背景技术
聚二甲基硅氧烷,(Polydimethylsiloxane),是一种疏水类的有机硅物料。在药品、日化用品、食品、建筑等各领域均有应用,它的衍生物已达数百种,常用的聚硅氧烷主要有:聚二甲基硅氧烷,环甲基硅氧烷,氨基硅氧烷,聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,聚醚聚硅氧烷共聚物。其中环聚二甲基硅氧烷就为常用的聚硅氧烷一种。现有聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液抑泡消泡性较差,且没有消毒杀菌作用,使用效果不是很理想。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述缺陷,提供一种可抑制泡沫的聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,具有比较好的抑制泡沫及抗菌、杀菌效果,使用效果好。

一种可抑制泡沫的聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,包括按质量百分比的如下组分:羧甲基纤维素钠15-20%、高钛粉10-15%、碳酸钙2-5%、聚丁烯5-8%、丙三醇10-13%、高铁酸钾10-15%、苯钾酸钠5-10%、增效剂1-2%、纳米氧化锌5-8%、丙烯酸酯乳2-5%,抗氧剂2-3%,其余为去离子水。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可抑制泡沫的聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,其特征在于,包括按质量百分比的如下组分:羧甲基纤维素钠18-20%、高钛粉13-15%、碳酸钙4-5%、聚丁烯6-8%、丙三醇12-13%、高铁酸钾13-15%、苯钾酸钠7-10%、增效剂1-2%、纳米氧化锌5-8%、丙烯酸酯乳2-5%,抗氧剂2-3%,其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可抑制泡沫的聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,其特征在于,包括按质量百分比的如下组分:羧甲基纤维素钠18%、高钛粉13%、碳酸钙4%、聚丁烯6%、丙三醇12%、高铁酸钾13%、苯钾酸钠7%、增效剂1%、纳米氧化锌5%、丙烯酸酯乳2%,抗氧剂2%,其余为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种可抑制泡沫的聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,其特征在于,包括按质量百分比的如下组分:羧甲基纤维素钠18%、高钛粉13%、碳酸钙5%、聚丁烯6%、丙三醇12%、高铁酸钾13%、苯钾酸钠7%、增效剂1%、纳米氧化锌5%、丙烯酸酯乳2%,抗氧剂2%,其余为去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可抑制泡沫的聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,其特征在于,所述的增效剂为无水三水磷酸氢二钾。
