The system for implementing the self-learning-based in-vehicle leisure provided by the embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the division of the modules of the following system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity or may be physically separated. And the modules can be realized in a form that all software is called by the processing element, or in a form that all the modules are realized in a form that all the modules are called by the processing element, or in a form that part of the modules are called by the hardware. For example: the x module may be a separate processing element or may be integrated into a chip of the system described below. The obtaining module 51 is configured to obtain a leisure instruction when the vehicle enters a stationary state; the leisure instructions comprise instructions of any leisure mode desired by the user.
In the present embodiment, a voice command of "meditation mode", "massage mode", or "nap mode" is acquired, which contains information of a leisure mode that the user desires to use, as an implementation form of the leisure command.
The matching module 52 is configured to read the leisure instructions and determine a leisure mode matching the leisure instructions according to the content of the leisure instructions.
In the present embodiment, the information of the "meditation mode", "massage mode", or "nap mode" uttered by the user is recognized by voice. The matching leisure mode and the vehicle control instruction associated therewith are looked up in a relational database of predefined "meditation mode", "massage mode" or "snooze mode".
The instruction module 53 is used for forming vehicle control instructions of different seasons correspondingly in combination with seasonal factors.
The first adjustment module 54 is configured to adjust vehicle control commands in conjunction with weather factors, location factors, external environmental factors, and/or parking location factors.
Specifically, the first adjusting module 54 adjusts the sunroof opening instruction to the sunroof closing instruction or adjusts the sunroof closing instruction to the sunroof opening instruction according to the weather factors, such as rain and snow. The second adjusting module 55 is configured to receive a habit instruction of a user to readjust the vehicle control instruction; the habit instruction is operation information sent by the user to the environment in the vehicle according to leisure interest.
In this embodiment, the second adjusting module 55 is further configured to input the habit command into a self-learning network, so that the user can directly execute the habit command when using the same leisure mode again; the habit command comprises: the user opens any one side window according to individual habit, adjusts seat back inclination, according to individual skin perception with the air conditioner temperature to comfortable temperature value, according to noisy degree with the skylight close and/or the appointed natural sound of broadcast.
The control module 56 is configured to execute vehicle control instructions associated with the limp mode.
The switching module 57 is configured to receive a switching instruction, so that the sense of the user ends the leisure mode.
In this embodiment, the switching instruction includes: a timing instruction is sent out after the timing time reaches a preset time length so that the sense organ of the user finishes the leisure mode; the key instruction is sent out according to the corresponding key operation so that the sense organ of the user ends the leisure mode;

The present embodiment provides an apparatus, comprising: a processor, memory, transceiver, communication interface, or/and system bus; the memory and the communication interface are connected with the processor and the transceiver through a system bus and are used for completing mutual communication, the memory is used for storing a computer program, the communication interface is used for communicating with other equipment, and the processor and the transceiver are used for running the computer program to enable the equipment to execute all steps of the self-learning-based in-vehicle leisure realizing method.
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for implementing the self-learning-based in-vehicle leisure method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus 6 includes: a processor 61, memory 62, transceiver 63, communication interface 64, or/and system bus 65; the memory 62 and the communication interface 64 are connected with the processor 61 and the transceiver 63 through the system bus 65 to complete mutual communication, the memory 62 is used for storing computer programs, the communication interface 64 is used for communicating with other devices, and the processor 61 and the transceiver 63 are used for running the computer programs to enable the devices to execute the steps of the self-learning-based in-vehicle leisure realizing method.
The system bus 65 mentioned above may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The system bus 65 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. The communication interface is used for realizing communication between the database access device and other equipment (such as a client, a read-write library and a read-only library). The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory.
The Processor 61 may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the device can also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components.
The protection scope of the method for realizing leisure in the vehicle based on self-learning is not limited to the execution sequence of the steps listed in the embodiment, and all the solutions of step addition, step subtraction and step replacement in the prior art according to the principle of the invention are included in the protection scope of the invention.

In summary, the method, the system, the medium and the equipment for realizing the in-vehicle leisure based on the self-learning can provide a quick relaxation mode when the user is tired in driving, and avoid the problem that the user is rather opposite to relax through the vehicle-mounted radio. executing a vehicle control instruction associated with the leisure mode.
2. The method for realizing self-learning based leisure in vehicles according to claim 1,
the leisure mode comprises a meditation mode, a massage mode and/or a snooze mode;
the vehicle control command refers to a control command in different seasons formed according to the leisure mode and by combining seasonal factors of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of executing vehicle control commands associated with the leisure mode comprises:
after the season is judged, executing a vehicle control command which is associated with the leisure mode and corresponds to the season;
if the vehicle is in the meditation mode, executing vehicle control instructions in the meditation mode in different seasons;
if the massage mode is adopted, vehicle control instructions in the massage modes in different seasons are executed;
if the mode is the nap mode, executing vehicle control instructions in the nap mode in different seasons;
wherein the vehicle control instructions include: a seat back tilting instruction, a seat back restoring instruction, a vehicle window opening and closing instruction, a skylight opening and closing instruction, an air conditioner opening and closing instruction and/or a natural sound playing instruction; the air conditioner opening instruction comprises a cold air conditioner opening instruction and a hot air conditioner opening instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the step of determining a season, the method of implementing self-learning based in-vehicle leisure further comprises:
adjusting the vehicle control command in combination with weather factors, location factors, external environment factors and/or parking location factors before executing the vehicle control command;
the adjusting step comprises: adjusting the skylight opening instruction into a skylight closing instruction or adjusting the skylight closing instruction into a skylight opening instruction according to the rainy and snowy weather of the weather factors; or
Adjusting the window opening instruction into a window closing instruction or adjusting the window closing instruction into a window opening instruction according to the environment smoothness, the noise degree and the spaciousness of the position factor; or
Adjusting the window opening instruction into a window closing instruction or adjusting the window closing instruction into a window opening instruction according to the sun exposure and the tree shade state of the external environment factors; or

inputting the habit command into a self-learning network so that the habit command can be directly executed when the user uses the same leisure mode again;
the habit command comprises: the user opens any one side window according to individual habit, adjusts seat back inclination, adjusts the air conditioner temperature to comfortable temperature value according to individual skin perception, closes the skylight according to noisy degree and/or plays appointed natural sound.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of executing vehicle control instructions associated with the leisure mode, the method of implementing self-learning based in-vehicle leisure further comprises:
receiving a switching instruction to enable the sense organ of the user to end the leisure mode;
the switching instruction comprises: a timing instruction is sent out after the timing time reaches a preset time length so that the sense organ of the user finishes the leisure mode; the key instruction is sent out according to the corresponding key operation so that the sense organ of the user ends the leisure mode;
the execution mode of the timing instruction comprises the following steps: prompting the user to exit the leisure mode by voice; and utilizing a seat back reduction command to enable the seat back to generate angle change so as to prompt a user to exit the leisure mode.
7. The system for realizing the self-learning-based in-vehicle leisure is characterized by comprising the following components:

the leisure mode comprises a meditation mode, a massage mode and/or a snooze mode;
the vehicle control command refers to a control command in different seasons formed according to the leisure mode and by combining seasonal factors of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
9. A medium on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out a method for carrying out a self-learning based in-vehicle leisure according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An apparatus, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the processor is used for executing the computer program stored by the memory to enable the device to execute the method for realizing the self-learning-based in-vehicle leisure according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
