Claims (9)

1. An oil sac press is characterized in that the press is used for pressing an oil sac in a machine barrel and comprises a machine frame, wherein a jacking tool, a machine barrel positioning tool, a double-acting pressing die and a pressing device are arranged in the machine frame,
the jacking tool comprises a jacking power mechanism and a mounting plate fixed on the jacking power mechanism;
the machine barrel positioning tool comprises two clamping plates which are positioned on the mounting plate and can be clamped;
the pressing device comprises a pressing power mechanism fixed on the frame, the double-acting pressing die is fixed at the lower end of the pressing power mechanism and is positioned above the mounting plate, and the double-acting pressing die and the two clamping plates on the mounting plate are arranged oppositely;
the double-acting pressing die comprises a pre-pressing connecting plate and a pressing shaft fixed on the pre-pressing connecting plate, an inner pressing die is arranged at the lower end of the pressing shaft, an outer die sleeved on the outer side of the inner pressing die is further arranged on the pressing shaft, a horn mouth expanding downwards and outwards is arranged at the lower end of the outer die and matched with the upper end of the oil bag, a reset spring is arranged between the outer die and the pre-pressing connecting plate, two ends of the horn mouth are circular table surfaces with equal taper angles, a limiting ring surface is arranged between the two circular table surfaces, the cross section of the limiting ring surface is in an upward convex arc shape, and the limiting ring surface and the two circular table surfaces are in smooth transition.
2. The oil bag press as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the outer die can extend below the inner die, a limiting hole matched with the inner die is formed in the outer die, and the bell mouth is located at the lower end of the limiting hole.
3. The oil bladder press as recited in claim 1 wherein a transition radius is provided between the lower end of the flare and the outer die.
4. The oil bag press as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer die and the pressing shaft support are provided with guide members, the guide members are fixedly arranged with the outer die, and the guide members are slidably arranged with the pressing shaft.

The oil bag press as claimed in claim 4, wherein the guide member is a guide sleeve, a guide groove is formed in the guide sleeve, a limit protrusion matched with the guide groove is formed on the pressing shaft, the guide groove comprises an arc groove at the lower end of the guide sleeve and a straight groove at the upper end of the guide sleeve, the straight groove and the arc groove are in smooth transition, and a connecting line at two ends of the arc groove is parallel to the axis of the guide sleeve.

The oil bag press as claimed in claim 1, wherein the same end of the two clamping plates is rotatably connected to the mounting plate, the axis of rotation of the two clamping plates is perpendicular to the mounting plate, and the other ends of the two clamping plates are rotatably connected to a piston rod of a clamping cylinder through a connecting rod, respectively.
7. The oil bag press as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the two clamping plates is a circular arc protruding outward of the two clamping plates.

The oil bag press as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting plate has a support bar at a lower side thereof, the frame has a support block fitted to the support bar, the frame has a slide rail and a slide block fitted to the slide rail, the slide block is connected to a driving cylinder, and the support block is fixed to an upper side of the slide block.
9. The oil bladder press of claim 1, wherein the barrel positioning tooling further comprises a cylinder clamp jaw positioned on the frame; the cylinder part of the cylinder clamping jaw is fixed on a flat plate, and the flat plate is connected with a reciprocating cylinder.
