Abstract
The invention relates to a thermosetting peelable blue glue and a preparation method thereof, wherein the thermosetting peelable blue glue is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of polyester modified acrylic resin, 15-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride paste resin, 0.1-2 parts of liquid epoxy resin, 30-50 parts of plasticizer, 0.05-0.1 part of heat stabilizer, 0.01-0.1 part of curing agent, 10-70 parts of organic solvent and 0.1-0.2 part of pigment. And mixing the raw materials in parts by weight, stirring and dispersing uniformly, grinding until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtering to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue. The thermosetting peelable blue gel disclosed by the invention is good in film forming property, high in film strength, good in CNC (computerized numerical control) resistance, easy to peel, free of residue after film stripping, and capable of being applied to temporary protection of touch screen glass.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of peelable glue, and particularly relates to a thermosetting peelable blue glue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of information technology and flat panel display technology, the application of touch screens is becoming more and more common. The information inquiry system in public places is closely related to the life of people, such as personal computers, tablet computers, mobile phones and touch screens.
In the CNC process of the touch screen, peelable blue gel is needed to temporarily protect the touch screen glass for multiple times in order to protect the touch screen from mechanical scratches, abrasion, pollution, corrosion and the like. The peelable blue gel is mainly applied to transparent conductive glass and an ITO (indium tin oxide) transitional film of a thin film in a touch screen so as to play roles in insulation, moisture prevention and protection. When the material is used, the material is printed on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate), an ITO (indium tin oxide) film and ITO glass by screen printing, and is cured for 15-30 min at the temperature of 150-170 ℃ to form a compact film layer, so that the material is prevented from being polluted or scratched in the subsequent production process, and the material can be peeled off by a simple method after being protected by a process, such as silk film pasting and the like.
However, the peelable blue glue on the market at present has the following problems: (1) poor stripping property, and residual glue on the surface of the glass after stripping. (2) The CNC resistance is poor, and the phenomena of warping, broken filaments and fracture exist in the CNC process.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems, the invention aims to provide the thermosetting peelable blue glue which has the advantages of good film forming property, high film strength, good CNC (computer numerical control) resistance, easy peeling and no residue after film stripping.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the thermosetting peelable blue glue consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of polyester modified acrylic resin, 15-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride paste resin, 0.1-2 parts of liquid epoxy resin, 30-50 parts of plasticizer, 0.05-0.1 part of heat stabilizer, 0.01-0.1 part of curing agent, 10-70 parts of organic solvent and 0.1-0.2 part of pigment.
Preferably, the polyester-modified acrylic resin is UA33 of shanghai jeldahl new material technology co.
Preferably, the polyvinyl chloride paste resin is a mixture of P70 and EXT of Vinnolit company in Germany, wherein the weight part ratio of P70 to EXT is (10-50): (5-30).
Preferably, the liquid epoxy resin is any one or a mixture of two of DER330-El bisphenol A epoxy resin and DER331 bisphenol A epoxy resin.
Preferably, the plasticizer is a mixture of a trimellitate plasticizer and an adipate plasticizer, wherein the weight part ratio of the trimellitate plasticizer to the adipate plasticizer is (20-30): (1-20).
Preferably, the trimellitate plasticizer is any one or a mixture of trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM), triisooctyl trimellitate (TIOTM), triisononyl trimellitate (TINTM) and triisodecyl trimellitate (TIDTM).
Preferably, the adipate plasticizer is any one or a mixture of more than one of dioctyl adipate, diisobutyl adipate, diisodecyl adipate and diisononyl adipate.
Preferably, the heat stabilizer is epoxidized soybean oil.
Preferably, the curing agent is any one or a mixture of more than one of imidazole curing agents and amine curing agents.
Preferably, the organic solvent is DBE.
Preferably, the pigment is any one or more of ultramarine blue, cobalt blue, iron blue and phthalocyanine blue.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the thermosetting peelable blue glue, which has the advantages of simple process, capability of resisting the soaking and the erosion of grinding fluid and cleaning fluid in CNC (computer numerical control) processing, no dissolution, no edge rise, no burst and no falling off in the CNC processing process, high film strength, good flexibility, good peeling property and no residue after film stripping.
The preparation method of the thermosetting peelable blue glue comprises the following steps: and mixing the polyester modified acrylic resin, the polyvinyl chloride paste resin, the liquid epoxy resin, the plasticizer, the heat stabilizer, the pigment, the curing agent and the organic solvent in parts by weight, stirring and dispersing uniformly, grinding until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtering to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the polyester modified acrylic resin, the liquid epoxy resin and the polyvinyl chloride paste resin are matched with each other to make up for the deficiencies of the polyester modified acrylic resin, the liquid epoxy resin and the polyvinyl chloride paste resin to generate crosslinking under the action of a curing agent, and a plasticizer and a heat stabilizer which are good in compatibility with the resin are matched, so that the peelable blue glue has good film forming property, and the surface of a film layer is smooth and flat; the film layer has high strength, and is not easy to tear in the stripping process; the peeling strength is high, the peeling is easy, and no residue is left after the film is removed; the CNC machining process has the advantages of good CNC resistance, and no phenomena of tilting, broken filaments and fracture in the CNC machining process.

The invention provides a thermosetting peelable blue glue which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of polyester modified acrylic resin, 15-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride paste resin, 0.1-2 parts of liquid epoxy resin, 30-50 parts of plasticizer, 0.05-0.1 part of heat stabilizer, 0.01-0.1 part of curing agent, 10-70 parts of organic solvent and 0.1-0.2 part of pigment.
Preferably, the polyester-modified acrylic resin is UA33 of shanghai jeldahl new material technology co.

Preferably, the heat stabilizer is epoxidized soybean oil.
Preferably, the curing agent is any one or a mixture of more than one of imidazole curing agent and amine curing agent, the imidazole curing agent can be any one or a mixture of more than one of imidazole, 2-methylimidazole, 2-ethylimidazole and 2-phenylimidazole, and the amine curing agent can be any one or a mixture of more than one of ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetramine, but the curing agent is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the organic solvent is DBE.
Preferably, the pigment is any one or more of ultramarine blue, cobalt blue, iron blue and phthalocyanine blue.
The preparation method of the thermosetting peelable blue glue comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; (2) and mixing the polyester modified acrylic resin, the polyvinyl chloride paste resin, the liquid epoxy resin, the plasticizer, the heat stabilizer, the pigment, the curing agent and the organic solvent in parts by weight, stirring and dispersing uniformly, grinding until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtering to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue.
The following examples are provided to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The experimental procedures in the following examples are conventional unless otherwise specified. The experimental materials used in the examples were all available from conventional stores unless otherwise specified. In the quantitative tests in the following examples, three replicates were set, and the data are the average of the three replicates.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a thermosetting peelable blue glue which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of UA33, 10 parts of P70, 5 parts of EXT, 0.1 part of DER330-El, 20 parts of TOTM, 1 part of D-1050, 0.05 part of epoxidized soybean oil, 0.01 part of 2-methylimidazole, 10 parts of DBE and 0.1 part of ultramarine blue.
The preparation method of the thermosetting peelable blue glue comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; (2) the raw materials are mixed, stirred and dispersed uniformly, ground until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtered to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a thermosetting peelable blue glue which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of UA33, 50 parts of P70, 30 parts of EXT, 2 parts of DER330-El, 30 parts of TOTM, 20 parts of D-1050, 0.1 part of epoxidized soybean oil, 0.1 part of 2-ethylimidazole, 70 parts of DBE and 0.2 part of cobalt blue.
The preparation method of the thermosetting peelable blue glue comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; (2) the raw materials are mixed, stirred and dispersed uniformly, ground until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtered to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a thermosetting peelable blue glue which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of UA33, 50 parts of P70, 12 parts of EXT, 0.5 part of DER331, 26 parts of TOTM, 12 parts of D-1050, 0.05 part of epoxidized soybean oil, 0.05 part of diethylenetriamine, 30 parts of DBE and 0.2 part of phthalocyanine blue.
The preparation method of the thermosetting peelable blue glue comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials in parts by weight; (2) the raw materials are mixed, stirred and dispersed uniformly, ground until the fineness is less than 50um, and filtered to obtain the thermosetting peelable blue glue.
The thermosetting peelable blue glue prepared in the embodiment 1-3 is uniformly coated on ITO glass or an ITO film by a screen printing process by adopting the same process, and is cured for 20-30 min at the temperature of 120-150 ℃ to form a film, and the following tests are carried out:
tensile strength: GB 13022-91
Peel strength: GB 2792-81
Testing film forming property: and observing the film forming conditions including edge ink shrinkage, shrinkage cavity, film cracking and dry and comfortable touch film forming.
Resistance to CNC: CNC cutting is carried out on the surface film layer of the test sample, and the phenomena of tilting, broken filaments and film layer breakage are observed at the edge.
Residue after peeling: the presence of residue was confirmed visually using a three-wavelength lamp.
The properties are shown in table 1:
as can be seen from Table 1, the peelable blue glue disclosed by the invention is good in film forming property, and the surface of a film layer is smooth and flat; the tensile strength of the film layer is high, and the phenomenon that the protective film is torn cannot occur in the stripping process; the peeling strength is high, the peeling is easy, and no residue is left after the film is removed; the CNC machining process has the advantages of good CNC resistance, and no phenomena of tilting, broken filaments and fracture in the CNC machining process.
It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The raw materials in the examples are all commercially available, and the test methods in the examples are all conventional test methods. The thermosetting peelable blue gel is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of polyester modified acrylic resin, 15-80 parts of polyvinyl chloride paste resin, 0.1-2 parts of liquid epoxy resin, 30-50 parts of plasticizer, 0.05-0.1 part of heat stabilizer, 0.01-0.1 part of curing agent, 10-70 parts of organic solvent and 0.1-0.2 part of pigment.
2. The heat-curable peelable blue paste according to claim 1, wherein the polyester-modified acrylic resin is UA33 from shinkan brand new material technologies ltd.
3. The heat-curable peelable blue paste according to claim 1, wherein the polyvinyl chloride paste resin is a mixture of P70 and EXT of Vinnolit, germany, wherein the weight ratio of P70 to EXT is (10-50): (5-30).
4. The thermally curable peelable blue gel according to claim 1, wherein the liquid epoxy resin is preferably any one of or a mixture of two of DER330-El bisphenol A type epoxy resins and DER331 bisphenol A type epoxy resins.
5. The thermosetting peelable blue glue according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is a mixture of trimellitate plasticizer and adipate plasticizer, and the weight ratio of the trimellitate plasticizer to the adipate plasticizer is (20-30): (1-20).

The thermosetting peelable blue gel according to claim 5, wherein the trimellitate plasticizer is any one or a mixture of trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM), triisooctyl trimellitate (TIOTM), triisononyl trimellitate (TINTM) and triisodecyl trimellitate (TIDTM), and the adipate plasticizer is any one or a mixture of more than one of dioctyl adipate, diisobutyl adipate, diisodecyl adipate and diisononyl adipate.
7. The heat curable peelable blue gel of claim 1, wherein said heat stabilizer is epoxidized soybean oil.
8. The thermosetting peelable blue gel according to claim 1, wherein the curing agent is one or a mixture of more than one of imidazole curing agents and amine curing agents.
9. The heat-curable peelable blue paste according to claim 1, wherein the organic solvent is DBE, and the pigment is any one or more of ultramarine blue, cobalt blue, iron blue, and phthalocyanine blue.
