And mixing the raw materials in parts by weight, stirring and dispersing uniformly, grinding until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtering to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue. The thermosetting peelable blue gel disclosed by the invention is good in film forming property, high in film strength, good in CNC (computerized numerical control) resistance, easy to peel, free of residue after film stripping, and capable of being applied to temporary protection of touch screen glass.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of peelable glue, and particularly relates to a thermosetting peelable blue glue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of information technology and flat panel display technology, the application of touch screens is becoming more and more common. The information inquiry system in public places is closely related to the life of people, such as personal computers, tablet computers, mobile phones and touch screens.
In the CNC process of the touch screen, peelable blue gel is needed to temporarily protect the touch screen glass for multiple times in order to protect the touch screen from mechanical scratches, abrasion, pollution, corrosion and the like. The peelable blue gel is mainly applied to transparent conductive glass and an ITO (indium tin oxide) transitional film of a thin film in a touch screen so as to play roles in insulation, moisture prevention and protection. When the material is used, the material is printed on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate), an ITO (indium tin oxide) film and ITO glass by screen printing, and is cured for 15-30 min at the temperature of 150-170 ℃ to form a compact film layer, so that the material is prevented from being polluted or scratched in the subsequent production process, and the material can be peeled off by a simple method after being protected by a process, such as silk film pasting and the like.
However, the peelable blue glue on the market at present has the following problems: (1) poor stripping property, and residual glue on the surface of the glass after stripping. (2) The CNC resistance is poor, and the phenomena of warping, broken filaments and fracture exist in the CNC process.

Preferably, the polyvinyl chloride paste resin is a mixture of P70 and EXT of Vinnolit company in Germany, wherein the weight part ratio of P70 to EXT is (10-50): (5-30).
