Abstract

本发明涉及一种防套损的复合双层套管。主要解决现有的由于地层滑移剪切挤压套管而造成的套管变形和错断的问题。其特征在于:所述上接头(1)与下接头(4)之间分别连接有内层套管(2)和外层套管(3),且内层套管(2)和外层套管(3)之间有环形空腔(8);还包括单向阀(6),所述单向阀(6)连接在上接头(1)或下接头(4)上,单向阀(6)连通套管外部与环形空腔(8)。该防套损的复合双层套管可以延缓甚至避免由于地层的蠕动滑移而损坏套管,减少套损修复费用,保证原油产量。

一种防套损的复合双层套管
技术领域
本发明涉及油田领域,具体说是一种防套损的复合双层套管。
背景技术
油水井是油田生产的基本单元,其套管损坏后,不但会使原有的注采系统受到破坏、影响原油产量,修复已损坏的套损井,也要投入较多的资金。套损形式有变形、错断、腐蚀和外漏,其中以变形和错断为主,造成套管变形和错断的主要原因就是地层局部形成层面滑移剪切挤压套管,造成套管的变形或错断。套管预防保护工作在套损治理中起到重要作用,提前做好套损预防工作,既能保护套管不受损坏,又能保证原油产量不受损失,并且大大减少套损修复投入资金费用。因此,随着油田开发的深入,套管保护和套损井的治理就成为油田开发管理的一项重要课题。
发明内容
为了克服现有的由于地层滑移剪切挤压套管而造成的套管变形和错断的不足,本发明提供一种防套损的复合双层套管,该防套损的复合双层套管可以延缓甚至避免由于地层的蠕动滑移而损坏套管,减少套损修复费用,保证原油产量。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防套损的复合双层套管,包括上接头、下接头,所述上接头与下接头之间分别连接有内层套管和外层套管,且内层套管和外层套管之间有环形空腔,还包括单向阀,所述单向阀连接在上接头或下接头上,单向阀连通套管外部与环形空腔。
所述外层套管材料为塑料。
所述外层套管与上接头之间、外层套管与下接头之间均设有密封圈。
本发明具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,在易套损地层下入该复合双层套管,该双层套管中间环形空腔内充满钻井液,保证井壁与套管之间由钢性接触变为柔性接触,从而延缓甚至避免了由于地层的蠕动滑移而损坏套管,减少套损修复费用,保证原油产量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1至图3所示,一种防套损的复合双层套管,包括上接头1、下接头4,所述上接头1与下接头4之间分别连接有内层套管2和外层套管3,且内层套管2和外层套管3之间有环形空腔8,其中内层套管2两端通过螺纹连接在上、下接头上,外层套管3与上、下接头之间分别设有密封圈7,保证环形空腔8的密封性。同时内层套管2为普通套管,外层套管3材料为塑料,或其他可压缩材质,由于外层套管3可压缩,可以减少地层蠕动对套管的伤害,同时,塑料材质也降低了成本。所述上接头1侧壁上设有单向阀6,单向阀6连通套管外部与环形空腔8,使液体只能由套管外部向环形空腔8流动。 所述单向阀6也可以设置在下接头4侧壁上,同样连通套管外部与环形空腔8。
将该复合套管组装好后,连入套管下入易套损段。该复合套管下入过程中,由于井下压力增加,钻井液会通过单向阀6进入内层套管2与外层套管3之间环空腔腔8,压力平衡后单向阀6关闭。下入至预定位置后(如图2),复合套管间隙充满钻井液9。正常循环后固井,复合套管采取常规固井程序,不影响正常固井,固井后双层套管外部水泥石10封固,内部环形空腔8内充满钻井液,可以缓冲地层蠕动滑移挤压套管的压力,预防套损。

1.一种防套损的复合双层套管,包括上接头(1)、下接头(4),其特征在于:所述上接头(1)与下接头(4)之间分别连接有内层套管(2)和外层套管(3),且内层套管(2)和外层套管(3)之间有环形空腔(8);还包括单向阀(6),所述单向阀(6)连接在上接头(1)或下接头(4)上,单向阀(6)连通套管外部与环形空腔(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防套损的复合双层套管,其特征在于:所述外层套管(3)材料为塑料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防套损的复合双层套管,其特征在于:所述外层套管(3)与上接头(1)之间、外层套管(3)与下接头(4)之间均设有密封圈(7)。
