reduced.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the air inlet 31 is located in the first chamber, then the air enters the first chamber from the air inlet 31, and a part of the air enters the inside of the air duct portion 1 from the first chamber through the first air duct inlet 13; meanwhile, because the first chamber is communicated with the second chamber, the other part of the air enters the second chamber and then enters the air duct part 1 through the second air duct as soon as possible 14; and through the first outlet 11 and the second outlet 12 by the double suction centrifugal fan 21.
The present application also discloses embodiments, in which the air inlet 31 corresponds to the position of the first air duct inlet 13 or the second air duct inlet 14; the air inlet 31 may be disposed opposite the first duct inlet 13; the second duct inlet 14 may be disposed opposite the first duct inlet 13.
The present application also discloses embodiments in which the first outlet 11 is disposed upwardly; the first outlet 11 is an upper air outlet;
the present application also discloses embodiments in which the second outlet 12 is disposed downwardly; the second outlet 12 is a lower outlet.
The present application also discloses embodiments in which the air duct assembly includes a first volute 15 and a second volute 16; the first volute 15 and the second volute 16 are oppositely arranged and buckled with each other to form the air duct portion 1. The first volute 15 and the second volute 16 are buckled with each other, and an inner portion of the air channel portion 1 is formed between the first volute 15 and the second volute 16. The first volute 15 and the second volute 16 are assembled to form a cavity and form a first outlet 11 and a second outlet 12; a first flow guiding ring is arranged on the first volute 15. The first volute 15 is a rear volute; the second volute 16 is a front volute; the centrifugal fan blade 211 of the double-suction centrifugal fan 21 is arranged in a cavity formed by assembling the first volute 15 and the second volute 16.

The present application also discloses embodiments in which the second duct inlet 14 is disposed on the second volute 16; the first duct inlet 13 and the second duct inlet 14 are disposed opposite one another.
The present application also discloses embodiments where the first volute 15 and the second volute 16 are axisymmetrical; when the volute is manufactured, the first volute and the second volute can be formed only by manufacturing two identical volutes, and in manufacturing, only one volute mold is needed, so that the manufacturing process is simple, and the manufacturing efficiency is high.
The application also discloses embodiments, and a second flow guide part 42 is arranged on the first volute 15. The second flow guiding part 42 is a second flow guiding ring.
The first chamber is positioned on the first side of the air duct part 1; the second chamber is located on a second side of the air channel portion 1. The heat exchanger 5 is arranged in the first chamber; the two sides of the air duct portion 1 are communicated to form an air inlet channel, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the second cavity is guaranteed, namely the air speed of the portion, outside the area where the second guide ring of the air duct is opposite to the heat exchanger, of the heat exchanger 5 is improved, the evaporation efficiency of the portion of the heat exchanger 5 is improved, and the operation energy efficiency of the whole machine is finally improved.
The present application also discloses embodiments in which the air inlet 31 is located at a first side of the air channel portion 1. Air enters the first cavity of the shell 3 from the air inlet 31 positioned at the first side of the air channel part 1, and a part of air directly enters the air channel part 1 from the first air channel inlet 13; another part of the wind enters the second chamber from the first chamber; and enters the tunnel portion 1 through the second tunnel inlet 14.
Referring to fig. 5 in combination, the present application further discloses some embodiments, in which the double suction centrifugal fan 21 includes a centrifugal fan blade 211 and a driving portion 212; the driving part 212 is used for driving the centrifugal fan blade 211 to rotate; the driving part 212 is a motor. The motor and the centrifugal fan blade 211 are coaxially arranged, and the centrifugal fan blade 211 is assembled on a rotating shaft of the motor and can rotate around the shaft along with the rotating shaft of the motor.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the air duct assembly comprises a first flow guiding part 41 and a mounting part 7; the mounting part 7 is used for mounting the driving part 212; the first flow guide portion 41 is provided on the mounting portion 7. The mounting part 7 is a motor mounting bracket. The motor is provided with four motor mounting feet 2121. The first flow guiding portion 41 is a first flow guiding ring.
The installation part 7 is a motor installation frame which is provided with a first flow guide ring and an assembly structure for installing and fixing the motor. The motor mounting rack is fixedly assembled with the front volute. The four pairs of positioning bolts 6 and the first nuts 61 are respectively arranged opposite to the motor mounting feet 2121 for fixing the motor. And the fixing clamp 63 and the second nut 62 are used for fixing the double-suction centrifugal fan blade 211 on the motor rotating shaft.
The application also discloses some embodiments, the air duct part 1 comprises a first air outlet duct and a second air outlet duct; the first air outlet duct is communicated with the first outlet 11; the second air outlet duct is communicated with the second outlet 12; the first air outlet duct and the second air outlet duct are centrosymmetric with respect to the rotation center of the double-suction centrifugal fan 21. When the double-suction centrifugal fan blade 211 rotates, air is sucked into the air duct portion 1 from the first air inlet 31 and the second air inlet 31 at the same time, wherein the air at the position of the first side opposite to the fan blade is directly sucked into the air duct portion 1 from the first guide ring, and the air at the rest positions flows to the front side of the air duct portion 1 through a channel formed by the outer side of the air duct cavity and the outer sides of the upper air outlet and the lower air outlet and is sucked into the air duct from the second guide ring. The air inlet uniformity is obviously improved, and the evaporation efficiency of the evaporator is improved, so that the operation energy efficiency of the whole machine is improved.

The application also discloses some embodiments, the air conditioner further comprises a heat exchanger 5; when the air duct assembly further includes the housing 3, and the air inlet 31 is disposed on the housing 3, the heat exchanger 5 is disposed in the housing 3, and the heat exchanger 5 is located between the air inlet 31 and the air duct portion 1. Air enters the first cavity of the shell 3 from the air inlet 31, and after heat exchange with the heat exchanger 5, part of air directly enters the air channel part 1 from the first air channel inlet 13; another part of the wind enters the second chamber from the first chamber; and enters the tunnel portion 1 through the second tunnel inlet 14. The heat exchanger 5 is an evaporator.
The air conditioner comprises a front panel 33, an air duct part 1, an evaporator and an air inlet panel 32 which are sequentially arranged from front to back, wherein the front panel 33 and the air inlet panel 32 form a shell 3; the air inlet 31 is arranged on the sub air inlet panel 32. An air inlet grille is arranged on the air inlet panel 32; the air inlet grille is arranged at the air inlet 31. The air duct portion 1 includes an air inlet chamber, and a first air outlet duct and a second air outlet duct respectively disposed above and below the air inlet chamber.
Air enters the shell 3 through an air inlet grille arranged on an air inlet panel 32 through an air inlet 31, flows through the evaporator to be cooled or heated, and is respectively blown out to the first air outlet duct and the second air outlet duct through the air duct part 1, and the air is supplied in an up-and-down distributed manner during the stroke.

a fan unit (2); the fan part (2) is arranged in the air duct part (1); the fan part (2) comprises a double-suction centrifugal fan (21); the first air duct inlet (13) is positioned on the first air inlet side of the double-suction centrifugal fan (21); the second air duct inlet (14) is positioned on the second air inlet side of the double-suction centrifugal fan (21);
and a housing (3); an air inlet (31) is formed in the shell (3); the air duct part (1) is arranged in the shell (3) and divides the interior of the shell (3) into a first chamber and a second chamber; the first duct inlet (13) is located in the first chamber; the second duct inlet (14) is located in the second chamber; the first chamber and the second chamber are in communication.
2. The air duct assembly of claim 1, wherein the air inlet (31) is located within the first chamber;
and/or the air inlet (31) corresponds to the position of the first air duct inlet (13) or the second air duct inlet (14);
and/or the first outlet (11) is arranged upwards;
and/or the second outlet (12) is arranged downwards.
3. The air duct assembly of claim 1, comprising a first volute (15) and a second volute (16); the first volute (15) and the second volute (16) are arranged oppositely and buckled with each other to form the air channel part (1).
4. The duct assembly of claim 3, wherein the first duct inlet (13) is disposed on the first volute (15);
and/or the second duct inlet (14) is provided on the second volute (16);
and/or the first volute (15) and the second volute (16) are axisymmetrical.
5. The air duct assembly of claim 4, wherein the first volute (15) is provided with a second deflector (42).
6. The air duct assembly according to claim 1, wherein the double suction centrifugal fan (21) comprises a centrifugal fan blade (211) and a driving portion (212); the driving part (212) is used for driving the centrifugal fan blade (211) to rotate;
and/or the air duct assembly comprises a first flow guide part (41) and a mounting part (7); the mounting part (7) is used for mounting the driving part (212); the first flow guide portion (41) is arranged on the mounting portion (7).

The air duct assembly according to claim 1, wherein the air duct portion (1) includes a first air outlet duct and a second air outlet duct; the first air outlet duct is communicated with the first outlet (11); the second air outlet duct is communicated with the second outlet (12); the first air outlet duct and the second air outlet duct are centrosymmetric about the rotation center of the double-suction centrifugal fan (21).
8. The air duct assembly according to claim 7, wherein the first air outlet duct is a spiral duct; and/or the second air outlet duct is a spiral duct.
9. An air conditioner comprising an air duct assembly, wherein the air duct assembly is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.

The air conditioner according to claim 9, further comprising a heat exchanger (5); when the air duct assembly further comprises a shell (3), and an air inlet (31) is formed in the shell (3), the heat exchanger (5) is arranged in the shell (3), and the heat exchanger (5) is located between the air inlet (31) and the air duct portion (1).
