Description

Matte silent adhesive tape extinction layer material and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging materials, in particular to a matte silent adhesive tape extinction layer material and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the express industry, the usage amount of the BOPP tape base film is increased year by year, particularly, enterprises often need to package and seal the products after the products are manufactured, and most of the products use the automatic winding tape, so that the tape can generate harsh noise in the unwinding process and harm physical and psychological health of workshop personnel and personnel around the workshop. Meanwhile, the adhesive tapes sold on the market mainly comprise a transparent adhesive tape and a yellow adhesive tape, and some manufacturers propose an extinction concept in order to improve the visual effect of the adhesive tape base film after printing without using an adhesive tape with a smooth surface. Therefore, an adhesive tape having both low noise and matting effect is becoming a trend.
The low noise is the effect that the release layer on tape matrix surface brought, because the polyolefin base film belongs to nonpolar material, has extremely difficult compatibility with silicone oil release agent, consequently need carry out high strength corona treatment to the surface, however high strength corona treatment can harm matrix material's mechanical properties greatly, and this method technology is loaded down with trivial details, high in production cost.
At present, some researches on reducing the strength of corona treatment and delustering treatment exist, for example, chinese patent CN109203507a discloses a method for preparing a delustering silent adhesive tape, wherein maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene is added into an adhesive tape matrix to change the polarity of the surface of a material and reduce the strength of corona treatment, and then a release layer is coated to prepare the silent adhesive tape.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a modification method which is simple to prepare and can effectively reduce the strength of corona treatment and improve the extinction effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of unobvious noise reduction effect of the adhesive tape and higher corona treatment strength before release coating in the prior art, provide a modification method capable of reducing the corona treatment strength of a base material and having a better extinction effect, and provide an extinction layer material of a matte silent adhesive tape. The matt layer material of the matt silent adhesive tape can achieve the effects of reducing the strength of corona treatment and improving the matt performance of the material under the condition of a certain addition amount of the maleic anhydride grafted elastomer.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the matte silent adhesive tape extinction layer material.
The invention also aims to provide application of the matte silent adhesive tape extinction layer material in preparation of an adhesive tape.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a matte silent tape extinction layer material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002876599730000021
the maleic anhydride grafted elastomer is one or a combination of more of maleic anhydride grafted SEBS, maleic anhydride grafted EVA, maleic anhydride grafted ethylene propylene rubber and maleic anhydride grafted POE.
At present, the corona treatment strength of the material is mostly reduced by adding maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, but the addition amount is too small, the reduction of the corona treatment strength is not obvious, and the extinction performance of the material is influenced if the addition amount is too large. The elastomer material has good extinction performance, but the addition of the elastomer material alone can increase the corona treatment strength of the material, so the addition amount is not suitable to be too large, and the extinction performance of the material cannot be further improved. Therefore, the single use of maleic anhydride and elastomer materials cannot simultaneously meet the requirements of the materials for reducing the corona treatment strength and improving the extinction performance.
The inventor creatively researches and discovers that the maleic anhydride grafted elastomer material is added into the base material of the adhesive tape, and under the condition of a certain addition amount, the effects of reducing the corona treatment strength of the material and improving the extinction performance can be simultaneously achieved. The inventor finds through further research that the reduction of the corona treatment strength of the material gradually tends to be gentle with the increase of the addition amount of the maleic anhydride grafted elastomer, and the extinction performance of the material tends to increase firstly and then decrease, so that the effects of reducing the corona treatment strength of the material and improving the extinction performance can be achieved at the same time under a certain addition amount.

Comparative example 1
This comparative example is compared with example 5, except that the thermoplastic elastomer SEBS was used instead of the maleic anhydride-grafted elastomer-1.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example compares with example 5 except that maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene was used instead of maleic anhydride grafted elastomer-1.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example is compared with example 5, except that the amount of maleic anhydride-grafted elastomer-1 added is 35 parts.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example is compared with example 5, except that the amount of maleic anhydride-grafted elastomer-1 added is 8 parts.
The properties of the materials prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were tested, and the specific test items and test methods were as follows:
the materials prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were prepared into tapes according to the following preparation methods: the materials prepared in the examples and the comparative examples are put into a matting layer material cylinder 1 of a casting machine, homopolymerized PP and a processing aid are put into a matrix layer material cylinder 2 of the casting machine, and the rotating speed ratio of a screw in the matting layer material cylinder 1 to a screw in the matrix layer material cylinder 2 is 1: and 4, co-extruding at 180-230 ℃ to form a film, thus obtaining the adhesive tape.
1. Strength of corona treatment:
the specific testing steps are as follows: the corona treatment was carried out using a voltage of 5.0Kv (bipolar), and the surface of the film was measured using a dyne pen, the higher the dyne value, the lower the required corona treatment intensity.
2. Extinction performance:
and (3) haze value test: and (3) detecting the haze value of the plastic film material by referring to the standard ASTM D1003-2013.
The test results are shown in table 2.
Table 2 results of performance test of the adhesive tapes prepared in examples and comparative examples
Figure BDA0002876599730000052
Figure BDA0002876599730000061
From the above results, it can be seen that:
it can be seen from examples 1 to 12 that as the matting effect of the added material of maleic anhydride grafted elastomer increases, the required corona treatment strength decreases, and when 25% is reached, the corona treatment strength of the material no longer decreases (reaches the peak value of the corona treatment), at which time the matting degree is also the best, and further increase will result in an increase in the compatibility of PP and PE, a decrease in the phase balance, and a decrease in the matting effect.
Comparative example 1 example 5 it can be seen that the addition of other elastomers alone provides a material with better matting properties but a material with significantly increased corona treatment strength; compared with the example 5, the addition of the maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene can reduce the phase and the extinction effect due to the good compatibility with the base resin of the adhesive tape; the results of comparative example 3 show that the addition of maleic anhydride grafted elastomer is too high, and the extinction properties of the material are reduced although the corona treatment strength is low; the results of comparative example 4 show that the addition of maleic anhydride grafted elastomer is too low, the corona treatment strength of the material is still high, the extinction performance is also poor, and the performance improvement is not obvious.
The above-mentioned embodiments, objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention are further described in detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are only examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
