step four, turning: 1) the second electric push rod pushes the sliding seat, and when the clamping mechanism is moved to two sides of the wooden door, the wooden door is clamped through the clamping cylinder; 2) the lifting cylinder moves the rack to the lowest position, and meanwhile, the first electric push rod lifts the clamped wooden door to a set height; 3) the overturning motor drives the clamping mechanism to rotate by 180 degrees, and the overturning wooden door is moved to a paint spraying position through the first electric push rod, so that the other side of the wooden door can be conveniently sprayed with paint;
step five, spraying paint for the second time: opening the first electromagnetic valve and closing the third electromagnetic valve; starting a first motor to drive a first driving screw to drive a main injection structure to move, and spraying paint on the top end of the wooden door through a main nozzle;
step six, drying the paint spraying surface for the first time: 1) moving the clamped wooden door to a drying position through a first electric push rod; 2) starting a second motor and an electric heating net; the second driving screw drives the blower to dry the paint spraying surface of the wooden door, so that the drying speed of the protective paint on the surface of the wooden door is increased;
step seven, paint repair: 1) the clamped wooden door is lifted to a set height by the first electric push rod; 2) the overturning motor drives the clamping mechanism to rotate by 180 degrees; 2) moving the rack to a feeding position through a lifting cylinder; the clamped wooden door is placed on the rack by the first electric push rod; 3) the wooden door is moved to a paint repairing position through a lifting cylinder; the paint is sprayed on the other two sides of the wooden door through the paint replenishing head in the paint replenishing mechanism;
step eight, paint repairing and drying, namely 1) moving the wooden door to a drying position through a lifting cylinder; 2) starting a second motor and an electric heating net; the second driving screw drives the blower to dry the paint spraying surface of the wooden door, so that the drying speed of the protective paint on the surface of the wooden door is increased;
step nine, discharging: 1) after the paint repairing and drying are finished, the lifting cylinder drives the wooden door to return to the feeding position; 2) opening the box door, pushing the first limiting electric cylinder to the first limiting block again to push the wooden door out, and taking the wooden door out of the box door;
step ten, 1) repeating the steps one to nine; completing a task of one working time; 2) and (5) the air suction fan operates to the set end time, and the box door is closed.

1. The use method of the wooden door paint spraying equipment is characterized by comprising the following steps: paint spraying is carried out by adopting paint spraying equipment which comprises a box body, a paint spraying device arranged in an inner cavity of the box body, a lifting platform arranged in the middle of the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body, a drying mechanism arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body, two clamping rotating mechanisms arranged at two sides of the lower part of the inner cavity of the box body and an exhaust mechanism arranged on the box body; the paint spraying device comprises an air compressor, a main paint spraying mechanism and an auxiliary paint spraying mechanism;
the main paint spraying mechanism comprises a first paint box arranged on the outer wall of the top end of the box body, a main injection structure capable of moving left and right and a transverse moving mechanism for moving the main injection structure; the first paint box is communicated with the main injection structure through a first hose;
the transverse moving mechanism comprises first driving screw rods which are rotatably arranged at two sides of the box body, two first guide rods which are arranged between two side walls of the box body and a first motor which is arranged outside one side of the box body and is used for driving the first driving screw rods to rotate;
the main injection structure comprises a main injection seat, a main injection nozzle arranged at the lower end of the main injection seat, support pipe frames arranged at the front side and the rear side of the upper end of the main injection seat and side injection nozzles arranged at the inner sides of the lower ends of the corresponding support pipe frames; the branch pipe frame is also provided with a third electromagnetic valve;
the auxiliary paint spraying mechanism comprises a second paint box arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the box body, paint guide pipes arranged on two sides of the second paint box and paint supplementing heads arranged on the inner sides of the corresponding paint guide pipes extending into the inner cavity end of the box body;
the air compressor is arranged on the rear side wall of the box body, and an outlet of the air compressor is communicated with the first paint box and the second paint box through air pipes; a first electromagnetic valve is arranged on the air inlet pipe of the first paint box; a second electromagnetic valve is arranged on the air inlet pipe of the second paint box;
the platform comprises two lifting cylinders and a rack arranged at the top ends of the two lifting cylinders;
the rear side of the inner cavity of the box body is provided with two front and rear positioning mechanisms and two left and right positioning mechanisms;
the drying mechanism comprises a blower, an electric heating net arranged at an outlet of the blower, second driving screws and two second guide rods which are arranged at two sides of the lower part of the box body, driving seats arranged on the second driving screws and the two second guide rods, and a second motor which is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the lower part of the box body and is used for driving the second driving screws to rotate;
the clamping and rotating mechanism comprises a first electric push rod arranged on the inner wall of the box body, a sliding plate arranged on the inner wall of the box body in a sliding mode, a guide rail which is arranged on the inner wall of the box body and is convenient for the sliding guide of the sliding plate, a second electric push rod arranged on the outer side of the top of the sliding plate, a sliding seat arranged on the inner side of the top of the sliding plate in a sliding mode, a rotating motor arranged on the sliding seat and a clamping mechanism arranged on an output shaft of the rotating motor;
the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping seat arranged on an output shaft of the rotating motor, a clamping block arranged on the clamping seat in a sliding manner, and a clamping cylinder arranged on the clamping seat and used for moving the clamping block;
the exhaust mechanism comprises air suction covers arranged at the upper parts of the two side walls of the box body and an air suction fan arranged on the outer wall of the rear side of the box body;
the lower part of the front side of the box body is provided with a workbench, and the upper part of the box body is provided with a box door capable of being opened and closed;
the front and rear positioning mechanism comprises a first limiting electric cylinder arranged on the rear side wall of the inner cavity of the box body and a first limiting block arranged on the first limiting electric cylinder;
the left and right positioning mechanisms comprise a supporting arm arranged on the rear side wall of the inner cavity of the box body, a second limiting electric cylinder arranged at the other end of the supporting arm and a second limiting block arranged on the second limiting electric cylinder;
the device also comprises a control box arranged on the outer wall of the left side of the box body, a PLC (programmable logic controller) arranged in the control box and a control panel arranged on the front side of the control box;
the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, equipment debugging: 1) starting the equipment; 2) controlling the platform to move to the feeding position through the control panel; 3) setting the processes of the first limit electric cylinder and the second limit electric cylinder through a control panel according to the parameters of the wooden door, and controlling the first limit electric cylinder and the second limit electric cylinder to run to set feeding positions;
step two, feeding: 1) opening the box door, conveying the wooden door from the workbench to the top end of the platform in the box body, and pushing the wooden door to the first and second limiting blocks; 2) the first limiting electric cylinder and the second limiting electric cylinder return to the initial positions, and the lifting air cylinder pushes the rack to lift the wooden door so that the wooden door reaches the paint spraying position;
step three, spraying paint for the first time: 1) starting the air suction fan, and pumping the air in the box body out by the air suction fan for purification treatment; 2) starting the air compressor, and opening the first electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve; 3) starting a first motor to drive a first driving screw to drive a main injection structure to move, and spraying paint on the top end and two sides of the wooden door through a main spray head and side spray heads on two sides of the main spray head; 4) after a paint spraying process, closing the first electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve and stopping paint spraying; 5) the lifting cylinder lifts the wooden door to a feeding position;
step four, turning: 1) the second electric push rod pushes the sliding seat, and when the clamping mechanism is moved to two sides of the wooden door, the wooden door is clamped through the clamping cylinder; 2) the lifting cylinder moves the rack to the lowest position, and meanwhile, the first electric push rod lifts the clamped wooden door to a set height; 3) the overturning motor drives the clamping mechanism to rotate by 180 degrees, and the overturning wooden door is moved to a paint spraying position through the first electric push rod, so that the other side of the wooden door can be conveniently sprayed with paint;
step five, spraying paint for the second time: opening the first electromagnetic valve and closing the third electromagnetic valve; starting a first motor to drive a first driving screw to drive a main injection structure to move, and spraying paint on the top end of the wooden door through a main nozzle;
step six, drying the paint spraying surface for the first time: 1) moving the clamped wooden door to a drying position through a first electric push rod; 2) starting a second motor and an electric heating net; the second driving screw drives the blower to dry the paint spraying surface of the wooden door, so that the drying speed of the protective paint on the surface of the wooden door is increased;
step seven, paint repair: 1) the clamped wooden door is lifted to a set height by the first electric push rod; 2) the overturning motor drives the clamping mechanism to rotate by 180 degrees; 2) moving the rack to a feeding position through a lifting cylinder; the clamped wooden door is placed on the rack by the first electric push rod; 3) the wooden door is moved to a paint repairing position through a lifting cylinder; the paint is sprayed on the other two sides of the wooden door through the paint replenishing head in the paint replenishing mechanism;
step eight, paint repairing and drying, namely 1) moving the wooden door to a drying position through a lifting cylinder; 2) starting a second motor and an electric heating net; the second driving screw drives the blower to dry the paint spraying surface of the wooden door, so that the drying speed of the protective paint on the surface of the wooden door is increased;
step nine, discharging: 1) after the paint repairing and drying are finished, the lifting cylinder drives the wooden door to return to the feeding position; 2) opening the box door, pushing the first limiting electric cylinder to the first limiting block again to push the wooden door out, and taking the wooden door out of the box door;
step ten, 1) repeating the steps one to nine; completing a task of one working time; 2) and (5) the air suction fan operates to the set end time, and the box door is closed.
2. The method of using a wood door painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: in the first step; the two first limiting electric cylinders synchronously operate; and the two second limit electric cylinders synchronously operate.
3. The method of using a wood door painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: step three; the main injection structure runs from one side of the box body to the other side to form a paint spraying process.
4. The method of using a wood door painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: step four; the two second electric push rods synchronously operate, and the two first electric push rods synchronously operate; the two turnover motors run synchronously.
5. The method of using a wood door painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: step seven; the two first electric push rods synchronously run; the two turnover motors run synchronously.
6. The method of using a wood door painting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: in the ninth step, the two first limit electric cylinders synchronously operate.
