The instant steam ironing device 200 comprises a water supply unit 3, an ironing unit 4 connected to the water supply unit 3, and a control unit 5 connected to the water supply unit 3 and the ironing unit 4 by signals. The water supply unit 3 includes a water tank body 31, a water pump 32 installed on the water tank body 31 and connected to the control unit 5 by signal, and a water supply pipe 33 connected between the water pump 32 and the ironing unit 4. The control unit 5 controls the water pump 32 to alternately pump a first floating amount of water for a first pumping time and a second floating amount of water for a second pumping time repeatedly when entering the floating water supply stage.
